a second water bag (45) is arranged on the inner side of the second arc (47); the second water bag (45) is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the second reinforcing rib (41c) through a magic tape; the second reinforcing rib (41c) is arc-shaped, the second reinforcing rib (41c) is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs in parallel, the left end of the second reinforcing rib (41c) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the left end of the frame body (41), and the right end of the second reinforcing rib (41c) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the third arc-shaped part (48).
