Abstract

一种快递箱结构,包括箱体,所述的箱体内侧壁上设置有缓冲气囊,所述的缓冲气囊表面设置有干燥剂容纳腔,所述缓冲气囊的充气口设置于所述干燥剂容纳腔内,所述的干燥剂容纳腔内还设置有干燥剂包,所述的干燥剂包将所述充气口向所述缓冲气囊内侧挤压。本发明通过设置缓冲气囊配合干燥剂包实现快速打包且内包与外包之间无相对活动,同时干燥内包内空气。

技术领域
本发明涉及快递用具技术领域,具体涉及一种快递箱结构。
背景技术
随着电子商务行业的发展,人们网购的物件已经从简单的食品和小物件一点点往大型物件和贵重物件发展,传统的网购物件打包的方式为先使用珍珠棉或者泡沫棉等缓冲材质对货物进行打包,然后用胶带扎紧,再在外侧加设打包箱,然后对打包箱进行缓冲材质的包裹,这种方式十分繁琐,使得电子商务公司的发货人员在遇到双十一等大规模促销时期的工作量十分大,而且实际由于内包很难保证与外包之间无相对活动,所以对于一些易碎物品,在实际输送过程中还是会发生货物损坏的问题,同时对于部分潮湿地区发货的货物而言,在输送过程中由于温差与潮湿空气共同作用,会在内包内形成水汽,由于内包采用的缓冲材质通常不具有透气性,导致水汽可能会损坏货物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快递箱结构,本发明通过设置缓冲气囊配合干燥剂包实现快速打包且内包与外包之间无相对活动,同时干燥内包内空气。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种快递箱结构,包括箱体,所述的箱体内侧壁上设置有缓冲气囊,所述的缓冲气囊表面设置有干燥剂容纳腔,所述缓冲气囊的充气口设置于所述干燥剂容纳腔内,所述的干燥剂容纳腔内还设置有干燥剂包,所述的干燥剂包将所述充气口向所述缓冲气囊内侧挤压。
作为本发明的优选,所述的箱体包括设置于顶部的开盖,所述的缓冲气囊延伸至所述开盖的内侧壁上,所述的干燥剂容纳腔仅设置于位于所述开盖上的所述缓冲气囊的表面。
作为本发明的优选,所述的充气口设置于所述开盖端部位置处的所述缓冲气囊上。
作为本发明的优选,所述的缓冲气囊的表面设置有包裹片,所述的包裹片与所述缓冲气囊固接,连接处设置有开口,所述的开口处设置有黏贴扣所述的包裹片与所述缓冲气囊之间形成所述干燥剂容纳腔。
作为本发明的优选,所述的缓冲气囊的表面积至少为所述箱体的内侧壁的表面积的1.5倍。
作为本发明的优选,所述的缓冲气囊的壁厚大于等于1mm。
作为本发明的优选,所述的缓冲气囊为DVD气囊袋。
作为本发明的优选,所述的箱体为塑料瓦楞箱。
作为本发明的优选,所述的包裹片为PE材质,所述的包裹片上开设有多个内径小于2mm的通孔。
综上所述,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明拥有打包效率高、缓冲性能好、能够干燥打包箱内空气的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例包括用于放置货物的箱体1,箱体1内侧壁上设置有通过充气后形成缓冲结构来放置货物损坏的缓冲气囊2,缓冲气囊2表面设置有干燥剂容纳腔3,缓冲气囊2的充气口4设置于干燥剂容纳腔3内,干燥剂容纳腔3内还设置有干燥剂包6,干燥剂包6将充气口4向缓冲气囊2内侧挤压,充气口4上设置有橡胶塞5,充气口4在干燥剂包6的挤压作用下橡胶塞5被压紧从而进一步密封充气口4,由于干燥剂容纳腔3设置于缓冲气囊2表面,所以当箱体1内放置有货物时,缓冲气囊2被充气后鼓起,货物会压紧干燥剂容纳腔3,从而将干燥剂包6进一步向充气口4方向推挤,防止了充气口4松脱漏气,同时干燥剂也能保证箱体1内的干燥环境,进一步保护货物。本实施例中缓冲气囊2的壁厚大于等于1mm,且小于2mm。缓冲气囊2为DVD气囊袋,其材质采用PE与PA实施。箱体1为塑料瓦楞箱。
如图1、图2所示,箱体1包括设置于顶部的开盖1-1,缓冲气囊2延伸至开盖1-1的内侧壁上,干燥剂容纳腔3仅设置于位于开盖1-1上的缓冲气囊2的表面,开盖1-1采用搭接扣11与箱体1固定,搭接扣11固定好后只需要在箱体外使用打包机打上打包带或者用胶带机缠绕上胶带即可,搭接扣11采用按扣结构。充气口4设置于开盖1-1端部位置处的缓冲气囊2上,既是开盖1-1与箱体1连接端的相对端位置。
如图1、图2所示,干燥剂容纳腔3的具体实施方式为在位于开盖1-1上的缓冲气囊2的表面设置有包裹片7,包裹片7与缓冲气囊2固接,连接处设置有用于塞入干燥剂包6和伸入打气嘴的开口8,开口8处设置有黏贴扣9,缓冲气囊2表面与包裹片7的边沿均设置有互相配合的黏贴扣9,包裹片7与缓冲气囊2之间形成干燥剂容纳腔3。包裹片7为PE材质,包裹片7上开设有多个内径小于2mm的通孔10,由于箱体1在装填货物后内部空间被缓冲气囊2挤压,这就使得潮湿的空气更加容易通过通孔10进入至干燥剂容纳腔3被干燥剂吸收。
本实施例中缓冲气囊2的表面积至少为箱体1的内侧壁的表面积的1.5倍,根据实际规格而定,至少保证有1.5倍,最大不超过2倍。

1.一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),所述的箱体(1)内侧壁上设置有缓冲气囊(2),所述的缓冲气囊(2)表面设置有干燥剂容纳腔(3),所述缓冲气囊(2)的充气口(4)设置于所述干燥剂容纳腔(3)内,所述的干燥剂容纳腔(3)内还设置有干燥剂包(6),所述的干燥剂包(6)将所述充气口(4)向所述缓冲气囊(2)内侧挤压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)包括设置于顶部的开盖(1-1),所述的缓冲气囊(2)延伸至所述开盖(1-1)的内侧壁上,所述的干燥剂容纳腔(3)仅设置于位于所述开盖(1-1)上的所述缓冲气囊(2)的表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的充气口(4)设置于所述开盖(1-1)端部位置处的所述缓冲气囊(2)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲气囊(2)的表面设置有包裹片(7),所述的包裹片(7)与所述缓冲气囊(2)固接,连接处设置有开口(8),所述的开口(8)处设置有黏贴扣(9)所述的包裹片(7)与所述缓冲气囊(2)之间形成所述干燥剂容纳腔(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲气囊(2)的表面积至少为所述箱体(1)的内侧壁的表面积的1.5倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲气囊(2)的壁厚大于等于1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲气囊(2)为DVD气囊袋。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)为塑料瓦楞箱。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种快递箱结构,其特征在于:所述的包裹片(7)为PE材质,所述的包裹片(7)上开设有多个内径小于2mm的通孔(10)。
