本发明涉及电力管技术领域,具体为一种耐热性PE电力管。
背景技术
电力管在生活中很常见,它是采用PE(改性聚乙烯)进行热浸塑或环氧树脂进行内外涂覆的产品,具有吸水率低,机械强度高,摩擦系数小,能够达到长期使用的目的,还能有效的防止植物根系及土壤环境应力的破坏等,但是这些电力管有一个普遍的问题耐热性不高,使用过程中电力管内部电缆会产生热量,就会导致短路火灾。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热性PE电力管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的耐热性不高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐热性PE电力管,包括电力管外壳,防氧化层,第一耐热层,屏蔽层,第二耐热层,绝缘漆层,中空内管,耐高温漆包线,耐高温铁丝网,网格,石英填充层,所述电力管外壳内侧设置有防氧化层,所述防氧化层内侧设置有第一耐热层,所述第一耐热层内侧设置有耐高温铁丝网,所述耐高温铁丝网上均匀设置有网格,所述网格的内腔设置有石英填充层,所述耐高温铁丝网内侧设置有耐高温漆包线,所述耐高温漆包线内侧设置有屏蔽层所述屏蔽层内侧设置有第二耐热层,所述第二耐热层内侧设置有绝缘漆层,所述绝缘漆层内侧设置有中空内管。
优选的,所述防氧化层为镀锌层。
优选的,所述第二耐热层为聚酯亚胺层。
优选的,所述绝缘漆层为氟化聚乙烯层,且绝缘漆层的外壁上均开设有散热通孔。
优选的,所述屏蔽层由铜丝和涤纶棉线交织而成。
优选的,所述中空内管的内壁上粘接有碳纤维保护层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种耐热性PE电力管,由于设置有第一耐热层,耐高温漆包线和耐高温铁丝网,并且耐高温铁丝网上设置有石英填充层,相比于原有PE电力管耐热性更好,由于第二耐热层为聚酯亚胺层,更加提高了PE电力管的耐热性,由于绝缘漆层为氟化聚乙烯层,提高了PE电力管的绝缘性,由于防氧化层为镀锌层,能更有效的防止电力管氧化。

工作原理:在使用过程中,中空内管7内部电缆如果有短路的情况,绝缘漆层6能够有效的绝缘,第二耐热层5能够完全阻挡热量在电力管内部,即使第二耐热层5受到损伤,耐高温漆包线8和耐高温铁丝网9上的石英填充层11也能对热量进行阻挡,即使耐高温漆包线8和耐高温铁丝网9上的石英填充层11,第一耐热层3也能对热量进行阻挡。
