Background
As a big agricultural country, the early development of China is not open to agriculture, but a large amount of crop straws are produced at the same time, a part of the straws are used for feeding livestock, and a part of the straws are used for heating, but as conditions become better, the quantity of the fed livestock is less, the heating materials are replaced by other materials, the straws are consumed everywhere, farmers start to burn the straws, so that not only is the damage to the land brought, but also the environment is polluted, and resources are wasted, and therefore, the multifunctional crop straw briquetting device is invented.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a multifunctional crop straw briquetting device, which can utilize a hydraulic device to push a briquetting device in an installation box body to extrude crushed straws into straw blocks of a trapezoidal column in a straw block mold moving device, the straw blocks can automatically fall out through a straw block discharge hole along with the evacuation of the straw block mold moving device, and the device can automatically add the crushed straws into the installation box body according to the movement of the briquetting device.

in the following, the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, and the present embodiment will be further described with reference to the first embodiment, in which there are three separating rings 12-2-7-2 of the oil hole passage separating device 12-2-7 of the movable control valve 12-2 of the switch 12 and two anti-impact devices 12-2-7-3 at both ends.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
a multifunctional crop straw briquetting device has the working principle that an oil outlet end of a hydraulic pump 2 is connected with an oil inlet 12-2-3 of a movable control valve 12-2 through an oil pipe 3 according to a drawing, an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint C5-2-4 is connected with an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint E9-4 through an oil pipe, an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint B5-2-3 is connected with an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint F9-5 through the oil pipe 3, an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint A5-2-2 is connected with an oil inlet and outlet B12-2-6 through the oil pipe 3, an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint D9-3 is connected with the oil inlet and outlet A12-2-4 through the oil pipe 3, and an oil return hole 12-2-5 is connected with a hydraulic oil tank 1 through the oil pipe. Then the device is started, the crushed straws fall into a space surrounded by the mounting box body 4, the briquetting device 6 and the straw block die 10 from the crushed straw containing device 7, then the hydraulic pump 2 presses hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank 1 into the valve body 12-2-1 from the oil inlet hole 12-2-3 through the oil pipe 3, because the separating ring 12-2-7-2 of the oil hole channel separating device 12-2-7 is respectively stopped between the oil inlet and outlet hole A12-2-4 and the oil return hole 12-2-5 and is blocked at two ends of the internal channel 12-2-2, the hydraulic oil is discharged from the valve body 12-2-1 through the oil inlet and outlet hole A12-2-4, and then enters the oil inlet and outlet pipe joint D9-3 through the oil pipe 3 to enter the fixed external device 9-1, then when the hydraulic oil is discharged from an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint E9-4 and enters an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint C5-2-4 through an oil pipe 3 and enters an outer cylinder body 5-2-1, the continuously-entering hydraulic oil pushes a stressed piston 5-3-2 to move outwards, the stressed piston 5-3-2 not only pushes a moving stepped cylinder column 5-3-1 and carries a briquetting device 6 to extrude crushed straws while moving outwards, the stressed piston 5-3-2 also pushes the hydraulic oil on the other side through an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint A5-2-2 into the oil pipe 3 and returns to a valve body 12-2-1 through an oil inlet and outlet hole B12-2-6 and then returns to a hydraulic oil tank 1 through an oil return hole 12-2-5 and the oil pipe 3, when the moving inner cylinder 5-3 moves outwards for the longest distance, the crushed material baffle plate 6-3 blocks a feed inlet, the briquetting trapezoidal column 6-1 and the groove die 10-2 compact crushed straws into blocks, then hydraulic oil starts to act in the straw block die moving device 9, the moving inner device 9-2 moves inwards when the hydraulic oil starts to act, the moving inner device 9-2 drives the straw block die 10 to move inwards, the spring 10-4 pushes the limiting threaded ring 10-3-2 to move outwards so as to drive the straw block pushing device 10-3 to move outwards to push off the compacted straw blocks, then the compacted straw blocks are dropped out from a straw block discharge port 8 under the coordination of the briquetting trapezoidal column 6-1, and meanwhile, the hydraulic oil in the moving inner device 9-2 and the fixed outer device 9-1 enters the outer cylinder body 5-2-1 through an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint F9-5, an oil pipe 3 and an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint B5-2-3 and an oil outlet pipe joint A5-2-1 -2 is returned to the hydraulic tank 1 through the oil line 3 as described above. When the moving device 9 of the straw block mold is continuously shortened and the straw block mold 10 is continuously moved inwards, when the left end of the starting groove 11-2 of the switch control device 11 arranged on the straw block mold 10 touches the impact prevention devices 12-2-7-3 at two ends of the oil hole channel separation device 12-2-7 of the movable control valve 12-2 of the switch 12 arranged on the mounting box body 4, the oil hole channel separation device 12-2-7 moves rightwards in the valve body 12-2-1, so that the separation ring 12-2-7-2 is respectively blocked at the oil inlet 12-2-3, the oil inlet and outlet A12-2-4, the oil return hole 12-2-5 and the oil inlet and outlet B12-2-6, and hydraulic oil which enters the valve body 12-2-1 from the oil inlet 12-2-3 at the moment passes through the internal channel 12-2-2 is discharged through an oil inlet and outlet hole B12-2-6, is discharged through an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint A5-2-2 through an oil pipe 3, enters an outer cylinder body 5-2-1 through an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint B5-2-3, is discharged through the oil pipe 3, enters a fixed outer device 9-1 along an oil inlet and outlet pipe joint F9-5, and moves in the direction of executing the actions, after a straw block mold moving device 9 extends to receive a straw block mold 10 and a briquetting device 6, the briquetting moving device 5 shortens to move left with the briquetting device 6, a crushed material blocking plate 6-3 leaves a feeding hole, crushed materials enter a space surrounded by an installation box body 4, the briquetting device 6 and the straw block mold 10, and after the straw block mold 10 moves to a certain distance with a switch control device 11, impact prevention devices at the two ends of a right side of a starting groove 11-2 and a separation device 12-2-7 at the right side of an oil hole passage 12-2-7-3, so that the oil hole channel separating device 12-2-7 moves in the valve body 12-2-1 direction to enable the separating ring 12-2-7-2 to block the two ends of the internal channel 12-2-2 and between the oil inlet and outlet hole A12-2-4 and the oil return hole 12-2-5, and at the moment, the steps of firstly extending the briquetting moving device 5 and then shortening the straw block mold moving device 9 are repeated, so that the straws are repeatedly and automatically pressed into blocks.
