The invention discloses an infusion pump with an adjustable transmission part position, which comprises a shell, an injection pump, an infusion pump and a driving mechanism, wherein the injection pump is arranged on the shell; the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a driving part and a transmission part, wherein the end part of the injection pump is provided with an injection pump driving part, and the end part of the infusion pump is provided with an infusion pump driving part; when the injection pump works, the transmission part is turned over between the driving part and the injection pump driving part and is connected with the driving part and the injection pump driving part; when the infusion pump works, the transmission part is turned over between the driving part and the infusion pump driving part and is connected with the driving part and the infusion pump driving part. With this structural design's infusion pump can be through the drive division that can overturn the setting, conveniently nimble realize power switching between infusion pump and syringe pump, effectively satisfy the dual-purpose demand of a machine then, simultaneously, also effectively reduced the manufacturing cost of this infusion pump.

The driving part is arranged as a driving gear coaxially fastened with the driving shaft of the motor, the transmission part comprises a turning arm pivoted with the driving shaft of the motor, a driven gear pivoted with one end of the turning arm far away from the driving shaft of the motor, and a handle extending out of the shell and used for driving the turning arm to rotate around the driving shaft of the motor, and the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear.
The turnover arms comprise a first turnover arm and a second turnover arm which are pivoted with the driving shaft of the motor in parallel, and a main shaft arranged at one end of the first turnover arm and one end of the second turnover arm, which are far away from the driving shaft of the motor, wherein the driven gear is pivoted with the main shaft, and the first turnover arm and the second turnover arm are respectively positioned at two sides of the driving gear.
The injection pump driving part is an injection pump gear set arranged at one end of a driving shaft of the injection pump; the infusion pump driving part is an infusion pump gear set arranged at one end of a driving shaft of the infusion pump.
The injection pump gear set, the driving gear, the driven gear and the infusion pump gear set are all arranged adjacent to the shell wall provided with the handle.
The shell wall above the driving gear is provided with an oil injection groove in a penetrating mode, and the oil injection groove is provided with a sealing cover.
Wherein, the handle is provided with the retaining member that cooperates with the casing.
The locking piece is a set screw arranged on the end face of the handle, and the set screw is in threaded connection with a screw hole formed in the side wall of the shell.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by the specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides an infusion pump with an adjustable transmission part position, which comprises a housing 1, an injection pump 2 and an infusion pump 3 which are erected in the housing 1, and a driving mechanism 4 arranged between the injection pump 2 and the infusion pump 3; the driving mechanism 4 comprises a motor 41, a driving part fastened with a driving shaft of the motor 41, and a transmission part capable of being overturned around the driving part, wherein an injection pump driving part is arranged at the end part of the injection pump 2, and an infusion pump driving part is arranged at the end part of the infusion pump 3; when the injection pump 2 works, the transmission part is turned over between the driving part and the injection pump driving part and is connected with the driving part and the injection pump driving part; when the infusion pump 3 works, the transmission part is turned over between the driving part and the infusion pump driving part and is connected with the driving part and the infusion pump driving part.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the driving portion is configured as a driving gear 42 coaxially fastened to the driving shaft of the motor 41, the transmission portion includes an overturning arm pivotally connected to the driving shaft of the motor 41, a driven gear 44 pivotally connected to an end of the overturning arm away from the driving shaft of the motor 41, and a handle 5 extending from the housing 1 for driving the overturning arm to rotate around the driving shaft of the motor 41, and the driving gear 42 is meshed with the driven gear 44. The syringe pump driving part is a syringe pump gear set 21 arranged at one end of a driving shaft of the syringe pump 2; the infusion pump driving part is an infusion pump gear set 31 arranged at one end of a driving shaft of the infusion pump 3.
By adopting the above structural design, when power switching is required to be realized between the infusion pump 3 and the injection pump 2, the turning arm can be driven to rotate around the driving shaft of the motor 41 through the rotation of the handle 5, and then the driven gear 44 arranged at the end part of the turning arm is driven to rotate along the peripheral surface of the driving gear 42 and then meshed with the infusion pump gear set 31 or the injection pump gear set 21 at one side of the driving gear 42, so that the power switching is realized conveniently and rapidly.
Further, in this embodiment, the flipping arm includes a first flipping arm 431 and a second flipping arm 432 pivoted to the driving shaft of the motor 41 in parallel, and a main shaft 433 disposed at one end of the first flipping arm 431 and the second flipping arm 432 away from the driving shaft of the motor 41, the driven gear 44 is pivoted to the main shaft 433, and the first flipping arm 431 and the second flipping arm 432 are respectively located at two sides of the driving gear 42. Thereby, the driven gear 44 can be stably and reliably meshed with the driving gear 42, and the overturned driven gear 44 can be more stably meshed with the infusion pump gear set 31 or the injection pump gear set 21
Further, in this embodiment, the syringe pump gear set 21, the driving gear 42, the driven gear 44, and the infusion pump gear set 31 are disposed adjacent to the wall of the housing 1 provided with the handle 5. For lubrication between the gears and the gear set, the wall of the housing 1 above the driving gear 42 is provided with a grease groove therethrough, which is provided with a sealing cover 6. When adding lubricating oil, only the sealing cover 6 needs to be lifted.
In this embodiment, in order to enable the transmission portion after overturning to be positioned stably and reliably, a locking screw 7 is provided on the end face of the handle 5, and the locking screw 7 is connected with a threaded hole on the wall of the housing 1 through threads, so that the overturning arm can be fixed. Further, the handle 5 and the second flip arm 432 in this embodiment are of an integrally formed design.
In addition, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate placement of the syringe pump 2, a positioning groove 12 is provided at the top of the housing 1 along the pushing direction of the syringe pump 2, and in addition, in order to prevent collision of objects outside the housing 1 caused by reciprocating movement of the syringe rod of the syringe pump 2, a protection cover 13 is extended on one side of the housing 1, and the protection cover 13 is disposed to penetrate the positioning groove 12. Furthermore, an infusion pump 3 is provided on the side of the cavity of the housing 1 remote from the positioning groove 12, so that the infusion pump 3 and the syringe pump 2 are provided as one body.

An infusion pump with an adjustable drive unit position, characterized in that: comprises a shell, a syringe pump and an infusion pump which are arranged in the shell in an erected manner, and a driving mechanism arranged between the syringe pump and the infusion pump; the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a driving part fastened with a driving shaft of the motor and a transmission part capable of being overturned around the driving part, the end part of the injection pump is provided with an injection pump driving part, and the end part of the infusion pump is provided with an infusion pump driving part; when the injection pump works, the transmission part is turned over between the driving part and the injection pump driving part and is connected with the driving part and the injection pump driving part; when the infusion pump works, the transmission part is turned over between the driving part and the infusion pump driving part and is connected with the driving part and the infusion pump driving part;
the infusion pump and the injection pump do not work at the same time, and the transmission part can realize power switching between the infusion pump and the injection pump.

An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the driving part is arranged as a driving gear coaxially fastened with the driving shaft of the motor, the transmission part comprises a turning arm pivoted with the driving shaft of the motor, a driven gear pivoted with one end of the turning arm far away from the driving shaft of the motor, and a handle extending out of the shell and used for driving the turning arm to rotate around the driving shaft of the motor, and the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear.

An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the turnover arms comprise a first turnover arm and a second turnover arm which are pivoted with the driving shaft of the motor in parallel, and a main shaft arranged at one end of the first turnover arm and one end of the second turnover arm, which is far away from the driving shaft of the motor, wherein the driven gear is pivoted with the main shaft, and the first turnover arm and the second turnover arm are respectively positioned at two sides of the driving gear.

5. An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as in claim 4, wherein: the injection pump gear set, the driving gear, the driven gear and the infusion pump gear set are all arranged adjacent to the shell wall provided with the handle.
6. An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the casing wall above the driving gear is provided with an oil injection groove in a penetrating mode, and the oil injection groove is provided with a sealing cover.
7. An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the handle is provided with a locking member which is matched with the shell.
8. An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as in claim 7, wherein: the locking piece is a set screw arranged on the end face of the handle, and the set screw is in threaded connection with a screw hole formed in the side wall of the shell.
9. An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the top of casing is provided with the constant head tank along the advancing direction of syringe pump, the constant head tank with extend in the protection casing link up the setting of casing lateral wall.
10. An infusion pump with adjustable drive unit position as in claim 9, wherein: the infusion pump is arranged in the cavity of the shell far away from one side of the positioning groove.
