Abstract
The invention discloses a protective turnover cover plate device which comprises a cover plate and a sealing ring arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate, wherein one end of the cover plate is connected to an integrated panel in a shaft mode and can rotate around a connecting shaft to open or close a connector interface on the integrated panel, and the sealing ring can be arranged on the outer edge of the connector interface in a frame mode under the condition that the cover plate is closed on the connector interface. The invention realizes the technical problem which puzzles the environmental safety protection of the military display for a long time by using a simple structure, is easy to disassemble, is convenient for later debugging and upgrading, and has higher popularization and application values.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a military liquid crystal display sealing part, in particular to a protective turnover cover plate device.
Background
At present, the front panel or the side surface of a general military lcd is configured with related connector interfaces, such as a USB connector, a debug connector, an SD card connector, etc., which have different functions, and mainly aims to rapidly implement communication, transmission, debugging, etc. between an electronic product and the outside. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a protective flip cover plate device, which includes a cover plate and a sealing ring disposed on a lower surface of the cover plate, wherein one end of the cover plate is coupled to an integrated panel and can rotate around a coupling shaft to open or close a connector interface on the integrated panel, and the sealing ring can be framed on an outer edge of the connector interface under a condition that the cover plate is closed on the connector interface.
Preferably, the lower surface of the cover plate is provided with a groove, and the upper part of the sealing ring is embedded in the groove.
Preferably, the lower surface of the cover plate is further provided with a plurality of sealing strips, and the sealing strips can be embedded in the holes of the connector interfaces.
Preferably, the connecting shaft is parallel to the integrated panel.
Preferably, the integrated panel is recessed inwards to form a groove, the connecting shaft protrudes out of the lower surface of the cover plate and is embedded in the groove, and two ends of the connecting shaft are connected to the groove wall of the groove in a shaft mode.
Preferably, the cover plate is screwed with the integrated panel.
Preferably, a countersunk hole is formed in the cover plate, and the cover plate is in threaded connection with the integrated panel through a countersunk nail.

Fig. 1 is a liquid crystal display of a military machine, wherein a front panel of the liquid crystal display is provided with a debugging port connector, which is intended to facilitate relevant work such as debugging or program upgrading of a designer after the assembly of the whole military machine is completed; when the display works, the connector needs to be sealed, and a related protection structure needs to be designed. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a protective flip cover plate device, which includes a cover plate 1 and a sealing ring 2 disposed on a lower surface of the cover plate 1, wherein one end of the cover plate 1 is coupled to an integrated panel 5 and can rotate around a coupling shaft 3 to open or close a connector interface 4 on the integrated panel 5, and the sealing ring 2 can be framed on an outer edge of the connector interface 4 under a condition that the cover plate 1 is closed on the connector interface 4. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate 1 is further provided with a plurality of sealing strips 7 on the lower surface thereof, and the sealing strips 7 can be fitted into the holes of the connector ports 4. In this way, the weather strip 7 can be further fitted into the hole of the connector port 4, and the sealing performance can be further improved.
The connecting shaft 3 can be arranged in various ways, for example, perpendicular to the integration panel 5 or parallel to the integration panel 5, and the cover plate 1 can rotate around the connecting shaft 3 to open or close the connector interface 4, and in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connecting shaft 3 is parallel to the integration panel 5.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the integrated panel 5 is recessed inward to form a cover plate frame 10, and the cover plate 1 is embedded in the cover plate frame 10.

the integrated panel (5) is inwards recessed with a groove (8), the connecting shaft (3) protrudes out of the lower surface of the cover plate (1) and is embedded in the groove (8), and two ends of the connecting shaft (3) are in shaft connection with the groove wall of the groove (8).
