Abstract
The invention discloses a grounding switch locking operation device of a metal-enclosed switch cabinet.A bevel gear grounding switch operation mechanism of the device is provided with a grounding switch operation shaft and a fixed grounding switch operation shaft limiting block fixed on the grounding switch operation shaft, and further comprises a movable grounding switch operation shaft limiting block, a mandril interlocking limiting plate, a connecting rod, an installation positioning plate, a mandril and a mandril reset spring. When the rear door is closed, the rear door drives the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block to move forwards through the ejector rod and the connecting rod, so that the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block is separated from the embedded state with the fixed grounding switch operating shaft limiting block, and the grounding switch operating shaft completes the opening action. When the back door is opened, the ejector rod reset spring drives the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block to move backwards through the ejector rod and the connecting rod, so that the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block is embedded with the fixed grounding switch operating shaft limiting block, the grounding switch operating shaft cannot rotate, and the brake separating operation cannot be completed.

For a switch cabinet, five misoperation prevention functions need to be provided: the circuit breaker is prevented from being switched on by mistake, the upper and lower isolating switches are prevented from being switched on and off by mistake or the circuit breaker handcart is prevented from being pushed in and pulled out by a load, the grounding switch is prevented from being operated by electrification or a temporary grounding wire is prevented from being hooked, the electricity is prevented from being transmitted when the temporary grounding wire or the grounding switch is switched on, and people are prevented from entering an electrified interval by mistake.
The design of the switch cabinet back door and the grounding switch locking mechanism is to meet the five-prevention requirement of the switch cabinet; when the rear door is opened, the grounding switch cannot be opened; when the rear door is closed, the grounding switch can be opened. Can effectually prevent that maintainer mistake from going into electrified interval. However, the existing bevel gear grounding switch and the rear door locking device of the switch device are unreliable, and misoperation is easy to occur.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the earthing switch locking operation device of the metal enclosed switch cabinet comprises a bevel gear earthing switch operation mechanism 100, the bevel gear earthing switch operation mechanism 100 is provided with an earthing switch operation shaft 110 and a fixed earthing switch operation shaft stopper 120 fixed on the earthing switch operation shaft 110, and the earthing switch operation shaft 110 operates a bevel gear transmission pair 130 in the bevel gear earthing switch operation mechanism 100 to rotate through the fixed earthing switch operation shaft stopper 120 so as to perform bevel gear earthing switch operation. A limiting groove 121 is formed on the fixed grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 120.
The invention is characterized by further comprising a movable earthing switch operating shaft limiting block 210, a push rod interlocking limiting block, a connecting rod 230, a mounting positioning plate, a push rod 250 and a push rod return spring 260.
The movable ground switch operating shaft stopper 210 is slidably fitted over the ground switch operating shaft 110, and the movable ground switch operating shaft stopper 210 is provided with a stopper protrusion 211 protruding in the direction of the fixed ground switch operating shaft stopper 120. The mounting positioning plate is a U-shaped mounting positioning plate 240, the bottom edge 241 of the U-shaped mounting positioning plate 240 is fixed on the cabinet body, and two vertical edges 242 and 243 of the U-shaped mounting positioning plate 240 are provided with coaxial ejector rod holes 242a and 243 a.
The connecting rod 230 passes through the push rod interlocking limiting grooves 222a and 223a on the two vertical edges 222 and 223 of the U-shaped push rod interlocking limiting plate 220, and the lower end of the connecting rod 230 is fixedly connected with the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 210.
The middle of the top rod 250 passes through two vertical edges 242, 243 of the U-shaped mounting positioning plate 240 and is provided with coaxial top rod holes 242a, 243a, and the first end 251 thereof is hinged with the upper end of the connecting rod 230. The second end 252 of the push rod 250 is serpentine. A roller 253 is provided at the end shaft of the second end 252 of the plunger 250.
The top rod return spring 260 is sleeved on the middle portion of the top rod 250 and located between the two vertical edges 242, 243 of the U-shaped mounting positioning plate 240, a limit pin 254 is radially fixed on the middle portion of the top rod 250, and the limit pin 254 is also located between the two vertical edges 242, 243 of the U-shaped mounting positioning plate 240. The push rod return spring 260 is located between the vertical edge 243 of the U-shaped mounting and positioning plate 240 and the limit pin 254.
Referring to fig. 3, the earthing switch locking operation device of the metal-enclosed switch cabinet of the invention is applied to a KYN61 cabinet, and the U-shaped ejector rod interlocking limit plate 220 and the U-shaped installation positioning plate 240 are installed at corresponding positions of the cabinet body rear side plate 310; when the rear door 320 is closed, the rear door 320 drives the push rod 250 to move forward through the roller 253, the connecting rod 230 is driven to move forward in the forward movement process of the push rod 250, and the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 210 is driven to move forward along the grounding switch operating shaft 110 in the forward movement process of the connecting rod 230, so that the limiting protrusion 211 on the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 210 is withdrawn from the limiting groove 121 on the fixed grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 120, and the grounding switch operating shaft 110 drives the bevel gear transmission pair 130 in the bevel gear grounding switch operating mechanism 100 to rotate, thereby completing the opening action. In the process, the mandril reset spring 260 is compressed and stored energy under the action of the limit pin 254.
When the back door 320 is opened, the roller 253 loses the limitation, the ejector rod reset spring 260 is released, under the action of the ejector rod reset spring 260, the ejector rod 250 is pushed to move backwards, the connecting rod 230 is driven to move backwards in the backward movement process of the ejector rod 250, and the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 210 is driven to move backwards along the grounding switch operating shaft 110 in the backward movement process of the connecting rod 230, so that the limiting protrusion 211 on the movable grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 210 is inserted into the limiting groove 121 on the fixed grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 120 to clamp the fixed grounding switch operating shaft limiting block 120, the grounding switch operating shaft 110 cannot rotate, and the brake separating action cannot be completed.
