Abstract
The invention discloses a sealing device and a sealing method for an inner ring of a large-capacity hollow bolt type aluminum capacitor cover plate, wherein the sealing device comprises an inner sealing seat, a double-head inner sealing needle structure and an inner sealing shaft, the inner sealing shaft is arranged on the sealing device, the inner sealing seat is arranged at the top end of the inner sealing shaft, the double-head inner sealing needle structure is fixed on the inner sealing seat, and the double-head inner sealing needle structure is driven to rotate under the driving of the sealing device so as to seal the inner ring of the capacitor cover plate; the invention adopts a careful design, utilizes a double-head sealing needle structure, and does not use a bearing, and is a very accurate cover plate inner ring sealing device and a sealing method thereof.
