Calculating the similarity between the target service and the second service, extracting a service summary from contract texts corresponding to the target service and the second service respectively, wherein the service summary comprises service core content, calculating the similarity between the target service summary corresponding to the target service and the second service summary corresponding to the second service, extracting keywords from the target service summary and the second service summary, comparing the keywords corresponding to the target service summary with the keywords corresponding to the second service summary, and taking the matching rate of the keywords corresponding to the target service summary and the keywords corresponding to the second service summary as the service similarity. In this embodiment, the step S302 includes: acquiring a second service summary corresponding to the second service identifier, and acquiring a target service summary corresponding to the target service identifier; and calculating the similarity between the target service summary and each second service summary to serve as the service similarity between the target service corresponding to the target service identifier and the second service corresponding to the second service identifier.

It should be noted that, the service similarity exceeds the preset similarity threshold, which indicates that the second service corresponding to the service similarity has a strong association with the target service, and can be used as the similar service. The preset similarity threshold can be set according to experience, for example, 60%, and can be adjusted according to the number of the screened similar services, if the screened similar services are more, the preset similarity threshold can be increased, so that the number of the similar services is less, and the subsequent extraction of excessive alternative elements is avoided.

In a specific implementation, the service identifier of the similar service is an identifier capable of representing the similar service, and the similar service identifier may be a name of the similar service, or may be a unique identifier preset for the similar service, for example, the similar service identifier may be a string of digital codes or the like. The selection instruction is generally input by a user through a display interface of the base table configuration device, the user can select elements to be configured according to needs, the user can input the selection instruction through the display interface of the base table configuration device, the selection instruction comprises at least one candidate element checked by the user, and the checked at least one candidate element is the target candidate element.
In a third embodiment, a first service identifier except for the target service identifier in a plurality of first service identifiers corresponding to the target unit identifier is used as a second service identifier, service similarity between a target service corresponding to the target service identifier and a second service corresponding to the second service identifier is calculated, a second service corresponding to the service similarity exceeding a preset similarity threshold is used as a similar service of the target service, an original difference element in an element set corresponding to the service identifier of the similar service is used as a similar difference element, an alternative element frame is built according to the similar difference element, and the alternative element frame is displayed, so that a user can select an element with strong relevance to the target service in the similar difference element according to configuration requirements, a target base table to be configured can be further perfected, and configuration efficiency and flexibility of the base table are improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a base table configuration program, and the base table configuration program realizes the steps of the base table configuration method when being executed by a processor.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further proposes a base table configuration device, where the base table configuration device includes:
the acquisition module 10 is used for receiving a base table configuration instruction and acquiring a public base table frame and an original candidate element frame according to the base table configuration instruction;
the screening module 20 is configured to extract a target unit identifier and a target service identifier from the base table configuration instruction, and screen the original candidate element frame according to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier to obtain a target candidate element frame;
a display module 30, configured to display the target candidate element frame;
a receiving module 40, configured to receive a selection instruction input by a user according to the target candidate element frame, and extract a target candidate element from the selection instruction;
a generating module 50, configured to generate a target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier according to the target candidate element and the common base table framework.
It should be understood that the execution subject of the present embodiment is the base table configuration device, where the base table configuration device may be an electronic device such as a personal computer or a server. Different business of different units corresponds to different base tables, various elements related to the contract are managed through a contract system, and when the different units perform corresponding base table configuration on the different business, the base table configuration equipment can be used for managing the elements through the contract system. Common contract management elements exist for different businesses of any entity, for example, there are two elements of entity name and business name in each contract. The common basic table frame is constructed according to the common elements, and other required elements can be configured on the basis of the common basic table frame when different users perform basic configuration of different services in the follow-up process so as to obtain a required target basic table.
It will be appreciated that for different elements in each base table, the difference elements in each original base table can be obtained by analyzing the original base table as configured in the past. And analyzing the original base table corresponding to each service of each unit to obtain original difference elements among the services of each unit, wherein the original difference elements among the services of each unit form the original candidate element frame. And the user can select the original difference elements in the original candidate element frame to meet the configuration requirement of the target base table of the required configuration.
It should be noted that, the base table configuration instruction is usually input by a user, and may also be triggered by background timing. The user can input the base table configuration instruction through the display interface of the base table configuration device, and usually the user needs to indicate which service of which unit needs to be configured through the base table configuration instruction, namely the base table configuration instruction comprises a target unit identifier and a target service identifier corresponding to a target base table which needs to be configured. The target unit identifier is an identifier capable of representing the target unit, and the target unit identifier may be a name of the target unit, or may be a unique identifier preset for the target unit, such as a string of digital codes different from other unit identifiers, or the like. The target service identifier is an identifier capable of representing the target service, and the target service identifier may be a name of the target service, or may be a unique identifier preset for the target service, such as a string of digital codes different from other service identifiers, etc.
In a specific implementation, the number of original difference elements between each business of each unit is generally large, and if all the original difference elements in the original candidate element frame are displayed as candidate elements, it takes more time for a user to select. The difference elements corresponding to different services are different according to different service contents, but for the same service of the same unit, most elements are consistent with original elements in the original base table in the past when the base table is configured, and partial update or difference can exist according to service development or new requirements of users. The original candidate element frames can be screened according to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier so as to screen out original difference elements in the original base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier, the target candidate element frames established according to the original difference elements in the original base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier have higher reference value to users, and the users can quickly select out target candidate elements related to target services corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier according to the target candidate element frames.
It should be understood that the original difference elements in the original base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier in the target candidate element frame are displayed, so that the user can select the original difference elements as required, and the selected original difference elements are used as target candidate elements. The user can also add other elements besides the original difference elements displayed in the target candidate element frame according to actual requirements. And for the target candidate elements selected by the user, the user can delete the target candidate elements, for example, the selection instructions can be input again for deleting and selecting again under the conditions of multi-selection and wrong selection.
It can be understood that the user selects the target candidate elements meeting the requirements according to the target candidate element framework displayed on the display interface of the base table configuration device. The target candidate element frame comprises original difference elements in an original base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier, and a user selects proper elements from the displayed original difference elements as the target candidate elements according to configuration requirements of the target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier. The selection instruction is generally input by a user through a display interface of the base table configuration device, the user can select elements to be configured according to needs, the user can input the selection instruction through the display interface of the base table configuration device, the selection instruction comprises at least one candidate element checked by the user, and the checked at least one candidate element is the target candidate element.
It should be appreciated that the integration of the target candidate element and the common base table frame may be performed according to a preset base table format, so as to obtain a target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier. The contract content corresponding to the target candidate element can also be extracted from the original base table according to the target unit identifier and the service identifier, and the extracted contract content corresponding to the target candidate element is copied into the target base table to generate a target contract text. The logical relationship of the data at the bottom layer of the system can be flexibly modified, so that the presented chart can be flexibly displayed.
The target candidate element selected may be deleted. For example, when multiple selections and false selections occur, a deleting instruction can be input through a display interface of the base table configuration device, wherein the deleting instruction comprises elements which the user wants to delete, namely candidate elements to be deleted. In this embodiment, after generating the target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier according to the target candidate element and the common base table frame, the method further includes: receiving a deleting instruction input by a user, and extracting candidate elements to be deleted from the deleting instruction; and deleting the candidate elements to be deleted from the target base table.
In this embodiment, a base table configuration instruction is received, a public base table frame and an original candidate element frame are obtained according to the base table configuration instruction, a target unit identifier and a target service identifier are extracted from the base table configuration instruction, the original candidate element frame is screened according to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier, a target candidate element frame is obtained, and the target candidate element frame is displayed for a user to select candidate elements according to own needs, so that flexible configuration of a target base table is realized; receiving a selection instruction input by a user according to a target candidate element frame, extracting target candidate elements from the selection instruction, generating a target base table corresponding to a target unit identifier and a target service identifier according to the target candidate elements and a public base table frame, configuring public elements required by base table configuration into the public base table frame, flexibly configuring the target base table meeting the user requirements by combining the target candidate elements selected by the user according to the user requirements, and not needing to manually manufacture various base tables one by one, thereby improving the efficiency of manufacturing various base tables and reducing the labor cost.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain an original base table corresponding to each candidate service identifier of each candidate unit identifier, where the candidate unit identifier includes the target unit identifier, and the candidate service identifier includes the target service identifier;
The base table configuration device further includes: the extraction module is used for extracting elements from each original base table to obtain a plurality of original elements corresponding to each original base table, and the plurality of original elements corresponding to each original base table respectively form an element set corresponding to each original base table;
and the comparison module is used for comparing the element sets to obtain common elements in the element sets, and a common base table frame is established according to the common elements.
In an embodiment, the base table configuration device further includes: the identification module is used for taking the original elements except the common elements in each element set as the original difference elements of each element set;
the establishing module is used for establishing an original candidate element frame corresponding to each candidate service identifier of each candidate unit identifier according to the original difference element of each element set.
In an embodiment, the identification module is further configured to use a first service identifier, except the target service identifier, of a plurality of first service identifiers corresponding to the target unit identifier as a second service identifier;
the base table configuration device further includes: the calculating module is used for calculating the service similarity between the target service corresponding to the target service identifier and the second service corresponding to the second service identifier;
The identification module is further configured to use a second service corresponding to a service similarity exceeding a preset similarity threshold as a similar service of the target service;
the identification module is further configured to use an original difference element in the element set corresponding to the service identifier of the similar service as a similar difference element;
the establishing module is further used for establishing an alternative element frame according to the similar difference elements and displaying the alternative element frame;
the receiving module 40 is further configured to receive a selection instruction input by a user according to the target candidate element frame and the candidate element frame, and extract a target candidate element from the selection instruction.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain a second service profile corresponding to the second service identifier, and obtain a target service profile corresponding to the target service identifier;
the calculation module is further configured to calculate a similarity between the target service profile and each second service profile, where the similarity is used as a service similarity between a target service corresponding to the target service identifier and a second service corresponding to the second service identifier.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain an original base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier;
The extraction module is further used for extracting service contents corresponding to the elements in the target base table from the original base table;
the generating module 50 is further configured to fill the extracted service content into the target base table, and generate a target contract text.
In an embodiment, the receiving module 40 is further configured to receive a deletion instruction input by a user, and extract a candidate element to be deleted from the deletion instruction;
the base table configuration device further includes: and the deleting module is used for deleting the candidate elements to be deleted from the target base table.

Claims (10)

1. A base table configuration method, characterized in that the base table configuration method comprises the steps of:
receiving a base table configuration instruction, and acquiring a public base table frame and an original candidate element frame according to the base table configuration instruction;
extracting a target unit identifier and a target service identifier from the base table configuration instruction, and screening the original candidate element frames according to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier to obtain target candidate element frames;
displaying the target candidate element frames;
receiving a selection instruction input by a user according to the target candidate element frame, and extracting a target candidate element from the selection instruction;
generating a target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier according to the target candidate element and the public base table frame;
After the target candidate element frame is displayed, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring and displaying an alternative element framework based on similar difference elements;
the receiving the selection instruction input by the user according to the target candidate element frame, extracting the target candidate element from the selection instruction comprises the following steps:
and receiving a selection instruction input by a user according to the target candidate element frame and the candidate element frame, and extracting a target candidate element from the selection instruction.

obtaining original base tables respectively corresponding to candidate service identifiers of candidate unit identifiers, wherein the candidate unit identifiers comprise the target unit identifiers, and the candidate service identifiers comprise the target service identifiers;
extracting elements from each original base table to obtain a plurality of original elements corresponding to each original base table, wherein the plurality of original elements corresponding to each original base table respectively form an element set corresponding to each original base table;
And comparing the element sets to obtain common elements in the element sets, and establishing a common base table frame according to the common elements.
3. The base table configuration method according to claim 2, wherein the comparing the element sets to obtain common elements in the element sets, and after establishing a common base table frame according to the common elements, the base table configuration method further comprises:
taking the original elements except the common elements in each element set as the original difference elements of each element set;
and establishing an original candidate element frame corresponding to each candidate service identifier of each candidate unit identifier according to the original difference elements of each element set.
4. The base table configuration method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining and displaying the alternative element frame based on the similar difference element comprises:
taking a first service identifier except the target service identifier in a plurality of first service identifiers corresponding to the target unit identifier as a second service identifier;
calculating the service similarity between the target service corresponding to the target service identifier and the second service corresponding to the second service identifier;
Taking a second service corresponding to the service similarity exceeding a preset similarity threshold as a similar service of the target service;
taking original difference elements in element sets corresponding to service identifiers of the similar services as the similar difference elements;
and establishing the alternative element frame according to the similar difference elements, and displaying the alternative element frame.
5. The base table configuration method of claim 4, wherein the calculating the service similarity between the target service corresponding to the target service identifier and the second service corresponding to the second service identifier comprises:
acquiring a second service summary corresponding to the second service identifier, and acquiring a target service summary corresponding to the target service identifier;
and calculating the similarity between the target service summary and each second service summary to serve as the service similarity between the target service corresponding to the target service identifier and the second service corresponding to the second service identifier.

The base table configuration method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the generating of the target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier from the target candidate element and the common base table frame, the base table configuration method further comprises:
Acquiring an original base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier;
extracting business content corresponding to the elements in the target base table from the original base table;
and filling the extracted business content into the target base table to generate a target contract text.

The base table configuration method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the generating of the target base table corresponding to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier from the target candidate element and the common base table frame, the base table configuration method further comprises:
receiving a deleting instruction input by a user, and extracting candidate elements to be deleted from the deleting instruction;
and deleting the candidate elements to be deleted from the target base table.

A base table configuration apparatus, characterized in that the base table configuration apparatus comprises: memory, a processor and a base table configuration program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the base table configuration method of any of claims 1 to 7.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a base table configuration program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the base table configuration method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A base table configuration apparatus, characterized in that the base table configuration apparatus comprises:
the acquisition module is used for receiving the base table configuration instruction and acquiring a public base table frame and an original candidate element frame according to the base table configuration instruction;
the screening module is used for extracting a target unit identifier and a target service identifier from the base table configuration instruction, and screening the original candidate element frames according to the target unit identifier and the target service identifier to obtain target candidate element frames;
the display module is used for displaying the target candidate element frames;
the receiving module is used for receiving a selection instruction input by a user according to the target candidate element frame, and extracting a target candidate element from the selection instruction;
