Background
A dry quantitative analyzer is an apparatus for measuring the concentration of a reagent by using the absorption characteristics of a substance to light.
In many cases, the reagent (strip) needs to be heated to a certain temperature before measurement by the dry quantitative analyzer. In the prior art, the reagent (strip) is heated by heating in a water bath (water vapor). However, the water bath heating device is bulky and difficult to integrate into a dry quantitative analyzer, which undoubtedly increases the equipment cost and the operation steps and reduces the detection efficiency.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a product that can be integrated into a dry-type quantitative analyzer to facilitate heating of the reagent (strip) for effective improvement of the detection efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying figures 1-3:
the heating detection head of the present invention mainly comprises a detection head main body 1, a detection light source 2 and a circuit board (not shown).
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the test head body 1 has a three-dimensional structure, which is hollow, and has an open end at one end and a bottom panel at the other end. The detection light source 2 is installed on the bottom panel and projects outside the detection head main body.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom panel has a certain thickness, and a groove 3 is formed on a surface facing the inner side of the detection head main body to serve as a space for accommodating the light source and the lens.
Preferably, a protrusion may be disposed on a surface of the bottom panel facing the outside of the detection head body at a position corresponding to the accommodation space to increase the accommodation space, and the protrusion is capable of conducting heat, and a flat surface of the protrusion is capable of abutting against a reagent strip to be detected.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, at least one heating groove 4 is formed on a surface of the bottom panel facing the inside of the head body, and the heating groove 4 is used for accommodating a heating element. Preferably, a plurality of heating grooves 4 are symmetrically arranged around the groove 3 to ensure uniform heating.
The heating element is preferably an electric heating element, and further, the heating element is mounted on the circuit board, and the circuit board is used for realizing intelligent control on heating of the test sample.
The circuit board is mounted in the head body 1. Preferably, the circuit board is disposed adjacent to the bottom panel.
Preferably, the heating detection head of the invention is provided with a mounting flange 5 at the opening of the detection head main body 1. The heated test head with mounting flange 5 can be mounted to an optical test device such as a quantitative analyzer using bolts, rivets or other fastening means.
Further, in order to ensure the heat dissipation of the circuit board, a vent hole can be optionally formed in the side wall of the groove 3.
According to the heating detection head disclosed by the invention, the bottom panel is heated by the circuit board, then the heat is conducted to the outer periphery of the detection light source 2, and the detection light source 2 is used for propping (or pressing) the reagent strip, so that the reagent strip can be heated. The circuit board can realize the control of the detection light source 2.
The heating detection head has a simple and compact structure, realizes the integrated integration of a sample heating device and a detection instrument, reduces the equipment volume and reduces the heating cost. The detection head with the heating device is used for directly heating the sample (reagent strip), so that the detection efficiency is improved.
