The wing nuts 63 are arranged to further fix the connecting plates 61 when the anti-riot net is retracted, so that the anti-riot net is prevented from loosening. The elastic buckle 64 is fixedly arranged on the stand 1 connected with the round hole end of the connecting plate 61, when the blocking net 2 needs to be opened, the butterfly nut 63 is loosened, the connecting plate 61 is rotated, and the two stands 1 can lose the connection relationship, so that the operation is simple and quick. When the connecting plate 61 is rotated, the connecting plate 61 can be continuously rotated to be clamped into the elastic buckle 64, the connecting plate 61 can be completely stored without screwing the butterfly nut 63, and the situation that the connecting plate 61 is in an active state to prevent the smooth prevention of the blocking net device from being blocked under the condition of rushing prevention is avoided.
