When the fluorescent material 3 needs to be replaced, the protruding strip 33 is pressed in a direction approaching the relief groove 34, the tension spring 35 is compressed, and the protruding strip 33 is pulled, so that the fluorescent material 3 is taken out of the mounting groove 21, and it is necessary to define that the end surface of the transparent case 31 protrudes out of the mounting groove 21.
As shown in fig. 3, the transparent case 31 is provided with an injection hole 36 facing to the transparent sealant 15, so that when the fluorescent material 3 does not need to be replaced and the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent powder 32 is too low, the fluorescent powder 32 with different colors can be injected into the transparent case 31 from the injection hole 36 by using a syringe, thereby ensuring that the fluorescent material 3 mounted at the position is bright at any time and playing a role in warning people.
As shown in fig. 4, a driving member 4 is installed at the bottom of the transparent case 31, a rotating shaft 41 is connected to an output shaft of the driving member 4, and bristles 42 spirally provided are arranged around the rotating shaft 41. In this embodiment of the present invention, the driving member 4 is a small motor, so that the driving member 4 is synchronously opened during the injection process of the fluorescent powder 32, so that the bristles 42 distributed in a spiral shape can brush the fluorescent powder 32 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 41, and the fluorescent powder 32 can be ensured to be uniformly distributed in the transparent box 31.
As shown in fig. 4, the driving member 4 is communicatively connected to a control end, and the control end includes two operation modes, namely an automatic control unit and a manual control unit, wherein an information storage node is edited in the automatic control unit, and the information storage node can be used for storing preset time, namely, the driving member 4 is enabled to act at intervals, so that fluorescent powder 32 deposited at the bottom of the transparent box 31 is stirred and uniformly distributed; or the manual control unit is connected with the handheld terminal, so that the mode switching of manual and automatic operation can be performed at any time, and further the control is performed through the control terminal according to actual requirements.
As shown in FIG. 2, the composite film 13 is a polyvinyl chloride PVC film, the thickness of the composite film 13 is 0.01-0.5 micrometers, the unique nano-structure polyvinyl chloride PVC film imitates the super-strong hydrophobic self-cleaning function of lotus leaves in nature, the surface of the film can be always kept clean, and the composite film 13 is arranged on the surfaces of the flat plate 11 and the arc plate 12 through an adhesiveThe adhesive is propylene copolymer water soluble synthetic emulsion. Therefore, the flat plate 11 and the arc plate 12 can be processed in factories, namely, firstly, coiled materials are placed on an unreeling device to be unfolded and flattened, then passivation, drying and cooling treatment are carried out, then propylene copolymerization type water-soluble synthetic emulsion is adopted to coat the surface of the steel plate to be an adhesive layer, the glued steel plate is moved to the position below a laminating device to be laminated with polyvinyl chloride PVC film, the laminated steel plate is dried in a drying device, the dried steel plate is cooled in a cooling device, and the lamination on the surface of the steel plate is carried out hot pressing treatment through a pair of active rubber rollers and passive steel rollers of a hot pressing device to achieve the composite strength of more than 0.5kg/cm 2 Finally, the flat plate 11 and the arc plate 12 are manufactured through bending and cutting, and then the flat plate and the arc plate are transported to the site to realize the integral assembly.
The working principle of the anti-pollution scratch-resistant anti-scratch composite metal decorative panel is as follows: firstly, the adaptor 1 is arranged on two right-angle sides of a wall body 01 through angle steel, then the flat plate 11 and the arc plate 12 are respectively clamped and embedded at two clamping feet 5 of the adaptor 1, so that the flat plate 11 is parallel to the wall body 01, the end part of the arc plate 12 is positioned on the same plane with the flat plate 11, then an elastic strip 2 is embedded in a gap between the flat plate 11 and the arc plate 12, when the fluorescent body 3 is installed in an installation groove 21 of the elastic strip 2, a convex strip 33 is pressed towards a direction close to a yielding groove 34, then the convex strip 33 is aligned with a groove 22, the fluorescent body 3 is slidably installed in the installation groove 21, the convex strip 33 is clamped in the groove 22, after the convex strip 33 is loosened, elastic bulges are abutted against the groove 22 under the action of tension of a tension spring 35, so that the fluorescent body 3 is stably installed on the elastic strip 2, finally, smooth transparent sealing glue 15 is smeared, when the fluorescent body 3 does not need to be replaced, and when the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent powder 32 is too low, the fluorescent powder 32 can be injected into the transparent box 31 from an injection hole 36, the fluorescent powder 32 with different colors, and the fluorescent powder 32 can be uniformly distributed in a spiral way along with the rotation of the rotary shaft 32 in the process of the rotary shaft 41, and the fluorescent powder can be uniformly distributed in the rotary shaft 32, and the rotary shaft 41 can be ensured.

1. A stain-resistant scratch-resistant composite metal trim panel, comprising:
the adapter (1) is arranged on two right-angle sides of the wall body (01) through angle steel;
the leveling plate (11) is in buckling connection with the adapter (1) and is parallel to the wall body (01);
an arc-shaped plate (12) which is in snap connection with the adapter (1) and the end part of which is positioned on the same plane with the leveling plate (11);
a transparent sealant (15) provided at the front end of the fluorescent body (3);
the elastic strip (2) is arranged at the gap between the leveling plate (11) and the arc-shaped plate (12);
the fluorescent body (3) is detachably arranged on one side, far away from the adapter (1), of the elastic strip (2), the fluorescent body (3) comprises a transparent box body (31), fluorescent powder (32) is arranged in the transparent box body (31), and an injection hole (36) facing one side of the transparent sealant (15) is formed in the transparent box body (31);
the composite film (13) is arranged on the surfaces of the leveling plate (11) and the arc-shaped plate (12) and is used for increasing the integral anti-pollution scratch-resistant performance of the metal decorative panel;
