The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring first to fig. 1, there is shown an overall structural view of a detergent box assembly for a washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the detergent box assembly for a washing machine of the present invention includes a detergent box 12 and a water storage tank 11 provided on the detergent box 12, the water storage tank 11 is matched with at least a portion of the detergent box 12 such that the water storage tank 11 is fixedly connected with the detergent box 12, and the water storage tank 11 is communicated with the detergent box 12 such that water in the water storage tank 11 can flow into the detergent box 12. The washing machine further comprises a washing drum, the detergent box 12 is communicated with the washing drum, water in the water storage tank 11 can flow into the detergent box 12, then the detergent in the detergent box 12 is fully dissolved, and finally the water flows into the washing drum, so that clothes in the washing drum are washed.
It is understood that although the water storage tank 11 in the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a box-like structure, the water storage tank 11 may be a trough-like structure or other shapes as long as the water storage tank 11 has a space for containing water therein, and such changes in the shape of the water storage tank 11 do not depart from the basic principle of the present invention and thus should fall within the scope of the present invention. In addition, although the water storage tank 11 is matched with at least a portion of the detergent box 12 in the present preferred embodiment so that the water storage tank 11 and the detergent box 12 can be fixedly connected, it is obvious that the water storage tank 11 and the detergent box 12 can be separately provided at different positions as long as the water storage tank 11 can communicate with the detergent box 12 so that water in the water storage tank 11 can flow into the detergent box 12.
Referring now to FIG. 2, a sectional view of a water storage tank of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, a heating device is provided on the water storage tank 11; specifically, the water storage tank 11 is provided therein with a plurality of flow passages through which water introduced into the water storage tank 11 passes, and then flows from the water storage tank 11 into the detergent box 12. The heating device is arranged in a flow passage of the water storage tank 11 so as to heat water in the water storage tank 11; since the water storage tank 11 is provided with a plurality of flow passages and each flow passage is provided with a heating device, the heating device can sufficiently heat the water in the water storage tank 11, so that the water flowing out of the water storage tank 11 can have a high temperature. Meanwhile, the water heated in the water storage tank 11 can directly flow into the detergent box 12 and then enter the washing drum through the detergent box 12, so that the detergent can be sufficiently dissolved, and the detergent can maximally approach the maximum activity of the detergent in the warm water, thereby greatly enhancing the washing effect of the washing machine. It will be appreciated that although the water storage tank 11 in the preferred embodiment is provided with a heating means in each flow passage, the heating means may obviously be provided in only a part of the flow passages.
Referring next to fig. 2, in particular, the flow passages include a first flow passage 111 located in the area 1 and a second flow passage 112 located in the area 2, and the first flow passage 111 located in the area 1 communicates with the second flow passage 112 located in the area 2, so that water flowing into the first flow passage 111 can flow into the second flow passage 112. Further, the first flow channel 111 is provided with at least one water inlet 113, and the washing machine further comprises a water inlet pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water inlet 113, so that external water can enter the water storage tank 11 through the water inlet 113 and then enter the washing drum, so that the heating device can sufficiently heat the water entering the washing drum.
Further, since the heating device of the conventional washing machine can heat the detergent-mixed water in the washing tub only during the washing process, it is difficult to sufficiently dissolve the detergent in the mixed water until the detergent-mixed water is not heated to a predetermined temperature, and the lower the temperature of the detergent-mixed water is, the lower the activity of the detergent is, and at this time, it is difficult for the washing machine to clean the laundry. However, the detergent box assembly for a washing machine of the present invention can heat water sufficiently before the water enters the detergent box 12 so that the detergent in the detergent box 12 can be sufficiently dissolved by the warm water and the detergent mixed water is heated to a predetermined temperature before the detergent mixed water enters the washing tub, and when the detergent mixed water enters the washing tub, the activity of the detergent is already maximally close to its maximum activity, so that the cleaning effect of the washing machine is greatly enhanced without changing the washing time.
Further, in the preferred embodiment, one first flow passage 111 and five second flow passages 112 are provided in the water storage tank 11, and the structure in the water storage tank 11 will be described in detail with reference to the orientation of fig. 2. Specifically, the upper end of the water storage tank 11 is provided with a first flow passage 111, the lower end of the first flow passage 111 is connected with five second flow passages 112, the lower ends of the five second flow passages 112 are distributed in parallel along the vertical direction, the lengths of the five second flow passages 112 are not identical, the lengths of the two outermost second flow passages 112 are the largest, the lengths of the two second outer second flow passages 112 are the second, and the length of the middle second flow passage 112 is the smallest, so that different second flow passages 112 can lead to different positions.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that although the five second flow channels 112 in the preferred embodiment are symmetrically distributed, the lengths of the partial second flow channels 112 are the same; however, it is obvious that the lengths of the plurality of second flow channels 112 may also be completely different, so that the distribution of the second flow channels 112 can be more discrete, thereby enabling the water flowing out of the second flow channels 112 to be led to more discrete different positions. Meanwhile, the end of each second flow passage 112 is provided with a corresponding water outlet 115, and water entering the water storage tank 11 through the water inlet 113 can flow into different second flow passages 112 in the water storage tank 11 to be sufficiently heated, and then flows into the detergent box 12 through different water outlets 115 to dissolve detergent in the detergent box 12.
It will also be understood by those skilled in the art that although the water storage tank 11 of the preferred embodiment is provided with one first flow passage 111 and five second flow passages 112, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the number, shape, structure and distribution of the first flow passages 111 and the second flow passages 112 can be set by themselves in combination with the specific structure and size of the water storage tank 11. Also, although the water outlet 115 in the present preferred embodiment is provided at the end of the second flow passage 112, it is apparent that the water outlet 115 may be provided at other positions in the second flow passage 112 or the first flow passage 111 as long as water in the water storage tank 11 can enter into the detergent box 12 through the water outlet 115; in addition, the technician can set the number and the positions of the water outlets 115 according to the actual situation. It is understood that only the first flow passage 111 or the second flow passage 112 may be provided in the water storage tank 11 as long as the flow passage is provided with the heating means therein and the water flowing through the water storage tank 11 can be heated by the heating means in the flow passage.
With continued reference to fig. 2, further, the heating device specifically includes a heating element 114 disposed in the flow passage, it is understood that the heating element 114 is preferably a heating wire, meanwhile, the heating element 114 may also be a heating tube, a heating sheet, or other heating elements, and the heating device may also be composed of one or more of a plurality of heating elements. In the existing heating element, the contact area between the heating wire of unit volume and water is the largest, so the heating speed and the heating efficiency are also the highest; therefore, the heating member 114, in which the heating wire is most preferable, is selected in the preferred embodiment so as to improve the heating efficiency of the heating apparatus, so that the water passing through the water storage tank 11 can quickly reach a predetermined temperature.
Further, since the clothes of different materials have different optimal washing temperatures, the existing washing machine generally needs to be set with washing water of different temperatures, and the washing machine of the present invention further comprises a control device capable of controlling the temperature of the washing water by controlling the opening area of the heating wire; meanwhile, the technician can also control the highest temperature of the water storage tank 11 for heating the washing water by setting heating wires with different densities in the water storage tank 11; or the control device can also control the temperature of the washing water heated by the water storage tank 11 by controlling the water inlet speed at the water inlet 113, so that the washing water entering the washing machine can have a preset temperature, and the washing water with the temperature can adapt to the material of the clothes in the washing drum, thereby greatly improving the washing efficiency and the cleaning effect of the washing machine.
Next, the structure and the use of the water storage tank 11 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2; first, external water flows into the water inlet 113 of the water storage tank 11 through the water inlet pipe of the washing machine, and is primarily heated by the heating wire in the first flow passage 111; then, the water is divided into five second flow passages 112, and meanwhile, heating wires are distributed in the second flow passages 112, so that external water can be sufficiently heated through the heating wires, and the temperature of the water entering the water storage tank 11 can be rapidly increased; then, the water flows into the detergent box 12 through five different water outlets 115 of the second flow passage 112, and finally flows into the washing drum.
It can be understood that, since the five water outlets 115 in the preferred embodiment are disposed at different positions in the water storage tank 11, the water flowing from the water storage tank 11 into the detergent box 12 can also flush the detergent in the detergent box 12 at different positions, so that the water flowing from the water storage tank 11 into the detergent box 12 can flush the detergent in the detergent box 12 sufficiently, which is beneficial for the detergent in the detergent box 12 to enter the washing drum completely, thereby effectively ensuring the detergent concentration in the washing drum, further ensuring the washing effect of the washing machine, and also effectively keeping the inside of the detergent box 12 clean. It should be noted that the detergent in the preferred embodiment may be various solid or liquid cleaning products such as laundry detergent, washing powder, softener, disinfectant solution, bleaching agent, etc.
It can be understood that, because the water storage tank 11 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of flow passages and the flow passages are filled with heating wires, the water passing through the water storage tank 11 can be heated quickly, and the heating speed of the washing machine is increased to the maximum extent. In addition, since the heated water in the water storage tank 11 can directly flow into the detergent box 12, the detergent in the detergent box 12 can be washed by the warm water, so that the detergent can be fully dissolved, and simultaneously, the detergent can be close to the maximum activity to the maximum extent, thereby greatly enhancing the washing effect of the washing machine. In addition, since the water flowing into the water storage tank 11 is water without dissolving detergent and laundry impurities, and the water storage tank 11 does not contact other external objects, the safety of the water storage tank 11 is ensured to the maximum extent, and the heating function of the washing machine is safer and more reliable.
Finally, it should be noted that the washing machine described in the present invention may be any kind of washing machine, such as a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, a hybrid washing machine, etc.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
