Background
The display panel is an important component of an electronic product having a display function, such as a television, a computer, and a mobile phone, and needs to be transported to an assembly or processing shop of the above electronic product by a transport device. However, both the semi-finished liquid crystal panel and the finished liquid crystal panel need to be packaged and transported by a packaging box to ensure the transportation safety of the finished liquid crystal panel and the semi-finished liquid crystal panel.
The existing liquid crystal panel packaging box comprises a box body used for accommodating a plurality of display panels and a gasket arranged in the box body and positioned between the display panels. However, since the gasket has a certain flexibility, when the box body bumps or vibrates during transportation, the gasket slides between the display panels, so that the edge of the gasket is curled, and the flip chip on film at the edge of the display panel is pressed. When the vibration or the bumpiness is severe, the flip-chip film may be damaged, and the display panel may not be used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a display panel packaging box which can effectively solve the problem that gaskets between display panels are easy to warp, and prevent the first gasket from being subjected to position deviation to influence automatic machine identification so as to cause breakdown.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a packaging box for display panels, comprising a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates, wherein the bottom of each side plate is vertically connected to the bottom plate, the plurality of side plates and the bottom plate enclose an accommodating cavity for accommodating stacked display panels, and a gasket is arranged on the uppermost display panel and between the display panels; the side plate is arranged on the side of the accommodating cavity, and the gasket on the uppermost layer is flush with the groove; the side of one gasket on the uppermost layer is provided with an extension section correspondingly extending into the groove; the first magnetic object is arranged in the groove; the second magnetic object is arranged on the extension section.

As shown in the drawings, the present invention provides a packaging box 10 for a display panel, wherein the packaging box 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and may also have a regular polygonal structure in other embodiments; the package 10 includes a bottom panel and side panels 15.
In this embodiment, the packing box 10 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and includes four side panels 15 and a bottom panel (not shown), wherein the bottom of the side panels 15 is vertically connected to the bottom panel. The side plate 15 comprises a long side plate 151 and a short side plate 152, the long side plate 151 and the short side plate 152 are mutually perpendicularly connected to form the side plate 15 and surround the bottom wall, and a cavity formed by the side plate 15 surrounding the bottom wall is the accommodating cavity 14.

The grooves 13 are arranged on the long side plate 151 and the grooves 13 are equidistantly arranged on the long side plate 151; the number of the grooves 13 is 3-5, preferably 4 in the embodiment, and 3 or 5 in other embodiments.

The ratio of the length of the notch of the groove 13 (see the mark B in fig. 1) to the length of the packing box 10 (see the mark A in fig. 1) is 1: 7-1: 10, and is preferably 1:9 in the embodiment, and may be 1:7, 1:8 or 1:10 in other embodiments. The ratio of the length of the notch of the groove 13 to the length of the package 10 is mainly controlled to control the number of the grooves 13.
In this embodiment, the display panels 18 are stacked in the accommodating cavity 14. A gasket 11 is arranged on the uppermost display panel 18 and between the display panels; the gasket 11 is used to protect the display panel 18 from damage during transportation. The shape of the accommodating cavity 14 is the same as that of the display panel 18, so that the display panel can be conveniently placed in the packing case 10;
a second magnetic object 17 is arranged on the extension section 12; in particular, the extension 12 has a first face parallel to and facing the bottom face of the groove 13; and a second face vertically connected to the first face and facing downward; the second magnetic substances 17 are distributed on the first face and the second face.
The front end of the gasket 11 of the first layer can be effectively fixed by the mutual attraction effect of the second magnetic substance 17 and the first magnetic substance 16, so that the gasket 11 is prevented from being curled; and further prevent first gasket 11 from taking place the offset, influence the automatic identification of board and then lead to the machine down.
Of course, in the present invention, there are also limitations on the details of the groove 13 and the extension 12; the height of the notch of the groove 13 (see the mark E of fig. 3) is 1-2 mm longer than the thickness of the extension 12 (see the mark F of fig. 3), and is preferably 1mm in the present embodiment, and may be 1.5mm or 2mm in other embodiments.
The length of the extension section 12 (see the label D of fig. 1) is less than the length of the bottom wall of the groove 13 (see the label A of fig. 1) by 0.5-2 mm, preferably 1mm in the embodiment, and may be 0.5mm, 1.5mm or 2mm in other embodiments.
The first surface of the extension section 12 and the bottom surface of the groove 13 are spaced by 0-1 mm, preferably 0.5mm in the embodiment, and can be directly attached without spacing in other embodiments; 1mm may also be provided.
The invention provides a packing box 10 of display panel, which is provided with a plurality of grooves 13 on a long side plate 151 towards an accommodating cavity 14, wherein a gasket 11 at the uppermost layer is provided with an extension section 12; and the first magnetic substance 16 is disposed in the groove; the second magnetic material 17 is disposed on the extension section to solve the problem that the gasket 11 between the display panels 18 is easily warped, and prevent the first gasket 11 from being displaced.
