For this purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a cutlery set package comprising: the three-dimensional packaging box comprises 3 buffer packages and 1 outer packaging box, wherein each buffer package is formed by bending a rectangular paperboard and forms a triangular prism shape, the 3 buffer packages are uniformly distributed along a circular circumference direction to form a stable triangular support structure, each of the 3 buffer packages is provided with a side edge which faces the circular center, the 3 buffer packages are mutually connected with each other towards the side edges of the circular center, first fixing openings are respectively formed in the relative positions of 6 surfaces, close to the circular center, of the 3 buffer packages, and the 2 first fixing openings of each buffer package are mutually communicated so that a tableware which is matched with the first fixing openings in height can be simultaneously limited and fixed by the 6 first fixing openings; a second fixing opening is formed on the opposite side surfaces of each two adjacent cushioning packages respectively, and the positions of the 2 second fixing openings on the opposite side surfaces of each two adjacent cushioning packages are opposite, so that the 2 opposite second fixing openings can fix a dinner plate; the outer packing box is a hexagonal prism formed by bending a flat plate, is sleeved outside the 3 buffer packing pieces, and the side surface, away from the circle center, of the 3 buffer packing pieces is attached to the inner wall of the outer packing box and used for fixing the relative positions of the 3 buffer packing pieces.
In the technical scheme, the tableware is a bowl, and the center point of the bowl is coaxial with the circle center.
In the above technical scheme, opposite sides of each dinner plate are limited by the second fixing openings respectively.
In the above technical scheme, an opening is formed on the outer packing box for placing the 3 cushioning packages therein, and a cover body is connected to the opening.
In the above technical scheme, the cover body is composed of 6 sub-cover bodies, the upper end edge of each side face of the hexagonal prism is respectively connected with one sub-cover body, the end parts of 2 opposite sub-cover bodies in the 6 sub-cover bodies are provided with circular rings serving as handles, and the other 4 sub-cover bodies are respectively provided with a slit for penetrating through the circular rings.
In the above technical solution, windows are formed on 3 spaced sides of the outer package for viewing the dinner plate opposite to the windows.
The tableware set packing box disclosed by the invention not only can protect tableware from being knocked in the transportation process, but also is attractive in appearance, does not need to use fillers, and can observe the color of the internal tableware without opening the box.

Detailed Description
The tableware sets packing boxes of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, comprises: 3 buffer packages 1 and 1 outer packing box 4, each buffer package 1 is formed by bending a rectangular paperboard and forms a triangular prism shape, 3 buffer packages 1 are uniformly distributed along a circular circumference direction, each buffer package 1 has a side edge facing the circle center of the circle, the 3 side edges facing the circle center are mutually connected (can be bonded or only contacted with each other), 3 first fixing openings 2 are respectively formed at the relative positions of 6 surfaces of the 3 buffer packages 1 close to the circle center, and the 2 first fixing openings 2 of each buffer package 1 positioned on the same height are mutually communicated, so that a bowl 5 with the same size as the first fixing opening 2 can be simultaneously limited and fixed by the 6 first fixing openings 2 positioned on the same height; a second fixing opening 3 is formed on the opposite side surfaces of each two adjacent cushioning packages 1, and 2 second fixing openings 3 on the opposite side surfaces of each two adjacent cushioning packages 1 are opposite to each other, so that 2 opposite second fixing openings 3 can fix a dinner plate 6; the outer packing box 4 is a hexagonal prism formed by bending a flat plate, the outer packing box 4 is sleeved outside the 3 buffer packing pieces 1, and the side surface, away from the circle center, of the 3 buffer packing pieces 1 is attached to the inner wall of the outer packing box 4 and used for fixing the relative positions of the 3 buffer packing pieces 1.
In the drawing, the number of the bowls 5 is 3, the bowl mouth of each bowl 5 faces upwards and the center point of the bowl is coaxial with the circle center; the number of the dinner plates 6 is 3, the dish openings of each dinner plate 6 face the circle center and are uniformly distributed around the circle center, and the opposite sides of the dish bodies are limited by the second fixing openings 3 respectively. An opening (not shown) is formed in the outer casing 4 for receiving 3 cushioning packages 1, and a cover is attached to the opening. The cover body is composed of 6 sub-cover bodies (not shown in the figure), a sub-cover body is respectively connected to the upper end edge of each side face of the hexagonal prism, a circular ring 4-3 used as a handle is formed at the end part of 2 opposite sub-cover bodies in the 6 sub-cover bodies, and a fine slit 4-2 used for penetrating the circular ring is respectively formed on the other 4 sub-cover bodies in the 6 sub-cover bodies. When the opening is closed, the 2 split covers with the circular rings are combined and the end parts of the split covers respectively pass through the slits in the other 4 split covers, and as shown in fig. 7, the circular rings 4-3 serving as handles can be folded into a flat plate state during transportation. Windows 4-1 are formed on 3 spaced sides of the outer package 4 for viewing the dinner plate 6 opposite to the windows 4-1.
The manufacturing method of the tableware set packing box comprises the following steps:
and (3) proofing and cutting the corrugated paper boards according to the sizes of the buffer package 1 and the outer package box 4, and then folding the cut corrugated paper boards according to the crease lines and pasting the folded corrugated paper boards to obtain the tableware set package box.
The foregoing has described exemplary embodiments of the invention, it being understood that any simple variations, modifications, or other equivalent arrangements which would not unduly obscure the invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention.
