本发明涉及吸附剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效除湿除尘吸附剂。
背景技术
钢结构及其加工件在加工完成后,堆放在仓库内,由于仓库阴暗潮湿,往往会不同程度的对工件及钢材表面锈蚀,不仅影响美观,而且较为精密的件会影响其精密度甚至报废,在堆放过程中空气中的灰尘也会着落在其表面,影响美观,销售时需要擦拭增加工人的工作量,擦拭过程也增加了对成品件的接触,增加了不安全因素,稍有不慎会对工件造成损坏,费时费力。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种干燥效果好,除尘显著,防止空气中灰尘散落在工件表面,适用性强,经济性好高效除湿除尘吸附剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高效除湿除尘吸附剂,包含以下组分的原料:
丙烯腈20-22份,氯化铁12-14份,活性炭33-45份,氯化钙9-13份,聚丙烯酰胺11-14份,硅酸钙15-17份,磷酸二氢钾3-6份,沸石20-25份,氧化铝13-17份,二氧化硅10-16份。
