Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of infusion apparatuses, in particular to a jugular vein puncture indwelling needle.
Background
The venous indwelling needle is a medical apparatus for venous transfusion treatment, and an indwelling needle tube of the existing venous indwelling needle is made of a metal material, and because the tube wall of the needle tube cannot transmit light, when a medical staff punctures a venous blood vessel of a patient, whether the indwelling needle tube has penetrated the venous blood vessel of the patient or not needs to be judged by observing whether a blood return cavity in a catheter seat returns blood or not.
In some special cases, the venous return speed of the patient can be slow, for example, the venous return speed can be slow due to the fact that subcutaneous fat of some patients is too thick, and sometimes, when the patients use medicines for controlling blood pressure or are in special cases such as massive hemorrhage, the venous blood pressure can be low, so that the venous return speed is slow. The needle head of the general indwelling needle tube is far away from the blood return cavity, and sometimes too low blood pressure is difficult to squeeze blood into the blood return cavity, the time required for blood in a venous blood vessel of a patient to flow from the needle head of the indwelling needle tube to the blood return cavity is far longer than the operation time for medical staff to puncture the venous blood vessel of the patient, and the operation time can lead the medical staff to be difficult to accurately judge whether the blood vessel of the patient is punctured or not, so that repeated puncture is generated, the catheter tube wall is very thin, the repeated puncture can cause the catheter to be wrinkled, thrombus is generated, mechanical phlebitis is caused, unnecessary pain is brought to the patient, and meanwhile, the working efficiency of the medical staff is also reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. The embodiments are not limited to the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional modifications of the invention from those skilled in the art are included within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the embodiments, it should be noted that the positional or positional relationship indicated by the terms such as "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the positional or positional relationship shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of description and simplification of description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in the specific orientation, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. In the description of the scheme, the direction approaching the operator is the near end, and the direction separating from the operator is the far end, with reference to the operator.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present invention discloses a jugular vein puncture indwelling needle, comprising a catheter assembly and a needle tube assembly which are connected with each other, wherein the catheter assembly comprises a catheter seat 1 and a catheter 11 fixed at the distal end thereof for transfusion, the needle tube assembly at least comprises a needle tube seat 2 and a needle tube 3, the proximal end of the needle tube 3 is fixed in the needle tube seat 2, and the distal end of the needle tube 3 passes through the hollow interior of the catheter 11 and extends out.
The interior of the needle cannula 3 is provided with a detection means which is relatively movable, the distal end of the detection means being insertable through the hollow interior of the needle cannula 3 and extendable to determine that the needle cannula 3 and the catheter 11 have been extended into a blood vessel.
Specifically, the detection device comprises a guide wire 41 and a push-pull assembly, and the tail end of the guide wire 41 is connected with the push-pull assembly. The push-pull assembly comprises a movable block 42 and a sliding groove 43, the sliding groove 43 is fixedly arranged on the needle tube seat 2, and the movable block 42 is clamped with the sliding groove 43 and moves axially along the sliding groove 43.
In order to be effectively connected with the push-pull assembly, a slot 31 is arranged at the proximal end of the needle tube 3, the tail end of the guide wire 41 extends out of the slot 31 to be bent in a U shape and is inserted into the movable block 42, and the guide wire slides synchronously along with the movable block 42.
In order to enable the movable block 42 to slide to the front end of the sliding groove 43 and not slide at will, an elastic claw 44 is arranged at the front end of the sliding groove 43, a convex block with a narrow front and a wide rear is arranged on the movable block 42, the elastic claw 44 deforms to pass through the convex block, when the convex block passes through, the elastic claw 44 returns to the original state under the elastic action, and the opening width of the elastic claw 44 is smaller than the width of the rear end of the convex block, so that the convex block cannot move back and forth after passing through the elastic claw 44, and the purpose of limiting the position of the movable block 42 is achieved.
In order to facilitate the medical staff to push the movable block 42, a set of raised strips 45 for increasing friction force are arranged on the movable block 42.
The catheter seat 1 is connected with the infusion connector 6 through a long catheter 5, and a flow stopping clamp 7 is arranged on the long catheter 5. These are prior art and are not of importance as described herein and are not repeated herein.
The operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is briefly described as follows:
the medical staff pierces the needle tube 3 into the blood vessel of the patient, pushes the movable block 42 to drive the guide wire 41 to slide forwards, and if the guide wire 41 can be pushed forwards smoothly, the needle tube 3 is proved to be successfully entered into the blood vessel; if forward pushing is difficult, it is indicated that the needle cannula does not enter the blood vessel. When the needle tube 3 is determined to enter the blood vessel, the needle tube 3 is pulled out backwards, the catheter 11 is left in the blood vessel, and the puncture operation of the indwelling needle is completed.
The invention has simple and exquisite structure, and can help medical staff to quickly judge whether the needle tube successfully stretches into the blood vessel or not by arranging the guide wire, thereby improving the working efficiency and relieving the pain of patients.
