In one example, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the fastener 271 has a U-shaped configuration and includes a first panel 2711, a second panel 2712 and an arcuate portion 2713 connecting the first panel 2711 and the second panel 2712, wherein the first panel 2711 extends to form a fastening portion 2714 for fastening with the ear band 3; the second plate 2712 is buckled in the buckling groove 272; specifically, when the second plate 2712 is fastened in the fastening groove 272, the first plate 2711 is tightly attached to the inner surface of the elastic outer frame 2 (because the first plate 2711 is very thin), and the height of the first plate 2711 higher than the inner surface of the elastic outer frame 2 is less than or equal to 0.5 mm, so that when a user wears the mask, the fastening part 271 across the filter element 1 does not generate a foreign body sensation. However, the present embodiment is not limited to this, and the specific structure of the locking element 271 is not limited in any way.
In one example, as shown in fig. 10, the fixing portion 2714 has an opening through which the end of the ear band 3 passes and is turned over to the surface of the ear band 3 itself, and the end of the ear band 3 is fixed to the surface of the ear band 3 (for example, ultrasonic closed fixing, but not limited thereto); however, the embodiment does not limit the specific structure of the fixing portion 2714.
Preferably, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the mask further includes an adjusting buckle 4 having a through hole, the ear-hooking end of the ear strap 3 can penetrate through the through hole of the adjusting buckle 4, and the adjusting buckle 14 is slid on the ear strap 3 along the sliding direction of the ear strap 3 by using the friction of the material of the ear strap 3 itself, so as to adjust the length of the ear strap 3, thereby adjusting the tightness of the mask.
In this embodiment, the adjusting buckle 4 may be made of a silicone material, but is not limited thereto in practice, and the material of the adjusting buckle 4 is not limited in this embodiment.
In fact, the present embodiment may be a modification of the first or second embodiment.
Compared with the third embodiment, the elastic outer frame further comprises an ear strap fixing structure, and the ear strap fixing structure comprises a buckling piece and a buckling groove, namely, an implementation mode that the ear strap is fixed on the elastic outer frame is provided.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to an elastic frame for a mask, which is used in the mask according to any one of the first to fourth embodiments.
Compared with the prior art, the elastic outer frame is provided with a first opening; in the elastic outer frame of the mask provided by the embodiment of the invention, the elastic outer frame is fixed on the filter element and is positioned at the outer side of the filter element, and the elastic outer frame is positioned in the area outside the nostrils of the user, so that the mouth and nose of the user directly contact the external environment through the filter element (namely, the air breathed by the human body only needs to pass through the filter core layer), thereby greatly improving the air permeability of the mask, reducing the moist and stuffy degree of the mask and replacing an outer cover layer which is arranged at the outer side of the whole filter element in the prior art; in addition, the surface area of the elastic outer frame in the embodiment is very small, so that the whole mask is very light and thin, and the burden and fatigue are not easy to generate even if a user wears the mask for a long time.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.

Claims (12)

1. A mask, comprising: a filter element and an elastic outer frame;
the elastic outer frame is provided with a first opening;
the elastic outer frame is fixed on the filter element and positioned on the outer side of the filter element, and the part of the filter element corresponding to the first opening at least covers the mouth-nose part of a user;
a first abutting part is formed on the inner surface of the elastic outer frame corresponding to the nose bridge area of the user; the first abutting part is used for abutting against the filter element and forcing the filter element to be in close contact with the nose bridge area of the user, and the first abutting part is a sheet-shaped bulge array;
a first positioning part is formed on the elastic outer frame in a region corresponding to the tail wing part of the filter element, and a second positioning part matched with the first positioning part is formed on the tail wing part of the filter element;
the first positioning portion includes: the clamping device comprises a second opening and a clamping blade which extends from one inner wall of the second opening and is positioned in the second opening; the outer surface of the clamping blade is provided with a clamping hook;
the second positioning portion includes: the filter element comprises a filter element, a clamping hook and a first clamping groove, wherein the filter element is provided with a filter element, the first clamping groove is used for allowing the clamping blade to penetrate through the filter element from the outer side of the filter element to reach the inner side of the filter element, and the second clamping groove is used for allowing the clamping hook to penetrate through the inner side of the filter element and expose out of the outer side of the filter element.
2. The mask of claim 1 wherein said flap extends in the same direction as said tail portion.
3. The mask of claim 1 wherein a plurality of second retaining portions are further formed on the inner surface of the elastic frame, the second retaining portions retaining the filter element and forcing the filter element to be in close contact with the cheek of the user.
4. The mask of claim 1 wherein a third positioning portion is formed on said filter element corresponding to the position of the bridge of the nose and the position of the chin of the user, and a fourth positioning portion matching with said third positioning portion is formed on said elastic frame.
5. The mask of claim 1 wherein said filter element comprises a filter layer and said filter layer has a pleated structure.
6. The mask of claim 5 wherein said folding structure comprises a plurality of folds, and wherein said plurality of folds are all longitudinal folds parallel to a longitudinal centerline of said mask, or said plurality of folds are all transverse folds perpendicular to said longitudinal centerline; wherein the longitudinal midline corresponds to a bridge of the nose of the user.
7. The mask of claim 6 wherein said plurality of folds are evenly distributed.
8. The mask of claim 5 wherein said filter layer comprises a first support sublayer, a filter sublayer and a second support sublayer, all of which are sequentially stacked.
9. The mask of claim 8 wherein said filter sublayer is a polytetrafluoroethylene nanomaterial.
10. The mask of claim 1 wherein said elastic frame further comprises ear strap retaining structure;
the ear belt fixing structure comprises a buckling piece and a buckling groove formed on the elastic outer frame;
one end of the buckling piece is fixed with the ear belt, and the other end of the buckling piece is buckled in the buckling groove.
11. The mask of claim 10 wherein said fastener is U-shaped and comprises a first panel, a second panel, and an arcuate portion connecting said first panel to said second panel, and wherein said first panel extends to define a securement portion for securement to said ear straps; the second sheet body is buckled in the buckling S groove.
12. An elastic frame for a mask, characterized in that the elastic frame is the elastic frame in the mask according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
