Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种本地分组数据网络的动态创建方法、装置及系统,该方法包括:接收用户面网元选择请求,根据UE的小区位置信息、业务类型和接入点名称为UE分配第一用户面网元,接着向会话管理网元发送携带第一用户面网元的标识的用户面网元响应消息,以使会话管理网元向第一用户面网元发送新建会话请求。
