The invention discloses a wire clamp corona-proof device, which comprises a metal mask and a locking device, wherein each edge of the metal mask is in smooth fillet transition; the metal mask comprises a top surface, a first side surface connected with the top surface, and a through hole formed on the top surface and used for a wire clamp bolt to pass through; the locking device comprises a locking piece, a spring and a base plate; the locking piece is arranged at a position, close to the middle, of the top surface and is slidably arranged on the top surface along the locking direction of the movement towards the through hole; the substrate is provided with a connecting part which penetrates through the first side surface and is fixed on the outer wall surface of the first side surface so as to fix the substrate on the inner wall surface of the first side surface; the first end of the spring is connected with the base plate, and the second end of the spring is connected with the locking piece so as to apply force to the locking piece along the locking direction. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power transmission line fittings, in particular to a wire clamp corona-proof device.
Background
The design and the applicable conditions of the live hardware fitting of the power transmission line are related to the surface working field intensity, and when the surface working field intensity is higher than the corona starting field intensity, corona discharge can be generated on the surface of the hardware fitting. The magnitude of the working field intensity of the hardware is closely related to the hardware structure, and researches show that the lower the curvature radius of the surface of the hardware is, the higher the working field intensity of the surface of the hardware is under the same voltage, the more corona discharge is easy to occur at the position, so that corona noise and electric energy loss are generated, and the energy conservation and the environment friendliness are not facilitated.
In addition, due to the requirement of maintenance, some temperature detection devices, bolt anti-loosening devices and the like are often installed on the surface of the power transmission wire clamp to generate surfaces with too small curvature radius, so that corona discharge phenomenon exists on some high-voltage wires all the time, and electric energy is lost. Patent literature is CN201810518329.5 discloses an anticorona device, can firmly be fixed in on the transmission line clamp bolt after triggering the locking and reach the effect that reduces corona discharge. Then the device is not considered in the design of dismantling problem, only can violently dismantle after the installation is successful, and the device is difficult to dismantle under the high-altitude operation environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a wire clamp corona-proof device which aims to solve the technical problem that the existing corona-proof device is inconvenient to install and detach.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a wire clamp corona preventing device, which comprises a metal mask and a locking device, wherein each edge of the metal mask is in smooth fillet transition; the metal mask comprises a top surface, a first side surface connected with the top surface, and a through hole formed on the top surface and used for a wire clamp bolt to pass through; the locking device comprises a locking piece, a spring and a base plate; the locking piece is arranged at a position, close to the middle, of the top surface and is slidably arranged on the top surface along the locking direction of the movement towards the through hole; the substrate is provided with a connecting part which penetrates through the first side surface and is fixed on the outer wall surface of the first side surface so as to fix the substrate on the inner wall surface of the first side surface; the first end of the spring is connected with the base plate, and the second end of the spring is connected with the locking piece so as to apply force to the locking piece along the locking direction.
Preferably, the wire clip corona prevention device further comprises a limit bolt; in the state to be installed, the limit bolt sequentially passes through the top surface and the locking piece.
Preferably, the first side is provided with a mounting hole, and the connecting part is a sheet metal piece which is bent and attached to the outer wall surface of the first side after passing through the mounting hole.

Under the working condition, the locking pieces are embedded into the screw gaps of the bolts of the power transmission frame under the action of the springs, and the plurality of locking pieces can be used for firmly fixing the metal mask on the wire clamp bolts under the common force of the springs. In addition, since the locking device includes a locking piece, a spring and a base plate; the connecting part penetrates through the first side face and is fixed on the outer wall surface of the first side face, so that the base plate is fixed on the inner wall surface of the first side face, and the locking device and the metal mask can be separated from each other only by detaching the connecting part from the outside when the base plate is detached, and the detachment difficulty of the whole device is greatly reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a wire clip corona preventing device 101, where the wire clip corona preventing device 101 includes a metal mask 100 and a locking device, and each edge of the metal mask 100 has a smooth rounded transition; the metal mask 100 includes a top surface 110, a first side surface 120 connected to the top surface 110, and a through hole formed on the top surface for the wire clamp bolt 103 to pass through; the locking device includes a locking piece 210, a spring 220, and a base 230; the locking piece 210 is disposed at a position near the middle of the top surface 110, and is slidably mounted on the top surface 110 along a locking direction moving toward the through hole; the substrate 230 is provided with a connection part 240, and the connection part 240 passes through the first side 120 and is fixed to an outer wall surface of the first side 120 to fix the substrate 230 to an inner wall surface of the first side 120; the first end of the spring 220 is connected to the base plate 230, and the second end of the spring 220 is connected to the locking piece 210 to be able to apply a force to the locking piece 210 in a locking direction.
In the scheme of the application, firstly, the whole structure of the corona preventing device is not provided with sharp protrusions and the like after installation, so that the part with the too small curvature radius appears, and the top surface 110 and the side surface of the mask are in smooth transition, thus the corona preventing device has a good corona preventing structure. It should be noted that, in practice, the power transmission cable clip 102 is basically fixed by 4 bolts 103, so in the drawing of this embodiment, 4 through holes are provided on the top surface 110, and correspondingly, the number of locking pieces 210 is also 4.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, further, the wire clip corona preventing device further includes a stopper 250, and in a state to be installed, the stopper 250 sequentially passes through the top surface 110 and the locking piece 210. The limiting bolt 250 is used for tightening the locking piece 210 in a state to be locked, and specifically, limiting holes matched with the limiting bolt 250 are formed on the top surface 110 and the locking piece 210. When the wire clamp corona-proof device is installed, the wire clamp corona-proof device is placed at the correct installation position of the wire clamp 102 (4 bolts 103 of the wire clamp 102 respectively pass through 4 through holes on the metal mask 100), the limiting bolt 250 is pulled out, the locking device is triggered, the locking piece 210 is clamped in a thread gap of the bolt 103 under the action of the spring 220, and therefore the device is fixed. Further, the limiting bolt 250 of the present embodiment has a C-shaped structure, and the limiting bolt 250 can be inserted into and limit two adjacent locking tabs 210 at the same time.
Referring to fig. 3, as a possible embodiment of the present invention, the first side 120 is provided with a mounting hole, and the connection portion 240 is a sheet metal piece bent to be abutted against an outer wall surface of the first side 120 after passing through the mounting hole. The sheet metal piece can be welded on base plate 230, and base plate 230 and sheet metal piece form the centre gripping to be fixed in on the first side 120, wherein, because the sheet metal piece is in the outer wall surface of first side 120, when dismantling, the operator can twist rupture sheet metal piece with instrument such as pliers to make base plate 230 break away from (i.e. locking device breaks away from with metal cover 100) with metal cover 100, thereby accomplish the dismantlement of whole device, it is very convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, as another possible embodiment of the present invention, the first side 120 is provided with a mounting hole, and the connection portion 240 is a screw screwed with the base plate 230 after passing through the mounting hole. The head of the screw is located on the outer wall surface of the first side 120, and since the base plate 230 is fixed on the first side 120 by the screw, an operator can loosen the screw with a tool such as a screwdriver during the disassembly, so that the base plate 230 is separated from the metal mask 100 (i.e., the locking device is separated from the metal mask 100), thereby completing the disassembly of the entire device.
Preferably, the locking piece 210 includes a first end parallel to the top surface 110 and a second end forming an angle with the top surface 110, and the top surface 110 is provided with a limit seat for guiding the first end of the locking piece 210; a second end of the spring 220 is coupled to a second end of the locking tab 210. The thickness of the locking piece 210 should be smaller than the pitch of the screw thread, wherein, one side of the first end of the locking piece 210 close to the through hole is arc-shaped, and the locking piece 210 clamped into the screw thread is in line contact with the screw rod to enhance the clamping stability. The guiding direction of the limiting seat is parallel to the locking direction of the locking piece 210, and meanwhile, the force application direction of the spring 220 is also parallel to the locking direction of the locking piece 210.
Specifically, the metal mask 100 actually includes a second side, a third side, and a fourth side connected to the top surface 110, where the first side 120 and the third side are disposed opposite to each other, and locking devices are disposed on the first side 120 and the third side. In practical applications, the top surface 110 is a rectangular surface, and the first side surface 120, the second side surface, the third side surface, and the fourth side surface enclose a rectangle. Two adjacent locking devices may share a single base 230.

The wire clamp corona-preventing device is characterized by comprising a metal mask and a locking device, wherein each edge of the metal mask is in smooth fillet transition; the metal mask comprises a top surface, a first side surface connected with the top surface, and a through hole formed on the top surface and used for a wire clamp bolt to pass through; the locking device comprises a locking piece, a spring and a base plate; the locking piece is arranged at a position, close to the middle, of the top surface and is slidably arranged on the top surface along the locking direction of the movement towards the through hole; the substrate is provided with a connecting part which penetrates through the first side surface and is fixed on the outer wall surface of the first side surface so as to fix the substrate on the inner wall surface of the first side surface; the first end of the spring is connected with the base plate, and the second end of the spring is connected with the locking piece so as to apply force to the locking piece along the locking direction; the wire clamp corona-proof device further comprises a limit bolt; in the state to be installed, the limit bolt sequentially passes through the top surface and the locking piece; the first side is provided with a mounting hole, the connecting part is a sheet metal piece which is bent and attached to the outer wall surface of the first side after passing through the mounting hole, or the connecting part is a screw which is in threaded connection with the substrate after passing through the mounting hole.

The wire clip corona protection device of claim 1, wherein the locking tab includes a first end parallel to the top surface and a second end angled from the top surface, the top surface having a stop seat disposed thereon for guiding the first end of the locking tab; the second end of the spring is connected with the second end of the locking piece.
3. The wire clip corona preventing device of claim 2, wherein a side of the first end of the locking tab adjacent to the through hole is provided in an arc shape.

A clip corona protection device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said metal face shield comprises a second side, a third side and a fourth side connected to said top surface, said first side and third side being disposed directly opposite and said locking means being disposed on each of said first side and third side.
5. The wire clip corona protection device of claim 4, wherein said top surface is a rectangular surface, and said first, second, third and fourth sides are enclosed in a rectangular shape.
