sequentially extracting the moving azimuth angles of the positioning points according to the time sequence of the positioning points in the data packet, matching the moving azimuth angles with the set red light positioning azimuth angle range of the traffic light, and if the moving azimuth angles of at least three positioning points are located in the set red light positioning azimuth angle range, judging that the traffic light is in the moving direction of the electric vehicle;

Since the basic geographic information is frequently read during the judgment, the cache mechanism can be utilized to realize the efficient reading of the basic geographic information.
The basic geographic information at least comprises range data of the electronic fence, red light azimuth angle data of each traffic light and red light time interval data of each traffic light.
Because the existing urban electric vehicles basically finish the work of registering license plates, the server end can simultaneously store the corresponding relation of license plate information, the unique number of the electric vehicle and the vehicle owner of each electric vehicle, the data packet information sent by the electric vehicles simultaneously comprises the unique number of the electric vehicle, and the server end can acquire the information of the vehicle owner of the electric vehicle violating the regulations according to the license plate number corresponding to the unique number of the electric vehicle, so that other punishment measures can be conveniently implemented when in follow-up needs.
The electric vehicle motion state information of the data packet sent by the electric vehicle mobile terminal to the server terminal at least comprises positioning coordinates, positioning moment information, current moving azimuth information and speed information; and the information in the data packet further comprises at least the unique number of the electric vehicle.
The mobile terminal on the electric vehicle is an independent vehicle-mounted positioning terminal and generally comprises a single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with a GPS positioning module, and the GPS positioning module can provide positioning coordinates, positioning time, a movement azimuth angle and movement speed at the same time; meanwhile, the singlechip is connected with a memory, and the serial number of the electric vehicle can be stored; the single chip microcomputer is provided with a wireless information sending module for wirelessly sending information such as positioning information, azimuth information, unique serial number information of the electric vehicle and the like on the single chip microcomputer to the server side, and the server side carries out violation judgment according to the positioning information.
The vehicle-mounted positioning terminal is a data source of the server, a positioning data packet queue is pushed to the server through a communication operator, the queue is a plurality of data packets which are sent at regular time and have a time sequence, each data packet comprises a plurality of continuous positioning points, for example, each data packet can be set to comprise 30 positioning points, and after the data packet of the vehicle-mounted positioning terminal is analyzed, the information of the three-dimensional space position (namely coordinates), speed, direction and the like of the running vehicle can be obtained to realize violation judgment. Due to the existence of noise data, after the data packet is obtained, the data packet needs to be analyzed and abnormal points are removed, and then subsequent judgment is performed.

(2) firstly, judging whether the electric vehicle is ready to pass through an electronic fence of a certain traffic light intersection, wherein the judging method comprises the following steps: acquiring coordinate information in a data packet sent by the electric vehicle when the electric vehicle does not enter the electronic fence, judging whether the coordinate information and data of the electronic fence are smaller than a set value or not, and if the distance between the coordinate information of the electric vehicle and the electronic fence of a certain intersection is smaller than the set value, judging that the electric vehicle passes through the electronic fence of the intersection;
(3) extracting all positioning points of which the speed information of the positioning points in a data packet sent by the electric vehicle close to but not before entering the intersection electronic fence is greater than a set value;
(4) acquiring the moving azimuth angles of all the positioning points extracted in the step (3), matching the moving azimuth angles with a preset positioning red light azimuth angle range of a traffic light of the intersection, and if the moving azimuth angles of at least three positioning points in all the positioning points are located in the set positioning red light azimuth angle range, judging that the traffic light intersection is the moving direction of the electric vehicle;
(5) acquiring coordinate information and time information of all positioning points which are extracted in the step (3) and are close to but not enter the electronic fence, if at least two positioning points are positioned outside the electronic fence and the time information of the at least two positioning points is positioned in a red light time interval, the electric vehicle has a red light running trend, and continuing to perform the next judgment;
(6) the data packet sent after the electric vehicle enters the electronic fence is extracted, and if at least three positioning points exist, the data packet simultaneously satisfies the following conditions: 1) the speed is greater than a set value; 2) the moving azimuth angle is within the set positioning red light azimuth angle range, and 3) the time information is within the red light time interval, so that the electric vehicle has two moving trends of red light running violation and right turn, and continues to perform the next judgment;
(7) in the data package that sends after the electric motor car gets into the fence, if there are two at least setpoint that satisfy simultaneously: 1) the speed is greater than a set value, 2) the moving azimuth angle is within a set right turning azimuth angle range, the electric vehicle is judged to turn right, and otherwise, the electric vehicle is judged to violate the regulation of running a red light.
