An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a self-service baggage handling system in airport, which can place the baggage in the box body, standardize the shape of the baggage, ensure the smooth passage of the baggage, reduce the damage of the baggage during the transportation process, and ensure the safety.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided an airport self-service check-in luggage system, comprising:
the top of the box body is open, and the box body is used for accommodating a luggage case;
the cover body is hinged with one side of the box body, and can cover the top of the box body to form a closed accommodating cavity;
the electromagnetic lock is embedded in the side wall of the box body opposite to the hinged position of the cover body;
the adsorption iron plate is embedded on the side wall of the cover body, and when the cover body covers the top of the box body, the adsorption iron plate is attached to the electromagnetic lock;
the trigger switch is connected with the electromagnetic lock and comprises two contacts, the two contacts are respectively embedded on the side wall of the box body and positioned on two sides of the adsorption iron plate, and the top of each contact is lower than the top of the box body;
the power supply is detachably arranged on the inner side of the cover body;
the pair of conducting rods are respectively arranged on the side wall of the cover body, one ends of the pair of conducting rods are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply, when the cover body covers the top of the box body, the other ends of the pair of conducting rods are respectively contacted with the two contacts, the trigger switch is switched on, and the electromagnetic lock is electrified;
a control component: it includes:
the two-dimensional code label is arranged on the top of the cover body, and the serial number information of the box body is stored in the two-dimensional code label;
the mobile phone terminal is provided with a reading module, an information sending module and an information receiving module, wherein the reading module is used for reading the information stored in the two-dimensional code label, the information sending module is used for sending the information, and the information receiving module is used for receiving the information, wherein the information sending module sends the serial number information of the box body read by the reading module and the mobile phone number of the mobile phone terminal together;
the airport server is used for receiving the number information of the box body and the mobile phone number of the mobile phone terminal sent by the information sending module and judging whether the number information of the box body is bound with the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals:
if the serial number information of the box body is not bound with the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals, or the mobile phone number of the mobile phone terminal bound with the serial number information of the box body is consistent with the mobile phone number of the mobile phone terminal received at this time, the serial number information of the box body is bound with the mobile phone number of the mobile phone terminal, the unpacking password of the box body is sent to the mobile phone terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number, and the mobile phone number is sent to a control chip arranged in the box body;
if the number information of the box body is bound with the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals, the airport server maintains the binding state of the number information of the box body and the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals, and sends information representing that the box body cannot be bound to the mobile phone terminals;
the control chip is internally pre-stored with an unpacking password, when the trigger switch is switched on, the power supply supplies power to the control chip, the control chip receives the mobile phone number sent by the airport server, receives the unpacking password and the mobile phone number sent by the information sending module, and judges:
if the unpacking passwords and the mobile phone numbers sent by the information sending module and received by the control chip are respectively consistent with the unpacking passwords stored by the control chip and the received mobile phone numbers sent by the airport server, the control chip controls the electromagnet to be powered off;
and if the unpacking passwords sent by the information sending module and received by the control chip are inconsistent with the unpacking passwords stored by the control chip, or the mobile phone numbers sent by the information sending module and received by the control chip are inconsistent with the mobile phone numbers sent by the airport server and received by the control chip, the control chip does not control the electromagnet to be powered off.
Preferably, the inner surface of the box body is laid with a foam layer.
Preferably, the length, width and height of the receiving cavity are 85cm, 55cm and 35cm, respectively.
Preferably, the middle part of the cover body is provided with an observation window, and the observation window is made of steel glass.
Preferably, the device further comprises four pressing mechanisms, the four pressing mechanisms are respectively arranged on four side walls of the box body, each pressing mechanism comprises an electric cylinder, a pressing rod and a pressure sensor which are sequentially connected, the electric cylinders are fixed on the side walls of the box body, and the moving ends of the electric cylinders face to the geometric center of the box body;

an electric cylinder chip connected to the pressure sensor;
the electric cylinder power supply is arranged on the box body and provided with a push switch, and when the push switch is switched on, the electric cylinder power supply supplies power to the electric cylinder, the pressure sensor and the electric cylinder chip;
the pressure sensor transmits the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor to the electric cylinder chip, the electric cylinder chip compares the received pressure value with a preset pressure threshold value, when the pressure value is greater than the preset pressure threshold value, the pressure sensor corresponding to the pressure value and the electric cylinder corresponding to the pressure sensor are controlled to be powered off, or when the movable end of the electric cylinder is far away from the fixed end of the electric cylinder and moves to the terminal point, the electric cylinder chip controls the electric cylinder to be powered off.
Preferably, the frequency of the pressure sensor detecting the pressure value is 30 times/min.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the luggage case is arranged in the case body, so that the luggage case can be limited in the case body as long as the luggage case can be accommodated in the case body even if the style of the luggage case is irregular, the case body is in a regular shape and can smoothly pass through when the length, the width and the height of the luggage case are limited, the luggage case is protected in the case body, and the luggage case can be prevented from directly colliding with the outside when rolling and shifting occur in the conveying process, so that the damage of the luggage case in the conveying process is reduced;
secondly, a user scans a two-dimensional code label on the box body through a mobile phone terminal, number information which can uniquely confirm the identity of the box body is conveniently and quickly acquired and sent to an airport server together with the mobile phone number, the airport server confirms the user authority and ensures that the box body is not used by other users so as to ensure the safety of the luggage box in the box body of other users, when the user authority passes, the unpacking password is sent to the mobile phone terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number, meanwhile, the mobile phone number is sent to a control chip implanted in the box body, when the mobile phone terminal is used for sending the unpacking password to the control chip of the box body, the mobile phone number is also sent, and only when the two codes are matched with the unpacking password and the mobile phone number in the control chip one by one, the box body can be opened, the safety of the luggage box in the box body is further ensured, and secondary protection of the box body is provided, the taking mistake behavior can be well prevented;
and thirdly, the trunk is placed into the trunk body, the press switch is pressed, the electric cylinder is electrified, the driving pressure rod moves towards the trunk body, the stop is only carried out until the pressure sensor reaches a certain pressure value, or the moving end of the electric cylinder moves towards the trunk body to the terminal point, the moving space of the trunk body is limited to the largest extent, and therefore the collision force between the trunk body and the trunk body is reduced.

the power supply is detachably arranged on the inner side of the cover body 3 and is positioned on the inner side of the cover body 3, so that the electromagnetic lock 4 is prevented from being powered off due to the fact that the power supply is disassembled by explosive force, and the box body 1 is opened;
the pair of conducting rods 7 are respectively arranged on the side wall of the cover body 3, one end of each conducting rod 7 is respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply, when the cover body 3 covers the top of the box body 1, the other end of each conducting rod 7 is respectively contacted with the two contacts 6, the trigger switch is switched on, the electromagnetic lock 4 is electrified, after the cover body 3 is covered, the electromagnetic lock 4 is automatically electrified, the effect of quickly locking the box body 1 is achieved, and meanwhile, a user can be prevented from carelessly and carelessly forgetting to lock the box body 1;

the two-dimensional code label is arranged on the top of the cover body 3, the two-dimensional code label stores the number information of the box body 1, the number information is used for carrying out unique identity calibration on the box body 1, and the box bodies 1 with similar appearances can be accurately identified through the number information;
the mobile phone terminal is provided with a reading module, an information sending module and an information receiving module, wherein the reading module is used for reading information stored in the two-dimensional code label, the information sending module is used for sending information, and the information receiving module is used for receiving information, wherein the information sending module sends the serial number information of the box body 1 read by the reading module and the mobile phone number of the mobile phone terminal together, and sends the mobile phone number together, so that the serial number of the box body 1 and the mobile phone number can be matched one by one, and the identities are verified mutually;
the airport server is used for receiving the number information of the box body 1 and the mobile phone numbers of the mobile phone terminals sent by the information sending module, and judging whether the number information of the box body 1 is bound with the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals:

if the number information of the box body 1 is bound with the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals, the airport server maintains the binding state of the number information of the box body 1 and the mobile phone numbers of other mobile phone terminals, and sends information representing that the box body 1 cannot be bound to the mobile phone terminals; the case body 1 is used by the existing user, and other users do not have the right to obtain the case opening password of the case body 1, so that the safety of the luggage case 2 in the case body 1 is ensured;
the control chip is internally pre-stored with an unpacking password, when the trigger switch is switched on, the power supply supplies power to the control chip, the control chip receives the mobile phone number sent by the airport server, receives the unpacking password and the mobile phone number sent by the information sending module, and judges:
if the unpacking passwords and the mobile phone numbers sent by the information sending module and received by the control chip are respectively consistent with the unpacking passwords stored by the control chip and the received mobile phone numbers sent by the airport server, the control chip controls the electromagnet to be powered off; only when the unpacking password and the mobile phone number are consistent, the box body 1 can be unpacked, and the safety of the luggage case 2 in the box body 1 is doubly guaranteed;
and if the unpacking passwords sent by the information sending module and received by the control chip are inconsistent with the unpacking passwords stored by the control chip, or the mobile phone numbers sent by the information sending module and received by the control chip are inconsistent with the mobile phone numbers sent by the airport server and received by the control chip, the control chip does not control the electromagnet to be powered off.
In the technical scheme, a user scans a two-dimensional code label on a box body 1 through a mobile phone terminal, conveniently and quickly acquires number information capable of uniquely confirming the identity of the box body 1, and sends the number information and a mobile phone number to an airport server, the airport server confirms the user authority to ensure that the box body 1 is not used by other users so as to ensure the safety of a luggage case 2 in the box body 1 of other users, when the user authority passes through, a case opening password is sent to the mobile phone terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number, meanwhile, the mobile phone number is sent to a control chip implanted in the box body 1, when the mobile phone terminal is used for sending the case opening password to the control chip of the box body 1, the mobile phone number is also sent, and only when the two are matched with the case opening password and the mobile phone number in the control chip one by one, the box body 1 can be opened, the safety of the luggage case 2 in the box body 1 is further ensured, the box body 1 is protected for the second time, so that the box body 1 is not easy to be damaged in the carrying process;
the luggage case 2 is arranged in the case body 1, even if the style of the luggage case 2 is irregular, the luggage case 2 can be limited in the case body 1 as long as the luggage case 2 can be accommodated in the case body 1, the case body 1 is in a regular shape and can smoothly pass through when being close to the limitation of length, width and height, the luggage case 2 is protected in the case body 1, when rolling and shifting occur in the conveying process, the direct collision of the luggage case 2 with the outside can be reduced, and therefore the damage of the luggage case 2 in the conveying process is reduced.
In another technical scheme, the inner surface of the box body 1 is laid with a foam layer, so that the collision force of the luggage case 2 during shaking in the box body 1 is further reduced, and the damage is reduced.
In another technical scheme, the length, the width and the height of the accommodating cavity are respectively 85cm, 55cm and 35cm, and the size of most of consigned luggage cases 2 is within 28 inches, so that the size can meet the requirement, and the shaking space of the undersized luggage cases 2 in the case body 1 is not too large.
In another technical scheme, the middle of the cover body 3 is provided with an observation window 8, the observation window 8 is made of steel glass, and when the luggage case 2 is taken, the luggage case 2 can be quickly identified through the observation window 8.
In another technical solution, the luggage case further comprises four pressing mechanisms 9, the four pressing mechanisms 9 are respectively arranged on four side walls of the luggage case 1, each pressing mechanism 9 comprises an electric cylinder 91, a pressing rod 92 and a pressure sensor which are sequentially connected, wherein the electric cylinder 91 is fixed on the side wall of the luggage case 1, and the moving end of the electric cylinder 91 faces the geometric center of the luggage case 1, when the luggage case 2 is placed in the luggage case 1, the electric cylinder 91 is started, so that the pressing rod 92 and the pressure sensor move towards the luggage case 2 until the pressing rod and the pressure sensor abut against the luggage case 2, and the luggage case 2 can be further fixed;
further comprising:
an electric cylinder chip connected to the pressure sensor;
the electric cylinder power supply is arranged on the box body 1 and provided with a push switch, and when the push switch is switched on, the electric cylinder power supply supplies power to the electric cylinder 91, the pressure sensor and the electric cylinder chip;
the pressure sensor transmits the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor to the electric cylinder chip, the electric cylinder chip compares the received pressure value with a preset pressure threshold value, when the pressure value is greater than the preset pressure threshold value, the pressure sensor corresponding to the pressure value and the electric cylinder 91 corresponding to the pressure sensor are controlled to be powered off, or when the movable end of the electric cylinder 91 is far away from the fixed end of the electric cylinder and moves to the terminal, the electric cylinder chip controls the electric cylinder 91 to be powered off.
In the above technical solution, the luggage case 2 is placed in the case body 1, the push switch is pressed, the electric cylinder 91 is powered on, the driving pressure rod 92 moves towards the luggage case 2, and the stop is not performed until the pressure sensor reaches a certain pressure value, or the moving end of the electric cylinder 91 moves towards the luggage case 2 to the end point, so as to limit the moving space of the luggage case 2 to the maximum extent, thereby reducing the collision force between the luggage case 2 and the case body 1.
In another technical scheme, the frequency of the pressure sensor for detecting the pressure value is 30 times/min, the detection frequency is not too high, and the power consumption is increased if the detection frequency is too high.
