Description

Defrosting control method for air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioner refrigeration and heating, in particular to a defrosting control method for an air conditioner.
Background
When the air conditioner is operated for a long time, particularly when the outdoor temperature is low and the humidity is high, the chassis of the outdoor unit is continuously operated for a long time, severe frosting often occurs on the chassis of the outdoor unit, the defrosting process is slow due to the high outdoor humidity, residual frost is left on the chassis of the outdoor unit after defrosting is finished under the condition of low outdoor temperature, and a heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is frosted after the air conditioner is operated for a long time, so that the heating effect of the air conditioner is influenced. In general, after the air conditioner receives a signal for starting defrosting, the four-way valve is reversed, the refrigerant flows from the compressor to the condenser and then flows to the evaporator and then returns to the compressor, and similarly to a refrigeration mode, the high-temperature gas refrigerant discharged by the compressor passes through the condenser, so that the purposes of defrosting and defrosting are achieved.
The inventors propose the following conditions for determining the defrost signal: 1. the first time of electrification, the press is accumulatively operated for 30 minutes (adjustable) and continuously operated for more than 1 minute, and defrosting is allowed to enter (without two-time defrosting interval time limit) when the frosting condition is met. 2. After the first defrosting period is finished, the heating press is operated for 30 minutes (adjustable), the press is continuously operated for 1 minute, and the interval time between the two defrosting is more than 45 minutes (adjustable). And when the inventor exits the defrosting mode, the defrosting is exited according to the temperature of the coil pipe of the outdoor unit.
Based on the above situation, the inventor finds that the technical scheme has the following problems: when the air conditioner is operated for a long time, particularly when the outdoor temperature is low and the humidity is high, the chassis of the outdoor unit is continuously operated for a long time, severe frosting often occurs on the chassis of the outdoor unit, the defrosting process is slow due to the high humidity, residual frost is left on the chassis of the outdoor unit after defrosting is finished under the condition of low outdoor temperature, and a heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is frosted after the air conditioner is operated for a long time, so that the heating effect of the air conditioner is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the existing air conditioner defrosting, and provides an air conditioner defrosting control method which can avoid the phenomenon of incomplete defrosting and can ensure that the chassis of an outdoor unit has no residual frost.
Therefore, the invention provides a defrosting control method of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:

In the drawings:
fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an air conditioner defrost control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an air conditioner defrost control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a defrosting control method for an air conditioner, which may include the following steps:
step A: and controlling the air conditioner to enter a defrosting mode, and recording the defrosting time required by the defrosting mode. The defrost duration required for the defrost mode may also be understood as the duration over which the defrost mode has elapsed, i.e. the time interval between entering the defrost mode and exiting the defrost mode.
And B: and determining that the defrosting time required by the next defrosting mode of the air conditioner in the subsequent preset number of defrosting modes is increased by the corresponding preset time on the basis of the defrosting time required by the last defrosting mode, so that the air conditioner enters each defrosting mode in the subsequent preset number of defrosting modes and then exits the defrosting mode according to the determined corresponding defrosting time. And the preset time length increased in every two adjacent defrosting modes is equal or unequal. Preferably, the preset time period added in each two adjacent defrosting modes is equal, and the value of the preset time period ranges from 18s to 22s, and is preferably 20 s.
And C: and D, sequentially carrying out a subsequent defrosting mode with a preset number, and then circularly entering the step A. The predetermined number is 3, 4, 5 or 6.
According to the defrosting control method of the air conditioner, due to the increase of the defrosting time and the defrosting of the air conditioner after a certain number of cycles, the defrosting is clean, the chassis has no residual frost, and the problem of frosting of the chassis of the outdoor unit caused by long-term heating operation of the air conditioner, particularly when the outdoor temperature is lower and the humidity is higher, can be effectively solved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, step a further includes exiting the defrost mode according to a preset exit condition. The preset exit conditions are as follows: the temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is continuously above a first preset temperature for a first preset time; or the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is continuously above a second preset temperature for a second preset time; the second preset time is less than the first preset time, and the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature; or the defrosting time reaches a third preset time. The first preset time may be 55s to 65s, preferably 60 s. The first preset temperature may be 4.8 ℃ to 5.2 ℃, preferably 5 ℃. The second preset time may be 18s to 22s, preferably 20 s. The second preset temperature may be 9 ℃ to 11 ℃, preferably 10 ℃. The third preset time may be 9min to 11min, preferably 10 min.

The first preset defrosting condition comprises that the compressor of the air conditioner runs for a sixth preset time in an accumulated mode, the compressor runs for a seventh preset time continuously, and the time when the compressor exits the defrosting mode last time exceeds an eighth preset time. Preferably, the fourth preset time is 28min to 32 min. The fifth preset time is 55s to 65 s. The sixth preset time is 28min to 32 min. The seventh preset time is 55s to 65 s. The eighth preset time is 42min to 50 min.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air conditioner defrosting control method further includes: and C, after the air conditioner is started for the first time for heating, entering the step A. Specifically, after the air conditioner is started for the first time for heating, the defrosting mode is entered according to a first preset defrosting condition. Namely, the first preset defrosting condition is a condition that the first power-on control enters defrosting.
In some embodiments of the invention, each defrost mode comprises:
when defrosting is started, stopping the compressor of the air conditioner for a ninth preset time, and simultaneously, operating an outdoor fan of the air conditioner for a tenth preset time at a preset speed; the ninth preset time is greater than or equal to the tenth preset time. The ninth preset time may be 1min, and the tenth preset time may be 55 s. The predetermined speed may be a high speed.
After the eleventh preset time, changing the flow direction of a four-way valve of the air conditioner; the tenth preset time is greater than the eleventh preset time. The eleventh preset time may be 50 s.
And after the tenth preset time, closing the outdoor fan.
And after the ninth preset time, starting the compressor. The compressor can now be run at 58Hz (adjustable) for 1min (adjustable), then at 88Hz (adjustable) for 1min (adjustable), and then run to the target frequency of 88Hz (adjustable).
Upon exiting the defrost mode, the compressor is turned off.
Further, the preset exit condition further includes detecting the temperature of the outdoor side heat exchanger and the duration time of the temperature after the twelfth preset time to ensure that the defrosting can be exited only at the minimum operation time. The twelfth preset time may be 1.8min to 2.2 min. In the defrost mode, the defrost mode can be continued if the protection, such as compressor current, compressor discharge, etc., is active, and the defrost mode is exited if the compressor is shut down for protection or failure.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
