Further, the telescopic rod 140 further includes a third sleeve rod (not shown); the third stem can be extended out of the first stem 142 from the second stem 144 or retracted into the second stem 144 by the driving assembly 160.
The driving assembly 160 is an electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic driving assembly. Specifically, when the driving assembly 160 is an electric driving assembly, it may include a speed reducing motor 162 and a driving motor 164.
The first connecting member 180 has one end detachably connected to the first bar 142, the second bar 144, or the third bar, and the other end extending toward the back frame 200. The second connector 240 is mounted to the frame body 220 for being engaged with the first connector 180. Specifically, the second connecting member 240 is supported in the groove to detachably connect the first connecting member 180 and the second connecting member 240, so that the first support 100 and the back frame 200 are detachably connected. In this embodiment, the second connector 240 corresponding to the first connector 180 may be a "V" shaped plate, a "U" shaped plate, or the like.
The splicing member 260 is used for realizing the longitudinal splicing of the two frame bodies 220 and also used for realizing the fixed connection between the back frame 200 and the box body of the LED display screen.
When in use, as shown in fig. 1, the height of the first bracket 100 is adjusted according to the overall size of the LED display screen to be spliced, and a corresponding number of the back brackets 200 are mounted on the first bracket 100; then, each box body of the LED display screen is fixedly connected with the back frame 200, and the operation is simple and convenient.
After the use, as shown in fig. 3, the height of the first bracket 100 is reduced to the lowest, and all the back frames 200 are hung on the first connecting member 180, so that the floor space of the splicing device can be effectively reduced.
The technical scheme of the embodiment realizes the mechanical adjustment of the height of the splicing device, and compared with the existing manual splicing mode, the technical scheme of the invention is simple to operate and can effectively reduce the splicing cost; the splicing device disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small occupied area and convenience in storage.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a splicing device of an LED display screen according to the present invention; fig. 5 is a bottom view of the splicing device of the LED display screen shown in fig. 4.
Based on the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the splicing apparatus for LED display screens further includes a second bracket 300, an angle block 400, a connecting rod 500, and an index plate 600. Wherein,
the second bracket 300 has the same structure as the first bracket 100.
The connecting rod 500 is used for realizing the rotational connection between the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 300.
The angle block 400 is used to realize the transverse angle connection of the two back frames 200.
The index plate 600 is used to display the connection angle between the first support 100 and the second support 300.
Specifically, first, the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 300 are rotatably connected together by a link 500. Then, the angle between the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 300 is adjusted according to the angle requirement of the LED display screen to be spliced (in a specific way, the first bracket 100 is positioned and the second bracket 300 is rotated, or the second bracket 300 is positioned and the first bracket 100 is rotated). Finally, when the angle displayed on the index plate 600 meets the requirement (that is, the angle displayed on the index plate 600 is equal to the angle of the LED display screen to be spliced), the corresponding angle block 400 is selected, and two horizontally adjacent back frames 200 are fixedly connected.
When the angle needs to be adjusted, the angle block 400 is removed, the angle between the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 300 is adjusted, and after the angle is adjusted to a proper position, the first bracket 100 and the second bracket 300 are fixedly connected through another corresponding angle block 400.
According to the technical scheme, the angle splicing of the LED display screen is realized through the splicing device, the splicing angle is adjustable, a special angle splicing structure does not need to be arranged on the LED display screen, and the production cost of the LED display screen is effectively reduced.
