本发明公开一种转动式龙头阀芯,包括转动螺杆、与转动螺杆连接并带动转动的动瓷片、与动瓷片配合安装的静瓷片;转动螺杆的顶部设有带防滑纹的转动头、设于转动头下方并用于安装密封圈的两个密封槽、设于转动螺杆底部的转接头;转接头底部内侧设有二级台阶结构的凸台,动瓷片上设有与凸台配合安装卡接的卡口,静瓷片的两侧设有当动瓷片转动时实现水道导通或封闭的两个导水孔,两个导水孔的平面面积为静瓷片平面面积的四分之三。只需轻轻地转动阀芯小小的角度也能达到快速出水的效果,这样使阀芯的开关不会太大也能保证足够的出水量,出水平稳、顺畅。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀芯的结构领域,特别涉及一种转动式龙头阀芯。
背景技术
目前,市场上的阀芯安装在水龙头中,用以控制水流开关以及流量大小。用于水龙头的阀芯有半球阀、闸阀等,这两类阀芯是比较传统的,也是最普及的,半球阀通过阀芯一侧是球面另一侧是贯穿孔进行切换达到控制流体流量以及关合,而闸阀通过上下位移对流体流量以及关合进行控制。也有一些是通过转动动瓷片的方式实现与定瓷片的水道开合来实现开关水的,由于定瓷片上设有与水龙头进水腔室的进水口相通的通孔,动瓷片上设有与分别与水龙头出腔室和定瓷片的通孔相通的通孔,则龙头阀芯不仅控制水龙头出水的作用,而且还决定水龙头出水量的大小。 然而水龙头的出水量由龙头阀芯上动、定瓷片通孔的孔径大小来决定,而通孔孔径的大小由动、定瓷片的宽度尺寸和结构来决定,这样为了保证水龙头的出水量,一般把动、定瓷片的宽度尺寸设置成较大,则动、定瓷片安装在阀芯套内时需占据阀芯套较多内径空间,而在阀芯套的外径不增大的前提下,只能缩小阀芯套的壁厚,从而降低了阀芯套的强度,使阀芯套的螺纹段在安装应力和水压冲击力的作用下而容易发生断裂,缩短了快开龙头阀芯的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种转动式龙头阀芯,该转动式龙头阀芯在定瓷片体积外径不增大的前提下,通过增大导水孔的孔径安装在水龙头后出水量可大大增加,且阀芯套可在外径不增大的前提下,可将阀芯套的内径缩小,阀芯套的壁厚增大,使阀芯套的结构强度极大地提高,从而避免阀芯套的螺纹段因安装应力和水压冲击力的作用而容 易发生断裂的问题,延长了阀芯的使用寿命,结构简单,安装方便;只需轻轻地转动阀芯小小的角度也能达到快速出水的效果,这样使阀芯的开关不会太大也能保证足够的出水量,出水平稳、顺畅。
实现本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种转动式龙头阀芯,包括转动螺杆、与转动螺杆连接并带动转动的动瓷片、与动瓷片配合安装的静瓷片;转动螺杆的顶部设有带防滑纹的转动头、设于转动头下方并用于安装密封圈的两个密封槽、设于转动螺杆底部的转接头;转接头底部内侧设有二级台阶结构的凸台,动瓷片上设有与凸台配合安装卡接的卡口,静瓷片的两侧设有当动瓷片转动时实现水道导通或封闭的两个导水孔,两个导水孔的平面面积为静瓷片平面面积的四分之三。

本实施例1所描述的一种转动式龙头阀芯,如图1所示,包括转动螺杆1、与转动螺杆连接并带动转动的动瓷片2、与动瓷片配合安装的静瓷片3;转动螺杆的顶部设有带防滑纹的转动头4、设于转动头下方并用于安装密封圈的两个密封槽5、设于转动螺杆底部的转接头6;转接头底部内侧设有二级台阶结构的凸台7,动瓷片上设有与凸台配合安装卡接的卡口8,静瓷片的两侧设有当动瓷片转动时实现水道导通或封闭的两个导水孔9,两个导水孔的平面面积为静瓷片平面面积的四分之三。
在本实施例中,静瓷片的两侧凸出有卡条10。

1.一种转动式龙头阀芯,其特征在于,包括转动螺杆、与转动螺杆连接并带动转动的动瓷片、与动瓷片配合安装的静瓷片;所述的转动螺杆的顶部设有带防滑纹的转动头、设于转动头下方并用于安装密封圈的两个密封槽、设于转动螺杆底部的转接头;所述的转接头底部内侧设有二级台阶结构的凸台,动瓷片上设有与凸台配合安装卡接的卡口,静瓷片的两侧设有当动瓷片转动时实现水道导通或封闭的两个导水孔,两个导水孔的平面面积为静瓷片平面面积的四分之三。
