The invention provides an installation method of an adjustable curtain wall, and aims to solve the problems of the installation method of the adjustable curtain wall in the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
an installation method of an adjustable curtain wall is used for installing a multi-dimensional adjustable curtain wall to realize a preset decoration effect, and comprises the following steps:
a. determining the arrangement point of the curtain wall board;
b. determining the position of a fixed base plate according to the arrangement points of the curtain wall plate;
c. installing a curtain wall frame by taking the position of the fixed base plate as a frame body cross point of the curtain wall frame;
d. a fixed base plate is fixedly arranged on the curtain wall frame;
e. one end of an adjustable screw rod penetrates through the arc-shaped hole of the fixed base plate, and nuts are arranged on two sides of the adjustable screw rod, which penetrate through the arc-shaped hole, so that the adjustable screw rod is pre-fixed;
f. hoisting the curtain wall plate to a preassembly position, and then connecting a sliding rod of the curtain wall plate with a sliding groove seat of an adjustable screw in a matching manner;
g. observing the position of the curtain wall plate, loosening a screw cap of the adjustable screw at the fixed base plate, and finely adjusting the position of the curtain wall plate;
h. and fixing the screw cap on the adjustable screw rod again.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in step d:
and welding a base on the curtain wall frame, and then welding the fixed base disc at one end of the base, which is far away from the curtain wall frame.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the step f, the method further includes the step of:
through connecting plate and connection pterygoid lamina counterpoint, the body of rod of bolt passes the connecting plate in proper order and connects the pterygoid lamina and sheathes the equipment that the nut realized the curtain board again.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the multi-dimensional adjustable curtain wall provided by the invention can reduce the construction difficulty of the curtain wall frame, shorten the construction time of the curtain wall frame, and realize the optimal installation position of the curtain wall plate by repeatedly adjusting the position of the curtain wall plate when the curtain wall plate is installed on the curtain wall frame, thereby finally showing the best installation effect. And when the installation, if the position of fixed base plate has slightly the deviation, can only adjust the mounted position of curtain board and fixed base plate and can realize the position adjustment of curtain board, need not carry out destructive adjustment. By the installation method of the adjustable curtain wall, the curtain wall plate can be preassembled to the preassembly position and then fine-tuned to ensure the final decoration effect, and the embarrassment that the integral planning and the finished product deviate and cannot be modified is avoided.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the multi-dimensional adjustable curtain wall includes a curtain wall frame 100 and a plurality of curtain wall units;
the curtain wall unit comprises an adjustable screw 210 and a curtain wall plate 230; one end of the adjustable screw 210 is connected with the curtain wall plate 230; a plurality of fixed base plates 110 are arranged on the curtain wall frame 100, and a plurality of arc-shaped holes 111 are formed in the edges of the fixed base plates 110; one end of the adjustable screw 210 far away from the curtain wall plate 230 passes through the arc-shaped hole 111 to be fixedly connected with the fixed base plate 110.
The connection position of the adjustable screw 210 and the fixed base plate 110 can be adjusted within the range of the arc-shaped hole 111 through the arrangement of the arc-shaped hole 111. Thus, when the fixed base plate 110 is arranged, high installation precision is not needed, construction requirements are reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, the fixed base plate 110 and the adjustable screw 210 are fixedly connected through a nut assembly, the nut assembly includes a first nut 211 and a second nut 213, the first nut 211 and the second nut 213 are respectively disposed on two sides of the fixed base plate 110, and both the first nut 211 and the second nut 213 are in threaded connection with the adjustable screw 210.
The first nut 211 and the second nut 213 clamp the fixed base plate 110 in the middle so that the fixed base plate 110 and the adjustable screw 210 are fixedly connected.
In this embodiment, the curtain wall board 230 includes a board 231 and a frame 233, the frame 233 is provided with a connecting plate, the board 231 includes a mounting surface and a decorative surface for decoration, and the mounting surface is provided with a connecting wing plate fixedly connected with the connecting plate. The connecting plate is a thin steel plate, the connecting plate is directly welded to the frame body 233, the connecting wing plate is welded to the mounting surface, mounting holes are formed in the connecting plate and the connecting wing plate, and the connecting plate and the connecting wing plate are fixed through bolts, so that the plate body 231 is connected with the frame body 233.
Through the plate body 231 and the frame body 233 that can dismantle the connection for when the plate body 231 breaks down and needs to be changed, directly change the plate body 231 can, the frame body 233 is made through the steel pipe, has not only reduced the overall quality of frame body 233, has also guaranteed the intensity of frame body 233.
The curtain wall plate 230 is connected with the adjustable screw 210 through a sliding assembly; the sliding assembly comprises a sliding rod 235 and a sliding groove seat 215, and the sliding rod 235 is fixedly connected with a frame 233 of the curtain wall plate 230;
the chute seat 215 is fixedly arranged at one end of the adjustable screw 210 far away from the fixed base plate 110, and the chute seat 215 is provided with a chute body matched with the sliding rod 235.
Through the sliding arrangement of the sliding rod 235 and the sliding groove seat 215, fine adjustment of the position of the curtain wall plate 230 can be performed in the direction of the sliding rod 235, and on the other hand, after the precision required for fixing the position of the base plate 110 is not high, when the curtain wall plate is installed, only the position adjustment through the adjustable screw 210 can cause a part of rigid internal stress to be generated, and the part of rigid internal stress can be eliminated through the position adjustment between the sliding rod 235 and the sliding groove seat 215.
Specifically, the side of the groove body is further provided with a stop part, the stop part is a first positioning hole 2151 for the screw to pass through, and the sliding rod 235 is provided with a second elongated positioning hole for the screw to pass through. After the position is adjusted, the screw rod penetrates through the first positioning hole 2151 and the second positioning hole, and nuts are mounted at two ends of the screw rod, so that the position of the sliding rod 235 and the position of the sliding groove seat 215 can be fixed.
In this embodiment, an end of the adjustable screw 210 near the curtain wall frame 100 is provided with a mounting seat 217 for mounting the chute seat 215; the mounting seat 217 is in spherical hinge with the adjustable screw 210, and one end of the mounting seat 217 far away from the adjustable screw 210 is fixedly connected with the chute seat 215.
The spherical hinge mode can eliminate rigid internal stress to the maximum extent, and is convenient for the position adjustment of workers during installation.
In order to provide a standard dimension for construction, a positioning scale is arranged on the sliding rod 235. The relative position of the positioning scale and the chute seat 215 can indicate the degree of dislocation during installation, so as to judge the stability of the whole installation process.
The multi-dimensional adjustable curtain wall provided by the invention can reduce the construction difficulty of the curtain wall frame 100, shorten the construction time of the curtain wall frame 100, and realize the optimal installation position of the curtain wall plate 230 by repeatedly adjusting the position of the curtain wall plate 230 when the curtain wall plate 230 is installed on the curtain wall frame 100, thereby finally showing the best installation effect. In addition, when the position of the fixed base plate 110 is slightly deviated during installation, the position of the curtain wall plate 230 can be adjusted by only adjusting the installation positions of the curtain wall plate 230 and the fixed base plate 110, and destructive adjustment is not needed.
Example two
The embodiment provides an installation method of an adjustable curtain wall, which is particularly used for installing the multi-dimensional adjustable curtain wall provided by the first embodiment, and comprises the following steps:
a. determining the arrangement point of the curtain wall board 230;
b. determining the position of the fixed base plate 110 according to the arrangement point of the curtain wall plate 230;
c. installing the curtain wall frame 100 with the position of the fixed base plate 110 as a frame body cross point of the curtain wall frame 100;
d. a fixed base plate 110 is fixedly installed on the curtain wall frame 100; specifically, a base can be welded on the curtain wall frame 100, and then the fixed base plate 110 is welded on the base, so that a gap is formed between the fixed base plate 110 and the curtain wall frame 100, which facilitates installation of the later adjustable screw 210.
e. One end of the adjustable screw 210 penetrates through the arc-shaped hole 111 of the fixed base plate 110, and nuts are mounted on two sides of the adjustable screw 210 penetrating through the arc-shaped hole 111 to pre-fix the adjustable screw 210;
f. hoisting the curtain wall plate 230 to a preassembly position, and then matching and connecting the sliding rod 235 of the curtain wall plate 230 with the sliding groove seat 215 of the adjustable screw 210;
g. observing the position of the curtain wall plate 230, loosening the screw cap of the adjustable screw 210 at the fixed base plate 110, and finely adjusting the position of the curtain wall plate 230;
h. the nut on the adjustable screw 210 is again secured.
Specifically, before step f, the curtain wall plate 230 needs to be assembled, and the curtain wall plate 230 is assembled by aligning the connecting plate and the connecting wing plate and installing the bolts. And after the assembly is finished, the integral hoisting is carried out.
By the installation method of the adjustable curtain wall, the curtain wall plate 230 can be preassembled at a preassembly position and then fine-tuned to ensure the final decoration effect, and the embarrassment that the whole plan and the finished product deviate and cannot be modified is avoided.
