9. The construction method of the steel sheet pile cofferdam of claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) prefabricating a steel protective cylinder (4); prefabricating a steel protective cylinder (4), and welding a triangular support on the steel protective cylinder with a part of supporting functions for supporting a guide frame;
2) constructing a steel casing (4); hoisting the steel casing (4) to a construction site by using a crane;
3) placing a guide frame; vertical supports (24) are arranged at corresponding positions of the guide frame, the vertical supports (24) are formed by splicing steel pipes, and cross braces (25) are arranged on the adjacent steel pipes; then, the inner guide frame (17) and the outer guide frame (16) are placed on the supporting platform (26) and the triangular supports;
4) constructing an inclined support (5); an inclined support (5) is arranged on the adjacent guide frame, so that the two guide platforms (8) are connected together;
5) constructing a cofferdam (36); utilizing a crane to lift the Larsen steel plate pile (1) to a position corresponding to the inner guide frame and the outer guide frame, then sliding a positioning clamp (19) on the guide frame, enabling the Larsen steel plate pile (1) to slide downwards along a guide pointed rib (39) on the positioning clamp (19), after the construction of the Larsen steel plate pile (1) is completed, pushing a cylindrical rod (22) on the positioning clamp (19) to a cylindrical slideway (23), enabling the positioning clamp (19) to retract inwards, separating from the Larsen steel plate pile (1), then moving to the next position, pushing the cylindrical rod (22) outwards to expose the positioning clamp (19), and carrying out the construction of the next Larsen steel plate pile (1);
6) constructing a pouring platform (29); fixing a fixed slide rail (27) on the steel casing (4) at the two end parts, and then embedding a slide rail preformed groove (33) of the pouring platform (29) with the fixed slide rail (27) to splice the fixed slide rail (27) and the fixed slide rail together;
7) installing a pouring device; a crane is used for lowering the pouring device along a pouring pipe slide way (30) on a pouring platform (29), so that a pouring hopper (28) is clamped on the pouring platform (29), and then a sealing bottom plate (41) is connected to the bottom of a pouring pipe (31);
8) sealing the bottom; pouring concrete at the bottom of the field along a pouring hopper (28) and a pouring pipe (31);
9) carrying out longitudinal and transverse support construction; the top of the cofferdam (36) is provided with a longitudinal support and a transverse support;
10) constructing a balance sand bag (13); a hoisting platform (11) is placed at the top of the guide frame, a winch (14) is placed on the hoisting platform (11), balance sand bags (13) are placed on two sides of the cofferdam (36) through the winch (14), and the hoisting or descending of the balance sand bags (13) is controlled by the winch (14).
