Abstract
本发明涉及建筑材料,具体地说是混凝土的新组
方及加工方法。其特征是取100份普通硅酸盐水
泥,碎石50~250份,粉煤灰提取物漂珠和微珠20~
50份,砂10~50份,外加剂0.5~15份,水30~50
份,经混合搅拌而成。本发明与普通混凝土相比,具
有耐高温、绝缘、隔热、吸音、耐磨等优点。
Description
本发明涉及建筑材料,具体地说是混凝土的新组方及加工方法。
目前在建筑领域、大型高架桥涵等水泥制品领域,常用的碎石混凝土容重一般在2500Kg/M3左右,因而水泥构筑物存在笨重的缺点,在保证结构混凝土力学性能的前提下,减轻泥凝土重量是各使用领域长期追求的目标。
本发明的目的是对上述存在的缺点提供一种重量轻、结构力学性能好并具有抗渗、抗冻等功能的高强轻质碎石混凝土。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:取100份普通硅酸盐水泥,碎石50~250份,粉煤灰提取物漂珠和微珠20~50份,砂10~50份,外加剂0.5~15份,水30~50份,经混合搅拌而成。
本发明与普通混凝土相比,具有耐高温、绝缘、隔热、吸音、耐磨等优点。
主要技术指标:
容重(干):1570~1700kg/m3
抗压强度:250~400kg/cm2
抗拉强度:22~25kg/cm2
抗折:38~44kg/cm2
弹性模量:2.16~2.57kg×105
钢筋握裹力:元钢 40kg/cm2
螺钢 65kg/cm2
收缩:28d 0.01~0.17mm/m
抗渗:B14 以上
冻融:50次 合格
所用的粉煤灰提取物的漂珠和微珠需过2×2mm筛。外加剂为NNO或A、801、UNF-Ⅱ、NF、EA-L型膨胀剂、U型膨胀剂、SN-Ⅱ、FDN。
实施例:
按重量取100份硅酸盐水泥,碎石50份,粉煤类提取物的漂珠和微珠35份,砂20份,NF0.5份,水50份经混合搅拌均匀制成。
施工要求:
1.由于各地的材料差异在使用前应根据此配比的基本原则进行试配,作必要的调整取得满意试验结果再行使用。
2.认真养护淋水21天(草包覆盖)或蒸气养护,夏季施工严防太阳曝晒。
3.振动成型较重要,可采用12000次/分的高频振动器,但振动时间不宜过长,防止集料分离。
Claims (3)
1、一种高强、轻质、碎石结构混凝土,其特征是取100份普通硅酸盐水泥,碎石50~250份,粉煤灰提取物漂珠和微珠20~50份,砂10~50份,外加剂0.5~15份,水30~50份,经混合搅拌而成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的混凝土,其特征是所用粉煤灰提取物的漂珠和微珠需过2×2mm筛。
3、按照权利要求1所述的混凝土,其特征是外加剂为NNO或A、801、UNF-Ⅱ、NF、EA-L型膨胀剂、U型膨胀剂、SN-Ⅱ、FDN。
