Background
The vertical refuse compactor mainly has the production function of compacting loose solid refuse into high-density compacted blocks through a vertical compacting process. The existing vertical garbage compressor mainly comprises a box body and a compression mechanism which are arranged in a pit, wherein a cavity at the front end of the box body is a compression block storage bin, a compression block pushing-out device is arranged in a cavity at the rear end of the box body, and a compression bin is arranged in the middle of the box body.
The following drawbacks exist when the traditional vertical garbage compressor is used: the compression box is internally divided into three chambers which are respectively a pushing bin for installing the horizontal pushing device, a compression bin for performing compression operation in the middle and a storage bin for discharging after compression, and only one push plate is used for separating between the pushing bin and the compression bin, when the pressing head assembly compresses garbage, extruded partial sewage flows into the pushing bin for installing the horizontal pushing device, and the situation that the later period is difficult to clean is generated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides vertical compression type garbage disposal station equipment to solve the problem that when a pressure head assembly in a traditional vertical type garbage compressor compresses garbage, extruded partial sewage flows into a pushing bin provided with a horizontal pushing device, and the situation that the garbage is difficult to clean in the later period occurs.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the top end and the right end of the compression bearing shell are both open end faces, so that when the pressing head assembly compresses garbage, extruded sewage is blocked by the compression bearing shell, and the situation that when the conventional vertical garbage compressor extrudes the garbage, part of sewage flows into a cavity provided with a horizontal pushing device, and the situation that the garbage is difficult to clean in the later period is avoided.
The bottom surface of the inner end of the compression bearing shell is an inclined end surface, the inclined end surface is higher than the right side in the left side direction, a rectangular opening structure is arranged at the position, adjacent to the bottom end of a compression bearing limiting plate fixedly connected with the right end surface of the compression bearing shell through a fixing bolt, and the bottom surface of the inner end of the rectangular opening structure and the right side of the bottom surface of the inner end of the compression bearing shell are in the same horizontal line; further, a slope-shaped sunken structure is arranged on the right side of the bottom surface of the inner end of the box body, the slope end surface is higher than the right side of the left side of the box body, when a piston push rod of an oil cylinder piston rod is in a completely contained state, the bottom surface of the right end of the compression bearing shell is adjacent to the left side of the slope-shaped sunken structure, so that sewage flowing out from the rectangular opening structure can flow along the slope-shaped sunken structure, an opening structure penetrating through the box body is arranged on the right side of the slope-shaped sunken structure, and a sewage collecting box is fixedly connected to the position of the adjacent opening structure of the box body, so that the sewage finally flows into the sewage collecting box and is collected, and the subsequent cleaning operation is conveniently carried.
