Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a seat belt prompting method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s11: and when the seat is detected to be occupied, detecting the tension value of the safety belt on the seat in real time.
S12: and determining the maximum value and the minimum value of the detected tension values in the preset time length.
S13: determining a fluctuation value according to the maximum value and the minimum value.
Wherein the fluctuation value is a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value.
S14: and when the fluctuation value is smaller than a preset threshold value, giving an alarm.
Through when someone in the seat, detect the pulling force value of the safety belt on the seat, if the pulling force value that detects is less than and predetermines the threshold value at the fluctuation value of predetermineeing in a long time, then indicate that the safety belt is not to tie on the passenger, even the passenger inserts the hasp like this in the draw-in groove of safety belt, still can send out the police dispatch newspaper, reminds the passenger to tie the safety belt through sending out the police dispatch newspaper, prevents that the passenger from intentionally not tying the safety belt, has reduced the potential safety hazard.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another seatbelt notification method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, which is used after a vehicle is started. Vehicle start refers to the vehicle completing ignition, including ignition by turning the car key and ignition by triggering the button. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s21: after the vehicle is started, whether a person is on the seat is detected.
When the presence of a person in the seat is detected, step S22, step S23, or step S24 may be performed.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pressure on the seat may be detected, and the determination of whether a person is present on the seat may be made based on the pressure on the seat. Illustratively, the following steps may be employed for the determination.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining whether a seat is occupied according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s211: pressure on the seat is acquired.
The pressure on the seat may be detected by a pressure detector. The pressure detector may be provided on the seat.
S212: and judging whether the pressure on the seat exceeds a preset pressure value or not.
When the pressure on the seat exceeds the preset pressure value, the seat can be judged to be occupied.
When the pressure on the seat exceeds the preset pressure value, the seat can be judged to be free of people.
The preset pressure value is used for reflecting whether a person is sitting on the seat, the detected pressure is small when no person is sitting on the seat, and the detected pressure is large after the person is sitting on the seat. The pressure preset value is used as a judgment standard, and people can be judged to be in the seat when the pressure on the seat exceeds the pressure preset value.
Since the detected pressure on the seat is larger when a person with larger weight sits on the seat, the pressure on the seat can be used as the preset pressure value when a passenger with weight of 30 kg-40 kg sits on the seat, and therefore whether the person sits on the seat can be accurately determined.
Alternatively, the different seat pressure preset values may be different. Since the seats at different positions on the vehicle are suitable for different persons, for example, the driver seat and the passenger seat are only suitable for adults and not suitable for children, the preset pressure values of the driver seat and the passenger seat can be set to be larger, so that the passengers, such as children, who are not suitable for the driver seat and the passenger seat, can be forced to sit on the seats at the rear row of the automobile.
In one embodiment of the invention, whether a person is in the seat can be determined according to the picture shot by the camera.
For example, the seat may be photographed by a camera, and the photographed image may be detected by using a face recognition technology, so as to determine whether the seat is occupied or not.
Optionally, whether the seat is occupied or not can be determined according to the pressure on the seat and the picture shot by the camera. Only when the pressure on the seat judges that the seat has a person, and the picture shot by the camera judges that the seat has a person, the pressure on the seat can judge that the seat has a person. When it is determined whether a person is present in the seat only by the pressure on the seat, if the seat does not have a person but a certain article is placed, an erroneous determination may occur. Moreover, whether a person is in the seat can only be determined according to the pictures shot by the camera, and it is difficult to judge whether the person is a child or an adult, so that passengers who are not suitable for sitting in the driver seat and the passenger seat, such as the child, cannot be forced to sit in other seats. The two judgment methods are combined, so that whether a person is on the seat or not can be accurately determined, and whether the seat is a child or an adult can be judged.
S22: whether the lock catch of the safety belt is inserted into the clamping groove is detected.
When the buckle of the seatbelt has been inserted into the slot, step S23 or step S24 is performed.
When the buckle of the seat belt is not inserted into the card slot, step S26 is performed.
When it is detected that the buckle of the safety belt is not inserted into the clamping groove, the surface passenger does not wear the safety belt at the moment. Step S22 is an optional step, and it is possible to avoid the situation where the occupant inadvertently forgets to fasten the seat belt by step S22.
Whether the lock catch of the safety belt is inserted into the clamping groove can be detected through the position sensor. The position sensor may be disposed within a slot of the seat belt.
S23: detect the length that the safety belt pulled out the safety belt receiver and with predetermine length comparison.
When the length of the webbing drawn out of the webbing storage box is not less than the preset length, step S24 is executed.
When the length of the webbing drawn out of the webbing storage box is less than the preset length, step S26 is executed.
Step S23 is an optional step, and the occupant can be prevented from simply inserting the buckle of the seat belt into the buckle slot without tying the seat belt to the occupant by step S23.
The preset length can be 20 cm-30 cm longer than the length of the safety belt pulled out of the safety belt storage box when no one is on the seat and the lock catch of the safety belt is inserted into the clamping groove. Because people of different statures are when fastening the safety belt, the length that the safety belt pulls out the receiver also can be different, will predetermine length setting and can avoid appearing erroneous judgement when passenger's bodily form is thin and small at this scope.
The length of the safety belt pulled out of the safety belt storage box can be detected by the length detection device. The length detection device may be provided in the seat belt storage box.
S24: the tension value of the seat belt on the seat is detected.
Alternatively, a tension sensor may be used to detect the tension value of the seat belt on the seat. The safety belt comprises a lock catch, a clamping groove and a woven belt, the lock catch is connected with the woven belt, and the tension sensor can be arranged on the lock catch, the clamping groove or the woven belt of the safety belt so as to accurately detect a tension value on the safety belt. The tension sensor is arranged in the clamping groove of the safety belt, and the arrangement of a lead can be facilitated.
S25: and determining the maximum value and the minimum value of the detected tension values in the preset time length.
Because there is the people on the seat, at the vehicle in-process of traveling, the people on the seat generally can not keep complete motionless state for a long time, and the automobile body also has certain rocking, therefore the pulling force value on the safety belt has certain change, even the vehicle goes very steadily moreover, the safety belt generally passes through from people's chest, at people's breathing in-process, the pulling force value on the safety belt also has certain change.
Illustratively, the preset time period may be 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, and the like.
Alternatively, the preset period of time may be gradually increased over time to a maximum value of the preset period of time after the vehicle is started. For example, the preset time period may be 3 seconds when the vehicle is just started, the preset time period may be increased to 10 seconds after the vehicle is started for 1 minute, the preset time period may be increased to 1 minute after the vehicle is started for 10 minutes, and the preset time period may be increased to a maximum value of the preset time period of 5 minutes after the vehicle is started for 20 minutes. The method is characterized in that the preset time is short immediately after the vehicle is started, the fluctuation value can be frequently calculated to execute subsequent steps, so that a passenger can fasten the safety belt as soon as possible, the possibility that the passenger does not fasten the safety belt by adopting a cheating means is gradually reduced after the vehicle is started for a period of time, and the operation times can be reduced by increasing the preset time. The above-mentioned values of the preset time length are only examples, and may be set as other values.
Exemplarily, when the tension value is detected, the tension value of the safety belt can be detected in real time, so that a tension value set comprising a plurality of tension values is obtained after a preset duration, and the maximum value and the minimum value are determined from the tension value set by comparing the plurality of tension values in the tension value set one by one.
Optionally, when the tension value of the safety belt is detected in real time, a tension value sequence can be generated according to the detected tension value according to the magnitude sequence of the tension values, the tension value sequence is updated every time a tension value is detected, and the first tension value and the last tension value of the tension value sequence when the preset duration is over are taken as the maximum value and the minimum value. Since the sequence of updated tension values can be performed in the interval between two adjacent detections, the speed of determining the maximum and minimum values can be increased compared to comparing all the tension values to determine the maximum and minimum values after detecting a plurality of tension values.
Alternatively, when determining the maximum value and the minimum value in the preset time period, the larger value of the two previous detected tension values in the preset time period may be used as a preliminary maximum value, the smaller value may be used as a preliminary minimum value, starting from the third detection of the tension value, when the detected tension value is greater than the preliminary maximum value, the preliminary maximum value may be updated to the tension value, when the detected tension value is less than the preliminary minimum value, the preliminary minimum value may be updated to the tension value, when the detected tension value is between the preliminary maximum value and the preliminary minimum value, the preliminary maximum value and the preliminary minimum value at the end of the preset time period may be used as the maximum value and the minimum value in the preset time period. Therefore, the maximum value and the minimum value can be determined immediately after the preset time length is finished, and the speed for determining the maximum value and the minimum value is improved.
Alternatively, when determining the maximum value and the minimum value in the preset time period, starting from the second detection of the pulling force value, when the detected pulling force value is greater than the preset maximum value, the preset maximum value may be updated to the pulling force value, when the detected pulling force value is less than the preset minimum value, the preset minimum value may be updated to the pulling force value, when the detected pulling force value is between the preset maximum value and the preset minimum value, the preset maximum value and the preset minimum value may be kept unchanged, and the preset maximum value and the preset minimum value at the end of the preset time period may be used as the maximum value and the preset minimum value in the preset time period. Therefore, the maximum value and the minimum value can be immediately determined when the preset time length is finished, and the speed of determining the maximum value and the minimum value is improved.
S26: and calculating the fluctuation value of the detected tension value in the preset time length.
The fluctuation value is the difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value of the tension value in the preset time length.
S27: the fluctuation value is compared with a preset threshold value.
When the fluctuation value is smaller than the preset threshold value, step S28 is executed.
When the fluctuation value is not less than the preset threshold value, the process returns to step S24.
Optionally, the preset threshold may be 0-1N, and ideally, when the seat belt is not fastened, the fluctuation value of the tension value of the seat belt should be 0, but in the driving process of the vehicle, along with the shaking of the vehicle body, the tension value of the seat belt may change to some extent, so that the fluctuation value is not 0. The preset threshold value is set to be 0-1N, so that misjudgment caused by vehicle body shaking can be avoided.
When the fluctuation value is not less than the preset threshold value, returning to step S24 can prevent the occupant from unfastening the seat belt during the running of the vehicle, ensuring that the occupant is always wearing the seat belt during the running. When the fluctuation value is not less than the preset threshold value, the flow may also be terminated. A fluctuation value of not less than the predetermined threshold indicates that the occupant has fastened the seat belt, and the process may be terminated to reduce energy consumption.
S28: an alarm is issued.
By issuing an alarm, the occupant can be alerted to fasten the seat belt.
The alarm may include at least one of a sound, a light. For example, a warning tone may be sounded to warn the occupant, or an indicator light may be illuminated on the instrument panel.
The alarm may be gradually increased with time duration, for example, the volume of the warning tone may be gradually increased with time, the brightness of the indicator light may be gradually increased with time, or the flashing frequency of the indicator light may be gradually increased with time, so as to remind the passenger to fasten the seat belt as soon as possible.
In the process of continuing the alarm, the process may also return to step S21, and execute steps S21-S27, and when the fluctuation value is not less than the preset threshold, the alarm may stop being issued, wherein steps S22 and S23 are optional steps, and the tension value of the seat belt is detected in step S24, and if the buckle of the seat belt is not inserted into the buckle slot, or the length of the seat belt pulled out of the seat belt storage box is less than the preset length (i.e. the occupant just inserts the buckle of the seat belt into the buckle slot and does not tie the seat belt to the occupant), the tension value detected in step S24 is always 0, and the fluctuation value is also 0, and the alarm is issued as well.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a seat belt reminder apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the seat belt reminder apparatus 100 includes a detection module 10, an alarm module 20, and a processing module 30.

The setting of the preset time length is detailed in step S25, and the setting of the preset threshold is detailed in step S27.
Alternatively, the preset time period may also be increased to a maximum value of the preset time period with time after the vehicle is started. See step S25, described in detail, and not described in detail herein.
Alternatively, the detection module 10 may include a tension sensor.
The alarm module 20 may include a speaker, an indicator light, or a combination thereof, and the alarm generated by the alarm module 20 may include at least one of sound and light.
Alternatively, the processing module 30 may be configured to determine whether the seat is occupied according to at least one of the pressure on the seat and the picture captured by the camera.
In one embodiment of the invention, the processing module 30 may determine whether a person is in the seat based on the pressure on the seat. When the pressure on the seat exceeds the preset pressure value, the seat can be judged to be occupied. When the pressure on the seat exceeds the preset pressure value, the seat can be judged to be free of people. The pressure preset value is set in detail in the foregoing embodiment.
The detection module 10 may further comprise a pressure detector for detecting a pressure on the seat. The processing module 30 determines whether the seat is occupied or not according to the pressure detected by the detection module 10. The pressure detector may be provided on the seat.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 30 may determine whether the seat is occupied according to the images captured by the camera.
Optionally, the processing module 30 may also determine whether the seat is occupied according to the pressure on the seat and the picture taken by the camera. Only when the pressure on the seat judges that the seat has a person, and the picture shot by the camera judges that the seat has a person, the pressure on the seat can judge that the seat has a person. The processing module 30 can determine whether the seat is occupied according to the aforementioned step S21, which is detailed in the aforementioned embodiment.
