Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a telescopic waste gas collecting system which comprises an electric telescopic suction hood 1, a telescopic suction pipe 2, a synchronous speed reducer 3, a guide steel wire 4, a guide rail 5 and a side suction hood 6. The synchronous speed reducer 3 is used for controlling the expansion and contraction of the electric telescopic suction cover 1 along the guide rail 5 so as to realize free expansion and contraction on the guide rail; the side suction cover 6 is fixed at the front end of the electric telescopic suction cover 1, the front end and the rear end of the side suction cover 6 and the electric telescopic suction cover 1 are respectively provided with an air suction port, the air suction ports are communicated through the telescopic suction pipe 2, the guide steel wire 4 is fixed outside the electric telescopic suction cover 1, and the telescopic suction pipe is fixed on the guide steel wire at intervals for providing guidance for the telescopic suction of the telescopic suction pipe 2.
The invention discloses an electric telescopic suction hood 1 of a telescopic waste gas mobile phone system, which consists of an electric telescopic frame and high-temperature flame-retardant curtains 7 covered on the top and surrounding of the electric telescopic frame, wherein the high-temperature flame-retardant curtains 7 are unfolded or folded along with the expansion of the electric telescopic suction frame 1, the high-temperature flame-retardant curtains 7 at the front end of the electric telescopic frame 1 are suspended, the high-temperature flame-retardant curtains at the other parts are fixed on the electric telescopic frame 1, and when an obstacle is arranged at the front end of the electric telescopic frame 1, the high-temperature flame-retardant curtains 7 at the front end can be dragged across the obstacle along with the expansion of the electric telescopic frame 1.
When the telescopic exhaust gas collecting system is required to be unfolded due to the production process requirement of the exhaust gas generating area, the exhaust gas which is not generated in the area covered by the electric telescopic exhaust gas collecting cover 1 is sucked through the side exhaust cover 6, and is discharged through the telescopic exhaust pipe 2 which is connected with the top of the side exhaust cover 6. The side suction cover high-temperature flame-retardant curtains 8 arranged on the two sides of the side suction cover 6 and the high-temperature flame-retardant curtain 7 arranged at the front end of the electric telescopic suction cover 1 form an exhaust gas absorption area, so that the exhaust gas in the suction area of the side suction cover 6 can be effectively prevented from moving outwards.
The electric telescopic frame provided by the embodiment of the invention is composed of a plurality of telescopic components, each component can be freely telescopic, the components are fixedly connected, an air suction port is arranged at the joint of each telescopic component and each component, and the air suction port is connected with a telescopic air suction pipe.
The following description will take two telescopic components to form an electric telescopic frame as an example, specifically:
the electric telescopic frame is composed of a telescopic component I1-1 and a telescopic component II 1-2, the telescopic component I1-1 and the telescopic component II 1-2 are fixedly connected in a non-telescopic mode, an air suction port B10, an air suction port C11 and an air suction port A9 are respectively arranged at the connecting position and the front end and the rear end of the telescopic component I1-1 and the telescopic component II 1-2, and the air suction port A9, the air suction port B10 and the air suction port C11 are connected through a telescopic air suction pipe 2.
The telescopic exhaust gas collecting system of the present invention works such that the electric telescopic frame 1 and the telescopic air suction pipe 2 of the telescopic exhaust gas collecting system are initially in a compressed state. Along with the gradual production of the waste gas along the telescopic direction of the telescopic waste gas collecting system, the synchronous speed reducer 3 is started, the synchronous speed reducer 3 drives the electric telescopic frame 1 to be gradually unfolded on the guide rail, and when the electric telescopic frame 1 is unfolded, the electric telescopic frame 1 drives the telescopic air suction pipe 2 to be unfolded along the guide steel wire through the steel wire at the top of the electric telescopic frame 1. After the waste gas is collected, the synchronous speed reducer 3 is reversely started, so that the telescopic waste gas collecting system moves along the guide rail in the opposite direction, and the electric telescopic suction hood 1 and the telescopic suction pipe 2 are gradually compressed.
In summary, the above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
