风湿热型神经性皮炎局部瘙痒剧烈，搔抓后出现针头至米粒大小，圆形或多角形扁平丘疹，呈皮肤色或淡褐色，坚实而带光泽，可付少量鳞屑；如继续刺激，可很快加厚，扩展融合发展成苔癣样斑片，其外围尚可见散在扁平丘疹，皮肤潮红可见糜烂或结痂，兼见口渴，舌质红，苔薄黄或黄腻，脉滑数。现代医学目前对此症的治疗尚无特殊有效的治疗方法。

本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种防治风湿热型神经性皮炎的矿植物乳膏。它具有清热利湿，疏风去屑止痒的功能，防治风湿热型神经性皮炎效果好。能达到搽抹方便，安全有效的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用技术方案是由大黄、薏苡仁、川芎、百部、雄黄、白鲜皮、防风、乌梢蛇、蛇床子、冰片10种原料药构成。

本发明中的大黄，性味苦，寒。含大黄素，大黄酸，鞣质，树脂，粘液质，糖类等。泻实热，破积滞，行淤血。主治实热便秘，谵语发狂，食积痞满，痢疾初起，腹痛后重，实热发黄，经闭，症瘕。外治痈肿疔毒，烫火灼伤。
本发明中的薏苡仁，性味甘，微寒。含蛋白质，脂肪油，碳水化合物，薏苡仁酯，氨基酸等。清热利湿，健脾补肺。主治水肿脚气，泄泻，湿痹拘挛，肺痿肺痈，肠痈，淋浊白带。
本发明中的川芎，性味辛，温。含挥发油，酚性成分，内脂类，阿魏酸等。行气开郁，祛风燥湿，活血止痛。主治风冷头痛眩晕，肋疼腹痛，寒痹筋挛，经闭，难产，产后瘀阻块痛。痈疽疮疡。
本发明中的百部，性味甘，苦，微温。含百部碱，百部次碱，次对叶百部碱等。润肺，止咳，杀虫。内治寒咳，肺痨咳嗽，蛔虫，蛲虫。外治皮肤疥癣，灭虱。
本发明中的雄黄，性味辛，温，有毒。含硫化砷及少量金属盐。燥湿，杀虫，解毒。惊痫，久疟，泻痢。外治疥癣，虫毒，蛇伤，疔疮，痈肿。
本发明中的白鲜皮，性味苦，寒。含白鲜皮碱，白鲜皮内脂，皂甙，挥发油，黄柏酮等。清热燥湿，祛风，解毒。主治湿热疮毒，遍身湿热疮毒，遍身脓窼，黄水淋漓，皮肤瘙痒，疮癣疥癞，阴部肿痛。

风湿热型神经性皮炎的病因病机为风湿热邪外袭，蕴阻肌肤，加之物理性刺激而发病。本发明具有清热利湿，疏风去屑止痒的功能，治疗风湿热型神经性皮炎效果好。本发明的有益效果是经临床应用证明疗效确切，安全无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
1、配方及重量比例：大黄10份、薏苡仁20份、川芎12份、百部12份、雄黄1份、白鲜皮20份、防风12份、乌梢蛇18份、蛇床子15份、冰片1份。
2、制作及使用方法：将上述原料药按比例称量配齐，用制药设备器械炮制合格，提纯浓缩和添加剂按比例制成乳膏外用搽抹患处。
