Description

Gynaecology and obstetrics pressurized delivery belt and monitoring use method
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field related to medical appliances, in particular to a pressurized delivery belt for obstetrics and gynecology and a monitoring and using method.
Background
Gynaecology and obstetrics is one of four major subjects of clinical medicine, and mainly researches the etiology, pathology, diagnosis and prevention of female genital organ diseases; prevention and diagnosis of pregnancy and dystocia due to physiological and pathological changes of childbirth, female endocrine, birth control, and female health care. The development of obstetrics and gynecology is widened and deepened by the deep research of medical basic theory such as modern molecular biology, oncology, genetics, reproductive endocrinology and the like and the progress of clinical medical diagnosis and treatment detection technology, and plays an important role in guaranteeing the health of women and reproduction and preventing and treating various obstetrics and gynecology diseases.
Because the pregnant women are generally fat at present, the weight control during pregnancy is poor, the fat of the abdomen is accumulated, and the weight of the pregnant women is excessively fast to cause the rectus abdominis to be separated in different degrees; the rapid development of pregnancy-assisting technology causes the relative increase of conception rate of double and multiple tires; excessive amniotic fluid, excessive fetal fat and growth speed and the like cause excessive stretching of skin and muscles of puerperal women in late pregnancy. When the abdomen pressure is needed in middle and late stages of the labor, the puerpera cannot find the feeling of exertion, meanwhile, the tension of muscle skin is insufficient, even if the puerpera uses great strength, the downward strength of the abdomen can be small due to the force dispersion, the malignant circulation can be caused after the puerpera is in a long time, the puerpera is tired, the uterine contraction and the weakness are caused, and the labor is prolonged, so that the smooth delivery is more unfavorable. When emergency situations such as fetal hypoxia are met, a doctor is required to add abdominal pressure to assist the fetus to rapidly deliver, but the operation risk is high, the maternal child is easy to damage, if constant continuous pressure is given to the bottom of the uterus in the late stage of the labor, the pregnant woman can be assisted to find the feeling of active force, the labor progress is facilitated, and the maternal child prognosis is improved. For the pregnant women of twins, when the first child is delivered, the intrauterine space of the puerpera suddenly becomes large, the position of the subsequent fetus is easy to change, so that dystocia is caused, at the moment, a nurse is required to immediately fix two sides of the abdomen by two hands to maintain the longitudinal position of the subsequent fetus, the requirement on the assisted nurse is high, and the puerpera is easy to fatigue, so that the puerperal accident is caused.
