Subcutaneous tumor quick extractor
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanical movement device, in particular to a subcutaneous tumor quick extractor which can adapt to subcutaneous tumors of different sizes and the magnitudes of extrusion force to the tumor under the control of threads.
Background
The current process of removing subcutaneous tissue is to cut the skin and subcutaneous fascia, separate the tissue from the surrounding tissue, fully expose the tissue and remove it, and then close the wound. The method has the defects that: the operation incision is oversized, the operation time is long, the separation process of the tumor and surrounding tissues is complex, the healing time is long, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a quick extractor for subcutaneous tumor, which is composed of two concentric hollow cylinders forming an instrument main body, wherein the two concentric hollow cylinders are provided with uniformly distributed pore passages with threads, the pore passages with the main body are matched with threads, one end of each pore passage is round and blunt, the other end of each pore passage is thinner, and the other end of each pore passage is thicker. The device body and the rod are both made of stainless steel.
The device for quickly taking out the subcutaneous tumor is a simple mechanical movement device, has a simple structure and easy operation, can achieve the aim of coping with various subcutaneous tumors and quickly taking out the subcutaneous tumor, and can be used for various subcutaneous tumors in various ages.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the device is placed at the position of the tumor, the tumor is lightly pulled, the metal pressurizing rod is rotated to clamp the tumor, and the metal pressurizing rod is continuously rotated to advance towards the center of the device when pressure needs to be applied to the tumor. When the pressure needs to be reduced, the metal pressurizing rods are respectively rotated in opposite directions to be far away from the center direction.
The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, low price and strong operability, is designed aiming at the characteristics of subcutaneous tumor and the defects of modern operation, and has good effect in the aspect of cutting off the subcutaneous tumor.
Drawings
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention
FIG. 2 is a plan view (top view) of the present invention
FIG. 3 is a plan view (side view) of the present invention
In the figure, (1) an outer metal ring (2) and a metal pressurizing rod (3) are arranged in an outer metal ring screw hole (4) and an inner metal ring (5) are arranged in an inner metal ring screw hole
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer metal ring (1) is connected with the inner metal ring (4) through the metal pressurizing rods (2), the tumor is placed in the inner metal ring (4), and the tumor is lifted slightly and is fixed in the center of the inner metal ring (4) through rotating the three metal pressurizing rods (2). (2) The tip of the metal pressurizing rod points to the root part of the tumor. (2) The metal pressurizing rod can rotate to move to the inner side or the outer side through the matched threads of the outer metal ring screw hole (3) and the inner metal ring screw hole (5), so as to pressurize the tumor.
The diameter of the outer metal ring is 10cm and the thickness is 0.5cm
The diameter of the inner metal ring is 5cm and the thickness is 0.5cm
The length of the metal pressurizing rod is 15cm
Specific embodiments: the patient fully exposes the operation area, places the device at the position of the tumor, rotates the metal pressurizing rod to the inner edge of the inner ring, lifts the tumor by forceps to slightly clamp the top surface of the tumor after the conventional sterilization operation area, fixes the tumor at the center of the inner metal ring by the rotating pressurizing rod, slightly pressurizes the tumor, gently scrapes the surface skin by using a surgical knife, and holds the device steady by one hand and rotates the three metal pressurizing rods by the other hand respectively to move inwards to give the tumor a squeezing force to move the tumor out of the body. The incision is conventionally sutured. The invention relates to a subcutaneous tumor quick extractor, which can reduce the operation time, and three metal pressurizing rods can accurately position the tumor, prevent the tumor from changing in position and increase the operation difficulty.
