本发明公共一种电动机轴承油室油路结构,包括前外盖、油封挡盖、轴套一、轴套二、轴承座、迷宫环;油封挡盖的空间设有骨架油封,所述骨架油封与轴套一过盈配合;前外盖均匀设置四处油腔一,通过油路一将四处油腔一串联,四处油腔一分别与轴承座的油腔二串联;轴套一与电机轴过盈配合;轴套二与电机轴过盈配合;轴承座均匀设置四处油腔二,通过油路二将四处油腔二串联;迷宫环的凹槽与轴承座的凹槽空间形成迷宫密封结构。本发明的优点及产生的积极效果:前外盖和轴承座形成四条串、并联的油路,能够确保轴承室内储备足量的润滑脂,可有效提高电机轴承运行的可靠性,避免电机轴承短期损坏的状况。

一种电动机轴承油室油路结构
技术领域
本发明涉及电机领域,具体说是矿用三相异步电动机轴承润滑冷却领域,更具体说是一种电动机轴承油室油路结构。
背景技术
煤矿机械设备的驱动电机,由于煤矿工况恶劣,时常出现大载荷过载现象,直接对电机轴承造成冲击,导致轴承发热。而对电机要求体积小、功率大和连续工作制的工况,如采煤机、输送机和掘进机都对电机出力要求很高,此种工况直接导致轴承产生高热量,危害轴承寿命,因此必须加强轴承的冷却和润滑。矿用三相异步电动机内部热场属于三热源温度场,电机定、转子均产生高热,并通过对流、辐射和传导等方式将热量传到轴承室,致使轴承润滑脂变质失效,最终导致电机轴承短期损坏。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可有效避免电机轴承短期损坏的轴承室润滑冷却结构。本发明的具体方案是:
一种电动机轴承油室油路结构,包括前外盖、油封挡盖、轴套一、轴套二、轴承座、迷宫环;油封挡盖的空间设有骨架油封,所述骨架油封与轴套一过盈配合;前外盖均匀设置四处油腔一,通过油路一将四处油腔一串联,四处油腔一分别与轴承座的油腔二串联;轴套一与电机轴过盈配合;轴套二与电机轴过盈配合;轴承座均匀设置四处油腔二,通过油路二将四处油腔二串联;迷宫环的凹槽与轴承座的凹槽空间形成迷宫密封结构。
轴套一热装于轴,与油封挡盖和前外盖形成间隙配合;轴套二热装于轴,与轴承座形成间隙配合;迷宫环热装于轴与轴承座形成密封结构。所述轴承油室结构前端设有骨架油封,后端采用迷宫密封结构,形成密封的轴承油室油路结构,能够确保轴承室内储备足量的润滑脂。
本发明的优点及产生的积极效果:前外盖和轴承座形成四条串、并联的油路,能够确保轴承室内储备足量的润滑脂。在电机运行轴承发热时,轴承室内形成温差,支路内的油脂形成热交换,对轴承起到冷却作用。可有效提高电机轴承运行的可靠性,避免电机轴承短期损坏的状况。

下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图1、如图2、如图3、如图4、如图5、如图6、如图7所示,本发明结构包括前外盖1、油封挡盖2、轴套一3、轴套二4、轴承座5、迷宫环6;油封挡盖2的空间201设有骨架油封7,所述骨架油封7与轴套一3过盈配合,组成图1的左端密封结构;前外盖1均匀设置四处油腔一101,通过油路一102将四处油腔一串联,四处油腔一101分别与轴承座5的油腔二501串联;轴套一3与电机轴8过盈配合;轴套二4与电机轴8过盈配合;轴承座5均匀设置四处油腔二501,通过油路二502将四处油腔二501串联;迷宫环6的凹槽601与轴承座5的凹槽空间503形成迷宫密封结构。
这样,电机采用本发明轴承室油路结构,轴承室内形成四条串、并联的油路,既能够确保轴承室内储备足量的润滑脂,又对轴承起到冷却作用。可有效提高电机轴承运行的可靠性。
