Claims (4)

1. A system for custody transfer of an asset under a chain, comprising: an asset hosting system and an asset application terminal system; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
the asset application terminal system generates uplink request information with a user private key signature based on a managed transfer request instruction of a user, and sends the uplink request information with the user private key signature to the asset managed transfer system;
the asset hosting system verifies the user private key signature and the uplink request information; after the verification is passed, signing and registering the uplink request information, and then sending notification information to the asset application terminal system to notify the user to handle the offline asset escrow transfer;
the uplink request message includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) under-link asset registration information, amount or quantity of managed and transferred assets, real-name book records of a user, managed asset issuing information and asset management party information;
the asset application terminal system is further configured to: before generating the uplink request information with the user private key signature, confirming that the down-link asset registration information in the managed transfer request instruction is verified and passes the verification according to the following steps: accessing a downlink asset right registration system to acquire downlink asset registration information of the user, and confirming that the verification is passed when the acquired downlink asset registration information of the user is consistent with the downlink asset registration information in the hosting transfer request instruction;
the asset hosting system verifying the uplink request information, comprising: the asset hosting system verifies whether the name or the identification of the authorized person in the down-link asset registration information of the up-link request information is consistent with the identity information corresponding to the user identification in the real-name book record; if not, the verification fails; otherwise, the asset hosting system sends the under-link asset registration information to an asset hosting party so as to verify the under-link asset registration information in the hosting transfer request information through the asset hosting party; when the user's under-link asset registration information acquired by the asset hosting party from the under-link asset right registration system is consistent with the under-link asset registration information in the hosting transfer request information, returning result information of passing verification to the asset hosting system; otherwise, returning result information of failing to pass the verification to the asset hosting system.

The system of claim 1, wherein the under-link asset registration information comprises: an access address of a linked asset right registration system, asset identification information; the asset identification information includes at least one of: name or identification of the patron, asset class, asset identification or number, asset amount or quantity;
the managed asset issuance information includes: managed asset class, managed asset description information, authority address, number of asset issuing units.
3. A method for underpinning an asset transfer, comprising:
generating uplink request information with a user private key signature based on a managed transfer request instruction of a user;
verifying the user private key signature and the uplink request information; after the verification is passed, signing and registering the uplink request information, and then sending notification information to notify the user to handle the down-link asset hosting transfer;
the uplink request message includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) under-link asset registration information, amount or quantity of managed and transferred assets, real-name book records of a user, managed asset issuing information and asset management party information;
before generating the uplink request information with the user private key signature, verifying the downlink asset registration information in the managed transfer request instruction according to the following steps and confirming that the verification is passed: acquiring the user's down-link asset registration information by accessing a down-link asset right registration system, and confirming that the verification is passed when the acquired down-link asset registration information of the user is consistent with the down-link asset registration information in the custody transfer request instruction;
verifying the uplink request message, comprising: verifying whether the name or the identification of the authorized person in the down-link asset registration information of the up-link request information is consistent with the identity information corresponding to the user identification in the real-name book record; if not, the verification fails; otherwise, sending the under-link asset registration information to an asset hosting party to verify the under-link asset registration information in the hosting transfer request information through the asset hosting party; when the user's offline asset registration information acquired by the asset hosting party from the offline asset right registration system is consistent with the offline asset registration information in the hosted transfer request information, the verification is passed; otherwise, the verification is not passed.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the under-link asset registration information comprises: an access address of a linked asset right registration system, asset identification information; the asset identification information includes at least one of: name or identification of the patron, asset class, asset identification or number, asset amount or quantity;
the hosted asset issuance information includes: managed asset class, managed asset description information, authority address, number of asset issuing units.
