Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The first terminal and the second terminal in the following embodiments of the present disclosure may be mobile phones, wearable smart devices, computers, digital broadcast terminals, game consoles, tablet devices, medical devices, fitness devices, personal digital assistants, and the like, and the multimedia file may be music, video, pictures, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method of recommending multimedia files, which may be applied to a server, as shown in fig. 1, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
In step S101, when a first terminal displays a target multimedia file, the target multimedia file and a display scene where the first terminal is located are obtained.
The exhibition scene comprises at least one of exhibition time, weather and geographic position, the weather can be obtained through networking data, the geographic position can be obtained through a positioning system configured by the first terminal, for example, when the first terminal plays a song near a park at 3 pm on a certain rainy day, the exhibition scene obtained when playing the song comprises the following three information: weather: in rainy days; and (3) displaying time: 15: 00; geographic location: a park.
In this step, when the first terminal displays the target multimedia file online, and when accessing the server, the server may obtain the target multimedia file and the display scene displayed by the first terminal; when the first terminal presents the target multimedia file offline, the first terminal may record the target multimedia file and the presentation scene, and upload the recorded target multimedia file and the presentation scene to the server when connecting to the server later.
In step S102, a second terminal associated with the first terminal is determined.
In this step, the associated account of the account bound to the first terminal may be determined, and the terminal bound to the associated account may be determined to be the second terminal.
It should be noted that, the account and the associated account bound to the first terminal may be in different intimacy relationships, for example, the intimacy relationship may be a stranger relationship, a common friend, a close friend, or a family, where different intimacy relationships correspond to different intimacy levels, for example, the intimacy level of the stranger relationship is the lowest, the intimacy level of the common friend is the middle, the intimacy level of the close friend and the family is the high, in another possible implementation manner of this embodiment, after determining the associated account, a target account may be further determined from the associated accounts according to the intimacy level, and the terminal bound to the target account is determined as the second terminal, for example, an account with the high intimacy level may be determined as the associated account of the account bound to the first terminal, or an account with the medium intimacy level or the high intimacy level may be determined as the associated account bound to the first terminal, or, the account with the low, medium, and high affinity level is determined as the associated account of the account bound by the first terminal, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In practical applications, there may be a plurality of associated accounts associated with one account, and therefore, a plurality of terminals bound to the plurality of associated accounts may serve as the second terminal in the present disclosure.
In step S103, when the second terminal starts the multimedia file display, it is determined whether the second terminal is in the display scene.
When the second terminal accesses the server on line through the multimedia file display software, the second terminal can be considered to start the multimedia file display; or, the server may monitor a usage status of the multimedia file presentation software by the second terminal, and may determine that the second terminal has started the multimedia file presentation when receiving a notification message that the second terminal has opened the multimedia file presentation software.
In this step, if the second terminal has not finished the multimedia file presentation, that is, the multimedia presentation software has not been closed, it may be considered that the second terminal is always using the multimedia file presentation, and during this period, it is continuously determined whether the second terminal is in the presentation scene according to a preset period.
When the display scene includes the display time, it may be determined whether the second terminal is in a preset time period in which the display time is located, and when the second terminal is in the preset time period, it is determined that the second terminal is in the display scene.
For example, when the first terminal plays a song at 15:00, the presentation time is 15:00, and the preset time period may be 14:55 to 15:05, that is, when the time of the second terminal is any one of 14:55 to 15:05, it may be determined that the second terminal is in the presentation scene.
When the display scene includes weather, it may be determined whether the weather in which the second terminal is located is the same as the weather included in the display scene, and when the weather in which the second terminal is located is the same as the weather included in the display scene, it may be determined that the second terminal is located in the display scene.
For example, when the first terminal plays a song in a rainy day, the weather included in the presentation scene is the rainy day, and when the second terminal is also in the rainy day, it may be determined that the second terminal is in the presentation scene.
When the display scene includes a geographic location, it may be determined whether the second terminal is located in a preset location area where the geographic location included in the display scene is located, and when the second terminal is located in the preset location area included in the display scene, it may be determined that the second terminal is located in the display scene.
For example, when the first terminal plays a song in the central park, the display scene includes a geographic location of the central park, and the preset location area may be a square kilometer range centered at the central park, and when the second terminal enters the square kilometer range centered at the central park, it may be determined that the second terminal is in the display scene.
It should be noted that, when determining whether the second terminal is in the display scene, the determination condition may be adjusted according to different requirements, for example, when the second terminal is in any one of the display time, the weather, and the geographic position included in the display scene, it may be determined that the second terminal is in the display scene; the second terminal can also be determined to be in the display scene when the second terminal is in a specific scene of the display time, the weather and the geographic position included in the display scene; the second terminal can be determined to be in the display scene when the second terminal is in any two-two combination of the display time, the weather and the geographic position included in the display scene; or when the second terminal is simultaneously in three scenes including the display time, the weather and the geographic position in the display scene, determining that the second terminal is in the display scene.
For example, when the first terminal plays a song near the central park at 3 pm on a rainy day, and the second terminal is located at the central park at 3 pm on a sunny day, when the determination condition is that the second terminal is in any one of the scenes included in the display scene, the second terminal may be considered to satisfy the determination condition, that is, the second terminal is in the display scene; when the judgment condition is that the second terminal is in a specific weather (a specific scene included in the display scene), since the first terminal is in a rainy day and the second terminal is in a sunny day, the second terminal may be considered not to satisfy the judgment condition, that is, the second terminal is not in the display scene; when the determination condition is that two sets of arbitrary scenes included in the display scene are combined, the second terminal is considered to satisfy the determination condition because the second terminal is simultaneously located at the display time (3 pm) and the geographic location (central park) included in the display scene, that is, the second terminal is located in the display scene; when the judgment condition is weather and a geographic position (a combination of two specific scenes included in the display scene), since the weather in which the second terminal is located is different from that of the first terminal, it can be considered that the second terminal does not satisfy the judgment condition, that is, the second terminal is not located in the display scene; when the judgment condition is that the second terminal is in three scenes included in the display scene at the same time, the second terminal can be considered not to meet the judgment condition because the weather of the second terminal is different from that of the first terminal, namely, the second terminal is not in the display scene.
In step S104, when the second terminal is in the exhibition scenario, the target multimedia file is recommended to the second terminal.
For example, when the first terminal plays song a in a certain presentation scene, and the second terminal starts the multimedia presentation and is in the presentation scene, the recommendation of song a is received.
In a possible implementation manner, before recommending the target multimedia file to the second terminal, a preset scene privacy density of the display scene may be obtained, a preset affinity of the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is obtained, whether the scene privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset affinity is determined, and when the scene privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset affinity, the target multimedia file is recommended to the terminal.
The preset affinity may be a preset affinity between an account bound with the first terminal and an account bound with the second terminal.
For example, when the first terminal sets the scene privacy of the central park to be high and the preset intimacy degree of the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is medium, because the scene privacy degree is higher than the preset intimacy degree, the multimedia file cannot be recommended to the second terminal even if the second terminal is located in the central park and in the display scene. When the scene privacy level of the 0 o 'clock at night is set to be high by the first terminal and the preset intimacy level corresponding to the first terminal by the second terminal is high, because the scene privacy level is equal to the preset intimacy level, the multimedia file can be recommended to the second terminal when the second terminal is in the preset time period of the 0 o' clock at night and in the display scene.
Or, the preset intimacy and the scene intimacy may be scored, for example, when the first terminal sets the scene intimacy of the central park to 5, and the preset intimacy of the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is 3, because the scene intimacy is higher than the preset intimacy, the multimedia file will not be recommended to the second terminal even if the second terminal is located in the central park and in the display scene. When the first terminal sets the scene privacy degree of cloudy days to be 4 and the preset intimacy degree of the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is 5, because the scene privacy degree is lower than the preset intimacy degree, the multimedia file can be recommended to the second terminal when the second terminal is in cloudy days and is in a display scene.
In another possible implementation manner, before recommending the target multimedia file to the second terminal, a preset file privacy density of the target multimedia file may be obtained, a preset affinity of the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is obtained, whether the file privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset affinity is determined, and when the file privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset affinity, the target multimedia file is recommended to the second terminal.
Also, the preset affinity may be a preset affinity between an account bound to the first terminal and an account bound to the second terminal.
For example, when the file privacy of a certain song is set to be high by the first terminal and the preset intimacy degree corresponding to the first terminal by the second terminal is set to be medium, because the file privacy degree is higher than the preset intimacy degree, the song cannot be recommended to the second terminal even if the second terminal is in a display scene. When the file privacy of a certain song is set to be high by the first terminal and the preset intimacy degree corresponding to the first terminal by the second terminal is set to be high, the song can be recommended to the second terminal when the second terminal is in a display scene due to the fact that the file privacy degree is equal to the preset intimacy degree.
Or, the file privacy density and the preset affinity density may also be scored, for example, when the file privacy density of a certain song set by the first terminal is 5 and the preset affinity density corresponding to the second terminal and the first terminal is 3, since the file privacy density is higher than the preset affinity density, the second terminal is in a display scene in time, and the song cannot be recommended to the second terminal. When the file privacy of a certain song is set to be 4 by the first terminal and the preset intimacy degree corresponding to the first terminal by the second terminal is set to be 5, the song can be recommended to the second terminal when the second terminal is in a display scene due to the fact that the file privacy degree is lower than the preset intimacy degree.
It should be noted that, after recommending the target multimedia file, the display information of the first terminal when displaying the target multimedia file may be obtained, and the display information is sent to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the display information.
The presentation information may include a name of an account bound to the first terminal, a comment of the account on the target multimedia file, a presentation scene in which the first terminal presents the target multimedia file, and the like.
For example, if the first terminal plays song a in the central park at 3 pm in rainy days, and the account name bound to the first terminal is user B, and the account evaluates the song a as "too good to listen to", then, when the second terminal passes through the central park at the pm in sunny days (assuming that the second terminal is already in the playing scene at this time), and opens the multimedia presentation, the second terminal receives the recommendation of the song a, and after receiving the recommendation of the song a, the following presentation information can be seen: user B also listened to the song at the central park and his/her rating of the song is: "too good hearing".
By the method, the corresponding multimedia file can be recommended according to the display scene without manual recommendation operation of a user, so that the recommendation of the multimedia file is more flexible and convenient, and the intelligence of the recommendation of the multimedia file is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of recommending multimedia files according to another exemplary embodiment, which includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 2.
In step S201, when a first terminal displays a target multimedia file, the target multimedia file and a display scene where the first terminal is located are obtained, and a scene privacy of the display scene is obtained.
When the display scene is obtained, the scene privacy of the display scene can also be obtained. The scene privacy density can be graded according to high, medium and low levels, and can also be graded according to natural numbers.
In this step, when the first terminal displays the target multimedia file online, and when accessing the server, the server may obtain the target multimedia file displayed by the first terminal, the display scene, and the scene privacy level; when the first terminal displays the target multimedia file offline, the first terminal may record the target multimedia file, the display scene, and the scene privacy level, and then upload the recorded target multimedia file, the display scene, and the scene privacy level to the server when connecting to the server.
S202, determining a second terminal associated with the first terminal, and acquiring a preset intimacy degree corresponding to the first terminal and the second terminal.
The preset intimacy degree is a preset intimacy degree between an account bound with the first terminal and an account bound with the second terminal, and correspondingly, the preset intimacy degree can be graded according to high, medium and low degrees or graded according to natural numbers.
S203, when the second terminal starts the multimedia file display, determining whether the second terminal is in the display scene.
When the second terminal is in the display scene, step S204 is executed.
And when the second terminal is not in the display scene, the target multimedia file is not recommended to the second terminal.
And S204, determining whether the scene privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset intimacy density.
When the scene privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset affinity density, step S205 is executed.
And when the scene privacy density is higher than the preset intimacy density, the target multimedia file is not recommended to the second terminal.
S205, recommending the target multimedia file to the second terminal, and sending the display information of the first terminal when the target multimedia file is displayed to the second terminal so that the second terminal can display the display information.
The presentation information may include a name of an account bound to the first terminal, a comment of the account on the target multimedia file, a presentation scene in which the first terminal presents the target multimedia file, and the like.
For example, if the first terminal plays song a in the central park at 3 pm in rainy days, and the account name bound to the first terminal is user B, and the account evaluates that song a is "heard too well" on the first terminal, then when the second terminal passes through the central park (assuming that the central park is already in the playing scene at this time) at the midday in sunny days, and opens the multimedia presentation, if the scene privacy of the central park is lower than or equal to the preset intimacy between the first terminal and the second terminal, the second terminal receives the recommendation of song a, and after receiving the recommendation of song a, may also see the following presentation information: user B also listened to the song at the central park and his/her rating of the song is: "too good hearing".
By the method, the corresponding multimedia file can be recommended according to the display scene without manual recommendation operation of a user, so that the recommendation of the multimedia file is more flexible and convenient, and the intelligence of the recommendation of the multimedia file is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method of recommending multimedia files, according to another exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method including the following steps.
S301, when a first terminal displays a target multimedia file, obtaining the target multimedia file and a display scene where the first terminal is located, and obtaining the file privacy density of the target multimedia file.
When the target multimedia file is obtained, the file privacy density of the target multimedia file can also be obtained. The file privacy density can be graded according to high, medium and low levels, and can also be graded according to natural numbers.
In this step, when the first terminal displays the target multimedia file online, and when accessing the server, the server may obtain the target multimedia file displayed by the first terminal, the display scene, and the file privacy density; when the first terminal displays the target multimedia file offline, the first terminal can record the target multimedia file, the display scene and the file privacy degree, and then the first terminal can upload the recorded target multimedia file, the display scene and the file privacy degree to the server when the first terminal is connected to the server.
S302, determining a second terminal associated with the first terminal, and acquiring a preset intimacy degree corresponding to the first terminal and the second terminal.
The preset intimacy degree is a preset intimacy degree between an account bound with the first terminal and an account bound with the second terminal, and correspondingly, the preset intimacy degree can be graded according to high, medium and low degrees or graded according to natural numbers.
S303, when the second terminal starts the multimedia file display, determining whether the second terminal is in the display scene.
When the second terminal is in the exhibition scenario, step S304 is executed.
And when the second terminal is not in the display scene, the target multimedia file is not recommended to the second terminal.
S304, determining whether the file privacy density is lower than or equal to the preset intimacy density.
When the file privacy density is lower than the preset privacy density, step S305 is executed.
And when the file privacy density is higher than the preset intimacy density, the target multimedia file is not recommended to the second terminal.
For example, when the file privacy of a certain song is set to be 5 by the first terminal and the preset intimacy of the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is set to be 3, since the file privacy is higher than the preset intimacy, the second terminal is in a display scene in time, and the song cannot be recommended to the second terminal.
S305, recommending the target multimedia file to the second terminal, and sending the display information of the first terminal when the target multimedia file is displayed to the second terminal so that the second terminal can display the display information.
For example, if the first terminal plays song a in the central park at 3 pm in rainy days, and the account name bound to the first terminal is user B, and the account evaluates that song a is "heard too well" on the first terminal, then when the second terminal passes through the central park at noon in sunny days (assuming that the song a is already in the playing scene at this time), and opens the multimedia presentation, if the file privacy of the song a is lower than or equal to the preset intimacy between the first terminal and the second terminal, the second terminal receives the recommendation of the song a, and after receiving the recommendation of the song a, may also see the following presentation information: user B also listened to the song at the central park and his/her rating of the song is: "too good hearing".
By the method, the corresponding multimedia file can be recommended according to the display scene without manual recommendation operation of a user, so that the recommendation of the multimedia file is more flexible and convenient, and the intelligence of the recommendation of the multimedia file is improved.
