Abstract
The invention discloses a water receiving device and air purification equipment with the same. The water receiving device is arranged on the air purification equipment and is connected with the humidifying device in the air purification equipment, and the humidifying device originally shielded by the water receiving device can be exposed through the rotation of the first water receiving tank or the second water receiving tank, so that the humidifying device is convenient to replace or overhaul, and the operation steps required by the replacement or the maintenance of the humidifying device are simplified.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air purification equipment, in particular to a water receiving device and air purification equipment with the same.
Background
Along with the promotion of people to the indoor air quality requirement, various air conditioners that have the new trend function appear in the market, if new trend fan, the new trend removes haze machine etc.. The air conditioning equipment with the fresh air function can introduce fresh air into the room, improve the indoor air quality and meet the requirement of a user on the indoor air quality. The existing part of fresh air machines are provided with a humidifying device so as to humidify the indoor space. However, in the use process, a large amount of scale and dust can be accumulated for a long time, which affects the humidifying effect and the air quality, so that the humidifying device needs to be cleaned regularly.
The upper part of the existing humidifying device needs to supply water to the humidifying device, so a water receiving device needs to be installed at the bottom of the humidifying device. But when needing to be changed or maintain humidification device, only can change humidification device after the water receiving device is dismantled usually, complex operation, greatly increased work burden.
Disclosure of Invention
The first objective of the present invention is to provide a water receiving device to solve the problem of complicated replacement or maintenance operation of the existing humidifying device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a water receiving device comprises a first water receiving tank and a second water receiving tank which are hinged to each other, wherein the first water receiving tank is provided with a first water outlet, and the second water receiving tank is provided with a second water outlet leading to the first water receiving tank.
According to the water receiving device provided by the invention, the water receiving device is improved into the first water receiving tank and the second water receiving tank which are hinged, the water receiving device is arranged on the air purification equipment and is connected with the humidifying device in the air purification equipment, and the originally shielded humidifying device can be exposed by the rotation of the first water receiving tank or the second water receiving tank, so that the humidifying device can be conveniently replaced or overhauled, and the operation steps required by the replacement or maintenance of the humidifying device are simplified.

A second object of the present invention is to provide an air purifying apparatus, which has the water receiving device according to any one of the above technical solutions.
The air purification equipment is detachably connected with the water receiving device.
According to an example of the invention, when the first water receiving tank and/or the second water receiving tank are/is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is detachably connected with the air purifying equipment.
According to one example of the invention, the air purification equipment comprises a humidifying device, and the humidifying device is installed in the first water receiving tank or the second water receiving tank.

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a water receiving device, which includes a first water receiving tank 1 and a second water receiving tank 2 hinged to each other; specifically, the first water receiving tank 1 and the second water receiving tank 2 of the present embodiment are connected to a fixing plate 9 through a hinge 8, and the fixing plate 9 is installed at the bottom of each of the first water receiving tank 1 and the second water receiving tank 2; one end of the hinge 8 is connected with the fixing plate 9 of the first water receiving tank 1 through a screw, and the other end of the hinge is connected with the fixing plate 9 of the second water receiving tank 2 through a screw. Of course, besides the above hinge joint, the hinge joint of the first water receiving tank 1 and the second water receiving tank 2 of the present embodiment has a plurality of hinge joints as long as the rotatable connection between the two can be realized.
In this embodiment, the first water receiving tank 1 is provided with a first water outlet 3, and the second water receiving tank 2 is provided with a second water outlet 4 leading to the first water receiving tank 1. The water receiving device of this embodiment is under normal user state, and first water receiving tank 1 and second water receiving tank 2 form a basin structure jointly, and second water receiving tank 2 is used for receiving the water that the humidification device in the air purification equipment produced to reach certain liquid level after the water, carry the water to first water receiving tank 1 in through second delivery port 4, treat the water in first water receiving tank 1 and fill up the back, the outside water of 3 first delivery ports of rethread.

In order to facilitate the assembly of the water receiving device, in this embodiment, the matching form and shape of the first water receiving tank 1 and the second water receiving tank 2 are further improved, and as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, it can be known that one of two opposite sides of the first water receiving tank 1 of this embodiment is provided with an outer protruding portion 10, and the outer protruding portion 10 extends out along the direction away from the other of the two opposite sides of the first water receiving tank 1; the second water receiving tank 2 is hinged with the outer convex part 10.
Specifically, first water receiving tank 1 of this embodiment is L type basin, and second water receiving tank 2 is the rectangle basin to both adaptations of second water receiving tank 2 and the outer convex part 10 of the first water receiving tank 1 of L type each other make first water receiving tank 1 and second water receiving tank 2 can form a cuboid jointly, have improved water collector's wholeness, and be convenient for assemble it to air purification equipment on.
In addition, the inventor finds that the existing water pan is often connected with the air purification equipment in a completely fixed mode, cannot be moved, has a single and pure function, is not beneficial to installation and maintenance of internal components of the air purification equipment, needs to be opened at the left side and the right side for routine replacement and maintenance of an access door, can be divided into a left type and a right type, and is poor in universality.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the first water receiving tank 1 and the second water receiving tank 2 are both provided with a connecting portion 11 for connecting an external structure, the connecting portion 11 specifically includes a connecting plate 12 and a connecting member (not shown in the figure), the connecting plate 12 is provided with at least one connecting hole 13, and the connecting member may be a screw or other structure.
Specifically, the connecting plates 12 are arranged at two opposite ends of the first water receiving tank 1, the connecting plate 12 is arranged at one end, away from the outer convex part 10, of the second water receiving tank 2, and when the water receiving device is integrally installed, the connecting plates 12 at two ends of the first water receiving tank 1 and the connecting plates 12 at one end of the second water receiving tank 2 are detachably connected with the casing 15 of the air purifying equipment through screws respectively.
Not only when humidification device needs to be changed, remove the second water receiving tank 2 and be connected with the connecting portion 11 of keeping away from outer convex part 10 one end and air purification equipment to rotate second water receiving tank 2 to the direction of keeping away from humidification device, make the water receiving tank expose, conveniently change and overhaul humidification device, increase the function of water collector, improve the practicality.
And can be through removing whole water receiving device and air purification equipment casing 15's being connected, regard the water receiving device as the access door, be convenient for install or maintain the part in the air purification equipment, need not left and right sides and open the access door, improved the commonality of product greatly.
In addition, in order to facilitate the rotation of second water receiving tank 2, the hinge joint of first water receiving tank 1 and second water receiving tank 2 of this embodiment is disposed on outer convex portion 10, and as can be seen from fig. 2, the joint of outer convex portion 10 and second water receiving tank 2 is provided with hinge 8 and fixing plate 9, and second water receiving tank 2 can rotate relative to the end of outer convex portion 10 close to second water receiving tank 2, so that second water receiving tank 2 is convenient to rotate.
In summary, the water receiving device of the embodiment can expose the originally shielded humidifying device through the rotation of the first water receiving tank 1 or the second water receiving tank 2, so as to facilitate the replacement or maintenance of the humidifying device, and simplify the operation steps required by the replacement or maintenance of the humidifying device; and because two water receiving tanks of water receiving device can rotate and open and shut, consequently can directly open one of them water receiving tank and change the maintenance to equipment inside, improved the commonality of product.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment provides an air purification apparatus, which includes, in addition to the water receiving device described in the first embodiment, a casing 15, a return air fan 16, a core 17, a coarse filter 18, a fresh air fan 19, a filter screen assembly 21, a humidification device, and an evaporator 21, wherein the water receiving device, the return air fan 16, the core 17, the coarse filter 18, the fresh air fan 19, the filter screen assembly 21, the humidification device, and the evaporator 21 are all installed in the casing 15.
Wherein, the water collector of this embodiment passes through connecting hole 13 and screw isotructure on connecting portion 11 and can dismantle with casing 15 and be connected, and humidification device one end is installed in casing 15 one side (downside in the picture), and the other end is installed in second water receiving tank 2, when needing to carry out humidification device and change the maintenance, removes connecting portion 11 and casing 15's of second water receiving tank 2 and is connected to rotate second water receiving tank 2 to a certain position, makes humidification device expose, is convenient for carry out humidification device and changes or overhaul.

the water receiving device is installed on the air purification equipment and is connected with a humidifying device (14) in the air purification equipment, and the humidifying device (14) which is originally shielded can be exposed by the rotation of the first water receiving tank (1) or the second water receiving tank (2).
2. A water receiving device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first water receiving tank (1) is provided with a first water outlet pipe (5) which extends outwards, the first water outlet pipe (5) being provided with the first water outlet (3).
3. A water receiving device according to claim 1, characterised in that the second water receiving tank (2) is provided with a second outwardly extending outlet conduit provided with the second outlet (4).
4. A water receiving device according to claim 3, wherein a notch (7) is formed in the side wall of the first water receiving tank (1); the second water outlet pipeline extends into the second water receiving tank (2) through the notch (7).
5. Water receiving device according to any one of claims 1-4, characterised in that the first water receiving tank (1) and/or the second water receiving tank (2) is/are provided with a connection (11) for connection to an external structure.
6. A water collector as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the connection part (11) comprises a connection plate (12) and at least one connection hole (13) opening in the connection plate.
7. A water receiving device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein one of the two opposite sides of the first water receiving tank (1) is provided with an external protrusion (10), and the external protrusion (10) extends in a direction away from the other of the two opposite sides of the first water receiving tank (1); the second water receiving groove (2) is hinged with the outer convex part (10).
8. A water receiving device according to claim 7, wherein the first water receiving tank (1) and the second water receiving tank (2) together form a cuboid.
9. Air cleaning apparatus, characterised in that it is connected with a water receiving device according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. The air purification apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the air purification apparatus is detachably connected to the water receiving device.
11. Air cleaning device according to claim 9, characterized in that when the first water receptacle (1) and/or the second water receptacle (2) is provided with a connection portion (11), the connection portion (11) is detachably connected with the air cleaning device.
12. Air cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises a humidifying device (14), said humidifying device (14) being mounted in the first water receiving tank (1) or the second water receiving tank (2).
