一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀,为尽快排走残留在水阀与淋浴头之间的残留热水,技术方案是:一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀,包括通水通道,水阀打开的时候,通水通道能够连通热水器到淋浴头的管道,其特征是:水阀有一个漏水通道,水阀关闭的时候,漏水通道能够连通淋浴头与旋柄外侧,即水阀的旋柄和球形阀体之间存在一个漏水通道,阀门关闭时、阀门与淋浴头之间残留热水能够从漏水通道流出水阀的旋柄。有益效果是:水阀关闭的时候,漏水通道使时淋浴头和旋柄形成一个虹吸管结构、遵循水往低处流的原理,使淋浴头残留热水尽快排走,从而减少淋浴头残留水分带来的烦恼。

技术领域
本发明涉及残留水分的排走,特别是淋浴头残留水分的快速排走。
背景技术
在淋浴水阀门关闭时,淋浴头内部残留水分(热水)处于密封状态,理想状态下残留水分不会流出。但随着时间的推移(几秒到几十秒的时间),随着声音、走动等震动影响(发出声音),任何声音通过空气传播将对空气疏密程度发生影响(声音在空气中传播属于纵波、纵波即疏密波),淋浴头喷嘴位置空气疏密程度的变化将导致空气渗入(密,空气压强增大)淋浴头内部和水滴的拉出(疏,空气压强减小,产生吸力),另外洗完澡、擦拭身体表面的水分也能够导致空气疏密程度的变化(空气流动),导致淋浴头存在滴水现象,特别明显的是布置在头顶上方的喇叭状淋浴头、淋浴头喷嘴表面呈现水平、水滴下落过程中与空气发生热交换,水滴滴落在身体表面,特别觉得冷,冬天尤其突出。
在水滴下落的时候,大多数人都处于擦拭身体表面残留水分的过程,而这时下落水分滴在身体表面就特别让人烦:一方面是冷、一方面需要重新擦拭、另外水滴下落不断持续没完没了,大大增长擦干身体表面水分的时间。而家庭浴室的空间一般较小,还不太容易找到躲避下落水滴的空间。
发明内容
为尽快排走残留在水阀与淋浴头之间的残留热水,本发明设计一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀。
本发明实现发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀,包括通水通道,水阀打开的时候,通水通道能够连通热水器到淋浴头的管道,其特征是:水阀有一个漏水通道,水阀关闭的时候,漏水通道能够连通淋浴头与旋柄外侧,即水阀的旋柄和球形阀体之间存在一个漏水通道,阀门关闭时、阀门与淋浴头之间残留热水能够从漏水通道流出水阀的旋柄。
通水通道的中心轴线垂直于漏水通道中心线所在的平面。
本发明的有益效果是:水阀关闭的时候,漏水通道使时淋浴头和旋柄形成一个虹吸管结构、遵循水往低处流的原理,使淋浴头残留热水尽快排走,从而减少淋浴头残留水分带来的烦恼。

具体实施方式
一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀,包括通水通道2,水阀打开的时候,通水通道2能够连通热水器到淋浴头的管道,即水阀的通水通道2为一个通孔,旋转打开水阀,通孔的一端正对来水、另一端为出水,现有技术的水阀的阀体一般为球形,即球形阀体1,球体的中心为一个圆孔,即通水通道2,通水通道2(通孔)中心轴线与水管中心轴线平行时连通、通水通道2(通孔)中心轴线与水管中心轴线垂直时关闭。现有技术的球形阀体1有一个方形的盲孔、旋柄4有一个方形的凸起,方形的凸起插入方形的盲孔使球形阀体1能够通过手柄5旋转球形阀体1实现水阀的打开或者关闭,依靠球形阀体1与阀门(水阀)的球形空腔的内壁紧密贴合实现密封(一般采用弹性较好的铜质材料)。阀体的外侧一般使用停止位(即一个阻挡装置)来保证水阀关闭时、通水通道2的中心轴线与水流方向(水管轴线)处于垂直。
本专利的改进之处在于:水阀有一个漏水通道3,水阀关闭的时候,漏水通道3能够连通淋浴头与阀门外侧,即水阀的旋柄4和球形阀体1之间存在一个漏水通道3,借助手柄5旋转旋柄4使阀门(水阀)关闭时、阀门与淋浴头之间残留热水从漏水通道3流出水阀的旋柄4,即球形阀体1有一个通孔的开口正对旋柄4通孔的开口、使球形阀体1的通孔和旋柄4通孔连通为一个管道(漏水通道3),当水阀的球形阀体1关闭时、没有来水、此时淋浴头和旋柄4形成一个虹吸管结构、遵循水往低处流的原理,使淋浴头残留热水尽快排走。
通水通道2的中心轴线垂直于漏水通道3中心线所在的平面。由于漏水通道3是弯管,漏水通道3中心线(与现有技术定义相同)是指到内侧表面距离相等的点所组成的一条曲线,即漏水通道3中心线的任何一点到漏水管道3内侧壁的任意方向的距离都相等(也就是内侧壁的所有法线的交点所形成的一条曲线)。

1.一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀,包括通水通道(2),水阀打开的时候,通水通道(2)能够连通热水器到淋浴头的管道,其特征是:水阀有一个漏水通道(3),水阀关闭的时候,漏水通道(3)能够连通淋浴头与旋柄(4)外侧,即水阀的旋柄(4)和球形阀体(1)之间存在一个漏水通道(3),阀门关闭时、阀门与淋浴头之间残留热水能够从漏水通道(3)流出水阀的旋柄(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减少淋浴头残留热水的水阀,其特征是:通水通道(2)的中心轴线垂直于漏水通道(3)中心线所在的平面。
