Abstract
The invention discloses a bonding device and a bonding method. The bonding device comprises a supporting tube, a glue injection needle and a rubber sealing ring; the support tube is a hollow tube with a conical front end, a through hole is formed in the side face of the straight section of the support tube, and a rubber sealing ring is arranged on the periphery of the through hole of the support tube and sleeved on the straight section of the support tube. When in use, the needle head at the front end of the glue injection needle penetrates through the rubber sealing ring to be inserted into the supporting tube to reach the cavity of the supporting tube, and the supporting tube is communicated with the vacuumizing device. The bonding method utilizes negative pressure in the support tube to enable the glue to be in contact with the target pill, but does not enable the glue to overflow out of the top end of the support tube, and after the glue is solidified, the glue injection needle and the vacuumizing device are removed, so that the bonding of the target pill and the support tube is realized. The bonding device has simple structure and convenient operation; the bonding method can realize the bonding of the target pill and the supporting tube, ensures that the size of the glue spot at the bonding part is smaller, and is suitable for supporting the target pill in the inertial confinement fusion target.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of inertial confinement fusion, and particularly relates to a bonding device and a bonding method.
Background
In the field of inertial confinement fusion targets, the supporting mode of the target pellets is a problem which is frequently needed to be solved in the target manufacturing process, and the smaller the size of the adhesive at the position required to be supported is, the better the size is, so that a novel bonding device and a novel bonding method need to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a bonding device and a bonding method.
The bonding device of the invention is characterized in that: the bonding device comprises a supporting tube, a glue injection needle and a rubber sealing ring. The support tube is a hollow tube with a conical front end, a through hole is formed in the side face of the straight section of the support tube, a rubber sealing ring is arranged on the periphery of the through hole of the support tube, the rubber sealing ring is sleeved on the straight section of the support tube, and the diameter of the inner circle of the rubber sealing ring is matched with the outer diameter of the straight section of the support tube. When the rubber sealing device is used, the needle at the front end of the rubber injection needle penetrates through the rubber sealing ring to be inserted into the supporting tube to reach the cavity of the supporting tube, and the needle at the front end of the rubber injection needle is sealed with the supporting tube through the rubber sealing ring.
The diameter of the supporting tube through hole is larger than that of the glue injection needle.
The bonding method of the invention comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a target pill, and contacting the top end of a supporting tube with the bonding point of the target pill;
b. the support tube is communicated with an external vacuumizing device, and the vacuumizing device is opened until the target pellets are adsorbed on the support tube;
c. the needle head at the front end of the glue injection needle penetrates through the rubber sealing ring to be inserted into the supporting tube to reach the cavity of the supporting tube;
d. injecting adhesive into the cavity of the support tube by the adhesive injection needle until the cavity is full, and closing the vacuumizing device;
e. after the adhesive is solidified, the glue injection needle is pulled out, and the vacuumizing device is disassembled, so that the adhesion of the target pill and the support tube is realized.
The bonding method of the invention utilizes the negative pressure in the supporting tube to enable the glue to be in contact with the target pill, but does not enable the glue to overflow out of the top end of the supporting tube, and removes the glue injection needle and the vacuumizing device after the glue is solidified, thereby realizing the bonding of the target pill and the supporting tube.
The bonding device provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the bonding method can realize the bonding of the target pill and the supporting tube, the size of the glue spots at the bonding position is ensured to be smaller, and the bonding device is particularly suitable for supporting connection of the target pill in the inertial confinement fusion target.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bonding device of the invention comprises a supporting tube 2, a glue injection needle 3 and a rubber sealing ring 4; the support tube 2 is a conical hollow tube, the support tube 2 is a hollow tube with a conical front end, a through hole is formed in the side face of the straight section of the support tube 2, a rubber sealing ring 4 is arranged on the periphery of the through hole of the support tube 2, the rubber sealing ring 4 is sleeved on the straight section of the support tube 2, and the diameter of the inner circle of the rubber sealing ring 4 is matched with the outer diameter of the straight section of the support tube 2; when in use, the needle head at the front end of the glue injection needle 3 is inserted into the support tube 2 through the rubber sealing ring 4 to reach the cavity of the support tube 2, and the needle head at the front end of the glue injection needle 3 is sealed with the support tube 2 through the rubber sealing ring 4.
The diameter of the through hole of the supporting tube 2 is larger than that of the glue injection needle 3.
The bonding method of the invention comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a target pill 1, and contacting the top end of a supporting tube 2 with the bonding point of the target pill 1;
b. the support tube 2 is communicated with an external vacuumizing device, and the vacuumizing device is opened until the target pill 1 is adsorbed on the support tube 2;
c. the needle head at the front end of the glue injection needle 3 penetrates through the rubber sealing ring 4 to be inserted into the supporting tube 2 to reach the cavity of the supporting tube 2;
d. injecting glue into the cavity of the support tube 2 by the glue injection needle 3 until the glue is full, and closing the vacuumizing device;
e. after the adhesive is solidified, the glue injection needle 3 is pulled out, and the vacuumizing device is disassembled, so that the adhesion between the target pill 1 and the support tube 2 is realized.
Claims (3)

a. preparing a target pill (1), and contacting the top end of a supporting tube (2) with the bonding point of the target pill (1);
b. the support tube (2) is communicated with an external vacuumizing device, and the vacuumizing device is opened until the target pill (1) is adsorbed on the support tube (2);
c. the needle head at the front end of the glue injection needle (3) penetrates through the rubber sealing ring (4) to be inserted into the supporting tube (2) to reach the cavity of the supporting tube (2);
d. injecting glue into the cavity of the supporting tube (2) by the glue injection needle (3) until the glue is full, and closing the vacuumizing device;
e. after the adhesive is solidified, the glue injection needle (3) is pulled out, and the vacuumizing device is disassembled, so that the target pill (1) and the supporting tube (2) are bonded.
