Because the water collecting tank 7 is arranged between the two containers 1, the rain baffle 11 is arranged to incline to the water collecting tank 7, thus the drainage ditch is not required to be arranged around the top of the double-spliced container building, the drainage structure is simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the gap is reserved between the rain baffle 11 and the top plate of the container 1, so that the noise pollution caused by raindrops to the inside of the building is reduced.
