In view of the above, the present invention provides a needle distance adjusting and limiting device for a sewing machine, which can adjust and limit the needle distance of the sewing machine more efficiently. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sewing machine including the above-mentioned needle pitch adjusting and limiting device, which can more efficiently adjust and limit the needle pitch of the sewing machine.

the needle pitch adjusting assembly comprises a first driver, the first driver is connected with a guide rod through a first transmission assembly, the guide rod is used for driving the small needle pitch adjusting connecting rod to move, the guide rod is connected in the guide sleeve in a sliding mode, and the first driver is used for driving the guide rod to move linearly in the guide sleeve through the first transmission assembly;
and the limiting assembly comprises a second driver, the second driver is connected with a limiting rod through a second transmission assembly, and the limiting rod is used for moving under the driving of the second driver so as to lock or unlock the first transmission assembly.
Preferably, the limiting rod is a limiting screw rod, the limiting screw rod is in threaded fit with a limiting nut, the limiting nut is fixed on the casing, and the limiting nut and the limiting screw rod form a screw rod nut assembly.
Preferably, the first transmission assembly comprises a gear set, and a central rotating shaft of one of the gears is matched with the limiting rod to lock or unlock the first transmission assembly.
Preferably, the gear set comprises a driving gear and a driven gear engaged with the driving gear, a central shaft of the driving gear is fixed to an output shaft of the first driver, and the central rotating shaft is a central shaft of the driven gear; the first transmission assembly further comprises a crank with one end fixedly connected to the central shaft of the driving gear and a connecting rod connected between the other end of the crank and the guide rod.
Preferably, the motion direction of the limiting rod is the radial motion along the central rotating shaft.
Preferably, the central rotating shaft is coaxially and fixedly provided with a ratchet wheel, and the limiting rod is provided with a ratchet which is used for being meshed with the ratchet wheel to lock the central rotating shaft.
Preferably, the first driver and the second driver are both stepping motors, and the first driver and the second driver are respectively connected to the DPS main control board through signals.
Preferably, the second transmission assembly comprises a driving pulley connected to an output shaft of the second driver and a driven pulley connected to the driving pulley through a synchronous belt transmission, and the limiting rod is connected to a central shaft of the driven pulley in a threaded manner.

The needle pitch adjusting assembly comprises a first driver, the first driver is connected with a guide rod through a first transmission assembly, the guide rod is used for driving the needle pitch adjusting small connecting rod to move, the guide rod is connected in the guide sleeve in a sliding mode, and the first driver is used for driving the guide rod to move linearly in the guide sleeve through the first transmission assembly. The limiting assembly comprises a second driver, the second driver is connected with a limiting rod through a second transmission assembly, and the limiting rod is used for moving under the driving of the second driver so as to lock or unlock the first transmission assembly.
The first driver and the second driver are adopted to correspondingly control the needle pitch adjusting process and the locking process after the needle pitch is adjusted, the efficiency is high, and the automation degree of the needle pitch adjusting and limiting process of the sewing machine is high.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a sewing machine needle distance adjusting and limiting device which can more efficiently adjust and limit the sewing machine needle distance. The other core of the invention is to provide a sewing machine comprising the sewing machine needle distance adjusting and limiting device, which can more efficiently adjust and limit the needle distance of the sewing machine.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, for convenience of description, the axial direction, the circumferential direction, and the radial direction are all based on the rotation center line of the central rotation shaft. Furthermore, the first and second are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In an embodiment of the needle pitch adjusting and limiting device of the sewing machine of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 6, which includes a needle pitch adjusting assembly and a limiting assembly.
The needle pitch adjusting assembly comprises a first driver 6, the first driver is connected with a guide rod 2 through a first transmission assembly, the guide rod 2 is used for driving a needle pitch adjusting small connecting rod 19 to move, and the guide rod 2 is connected in a guide sleeve 1 in a sliding mode. The first driver 6 is used for driving the guide rod 2 to move linearly in the guide sleeve 1 through the first transmission component, and the movement of the guide rod 2 can drive the small needle pitch adjusting connecting rod 19 to move so as to adjust the needle pitch. The small needle pitch adjusting link 19 is a component for adjusting the needle pitch in the sewing machine, and other components related to the needle pitch adjustment can be referred to in the prior art.
The limiting assembly comprises a second driver 5, the second driver 5 is connected with a limiting rod 10 through a second transmission assembly, and the limiting rod 10 is used for moving under the driving of the second driver 5 so as to lock or unlock the first transmission assembly.
In the embodiment, the first driver 6 and the second driver 5 are adopted to correspondingly control the needle pitch adjusting process and the locking process after the needle pitch is adjusted, the efficiency is high, and the automation degree of the needle pitch adjusting and limiting process of the sewing machine is high.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the limiting rod 10 may specifically be a limiting screw, the limiting screw is in threaded fit with the limiting nut 11, the limiting nut 11 is fixed on the casing, and the limiting screw and the limiting nut 11 form a screw-nut assembly.
In this embodiment, through the spacing of stop nut 11, under the drive of second driver 5, stop screw can carry out linear motion to be close to or keep away from central pivot 14, can die through the screw thread lock between stop screw and the stop nut 11, realize gauge needle adjustment mechanism's reliable braking, guarantee gauge needle's stability, locking is reliable.
Of course, in other embodiments, the stop bar 10 may be a telescopic bar or other structure.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the first transmission assembly may comprise a gear set, and the central rotating shaft 14 of one of the gears is matched with the limiting rod 10 to lock or unlock the first transmission assembly. The transmission precision of gear transmission is higher. When the second driver 5 drives the limiting rod 10 to move towards the central rotating shaft 14 and lock the central rotating shaft 14, the central rotating shaft 14 cannot rotate any more, and accordingly the first transmission assembly is prevented from continuously operating; after the second driver 5 drives the limiting rod 10 to move away from the central rotating shaft 14 to unlock, the central rotating shaft 14 can continue to rotate, and the first transmission assembly can continue to transmit.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the gear set may specifically include a driving gear 12 and a driven gear 13 engaged with the driving gear 12, a central axis of the driving gear is fixed to the output shaft of the first driver 6, and the central rotation shaft 14 is a central axis of the driven gear. Wherein the gear is fixed with its central shaft. Meanwhile, the first transmission assembly further comprises a crank 4 and a connecting rod 3, wherein one end of the crank 4 is fixedly connected to the central shaft of the driving gear, and the connecting rod 3 is connected between the other end of the crank 4 and the guide rod 2. The connecting rod 3 is hinged with the crank 4 and the guide rod 2. The driven gear can be locked through the locking center rotating shaft, and then the driving gear and the crank are locked, so that the small needle pitch adjusting connecting rod 19 is locked.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the movement direction of the limiting rod 10 is the radial movement along the central rotating shaft 14, that is, the limiting rod 10 moves towards or away from the central rotating shaft 14 along the radial direction of the central rotating shaft 14, so that the occupied space of the device in the axial direction of the central rotating shaft 14 can be reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the central rotating shaft 14 may be fixedly provided with a ratchet wheel, and the ratchet wheel and the central rotating shaft 14 are coaxially arranged. The limiting rod 10 can be provided with a ratchet which is used for being meshed with a ratchet wheel to lock the central rotating shaft 14, and the central rotating shaft 14 can be reliably clamped through the matching of the ratchet and the ratchet wheel.
Of course, in other embodiments, the central rotating shaft 14 may be locked by friction force generated by contact with the limiting rod 10 or other means.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the first driver 6 and the second driver 5 can be both stepping motors, the first driver 6 and the second driver 5 are respectively in signal connection with the DPS main control board 31, unified control is performed on the first driver and the second driver through the DPS main control board 31, and the double stepping motors work in a cooperative manner, so that the automation of needle pitch adjustment is realized. Specifically, the first driver 6 and the second driver 5 may be respectively signal-connected to a stepping motor driving board 15, and the stepping motor driving board 15 is signal-connected to the DPS main control board 31.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the second transmission assembly can be a belt transmission assembly, and the transmission smoothness is high.
Specifically, the belt drive assembly may include a driving pulley 7 fixed to an output shaft of the second driver 5 and a driven pulley 9 connected to the driving pulley 7 through a synchronous belt 8, and the stopper rod 10 may be specifically connected to a central shaft of the driven pulley 9 through a thread, and is driven to move linearly through rotation of the driven pulley.
In a specific control process, the first driver 6 drives the driving gear 12, the driving gear 12 drives the driven gear 13, the central rotating shaft 14 is further rotated, the crank 4 drives the connecting rod 3, the connecting rod 3 drives the guide rod 2, the crank 4, the connecting rod 3 and the guide rod 2 form a crank slider assembly, the guide rod 2 makes a linear reciprocating motion in the guide sleeve 1, and the guide rod 2 drives the small needle pitch adjusting connecting rod 19, so that the needle pitch is adjusted. Wherein the stroke of the guide bar 2 can be controlled by controlling the number of steps of the first actuator 6. The second driver 5 drives the driving belt wheel 7, the driving belt wheel 7 drives the driven belt wheel 9 through the synchronous belt 8, the driven belt wheel 9 drives the limiting screw rod, the limiting screw rod can move up and down in the limiting nut 11, and the central rotating shaft 14 is clamped by the aid of a self-locking principle of thread transmission, so that locking of the whole needle pitch adjusting structure is achieved. The first driver 6 and the second driver 5 can be powered off, so that the purposes of protecting the motor, prolonging the service life and saving electric energy are achieved. If the needle pitch needs to be adjusted, the second driver 5 is electrified and runs reversely, the limit screw on the central rotating shaft 14 is loosened, and the first driver 6 performs corresponding needle pitch adjustment.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first and second actuators may also be pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, or the like. In addition, the first transmission assembly can also be a belt transmission assembly, and the second transmission assembly can also be a gear transmission assembly.
