3) the electric control system controls the motor to drive the conveying roller to rotate, and the integrated circuit board is conveyed to the lifting platform;
4) the electric control system controls the lifting platform to ascend, and when the first infrared sensing device receives a signal of the integrated circuit board on the lifting platform, the electric control system controls the lifting platform to stop ascending;
5) the electrical control system controls the mechanical sucker device to operate, suck one integrated circuit board and convey the integrated circuit board to the detection platform;
6) when one integrated circuit board is sucked away, the first infrared sensing device cannot receive the signal of the integrated circuit board and transmits the signal to the electric control device, and the electric control system controls the lifting platform to ascend until the first infrared sensing device receives the signal of the integrated circuit board and stops ascending;
7) repeating the operation steps of the step 5 and the step 6 until all the integrated circuit boards on the lifting platform are loaded;
8) when the feeding of the integrated circuit board is finished, the second infrared sensing device cannot receive the signal of the integrated circuit board, and the electric control system controls the lifting platform to descend to the same height of the fixed platform to receive the integrated circuit board conveyed by the fixed platform;
9) repeating the steps and carrying out a new round of automatic feeding.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through the cooperation use of lift platform and conveying roller, infrared induction system and mechanical sucker device, concentrate the material loading to integrated circuit board, also reduced manual operation simultaneously, reduce the pollution to integrated circuit board, improve product quality.
2. Through the setting of portable stop device, can improve the automation of device with integrated circuit board material loading to the detection bench of different positions.
3. Through the automatic control of the electric control system, the manual operation is greatly reduced, and the automatic production efficiency is greatly improved.

The box body 1 is a cuboid hollow box body.
The conveying platform 2 comprises a fixed platform 21 and a lifting platform 22, the fixed platform 21 is fixed on the left side in the box body 1, the lifting platform 22 is fixed on the right side of the fixed platform 21 in parallel, the lifting platform 22 comprises a lifting device 221 and a platform 222, the lifting device 221 is fixed at the bottom end in the box body 1, the platform 222 is fixed on the lifting device 221, and a plurality of conveying rollers 23 which are parallel to each other are arranged in the fixed platform 21 and the lifting platform 22.
The movable limiting device 3 comprises an electric slide rod 31, an upper bracket 32, a lower bracket 33 and a plurality of limiting rods 34 which are parallel to each other, the electric slide rod 31 is fixed between the front wall and the rear wall of the box body 1, the upper bracket 32 and the lower bracket 33 are fixed on the electric slide rod 31, the limiting rods 34 are fixed between the upper bracket 32 and the lower bracket 33, and the limiting rods 34 are perpendicular to the conveying rollers 23 and are arranged in a staggered mode.
The infrared sensing system 4 comprises a first infrared sensing device 41 and a second infrared sensing device 42, the first infrared sensing device 41 is arranged at the lower end of the right side of the upper bracket 32, and the second infrared sensing device 42 is arranged at the right end of the lower bracket 33.
The mechanical sucker device 5 is arranged on a top plate in the box body 1, and can ensure that the mechanical sucker device 5 can move back and forth, left and right and up and down, and the conveying platform 2, the movable limiting device 3, the infrared induction system 4 and the mechanical sucker device 5 are all connected with an electrical control system.
Further, the lifting device 221 includes a transmission motor 2211 and a lead screw 2212, the transmission motor 2211 is connected to an electrical control system, the lead screw 2212 is vertically connected to the transmission motor 2211, and the platform 222 is sleeved on the lead screw 2212 and is in threaded connection with the lead screw 2212.
Further, the conveying roller 23 is driven by a motor (not shown), the motor is connected with an electrical control system, and the electric sliding rod 31 is connected with the electrical control system.
Further, the distance between the conveying rollers 23 is larger than the diameter of the limiting rods 34, the distance between the limiting rods 34 is larger than the diameter of the conveying rollers 23, and the limiting rods 34 and the conveying rollers 23 can be arranged vertically and in a staggered mode.
Further, the lowest descending height of the lifting platform 22 is flush with the fixed platform 21, so that the integrated circuit board 6 on the fixed platform 21 can be conveyed to the lifting platform 22 through the conveying rollers 23 for loading.
Furthermore, the front end face and the right end face of the box body 1 are both provided with rectangular openings (not shown in the figure), so that the integrated circuit boards 6 are enabled to be intensively stacked on the fixed platform 21 and the integrated circuit boards 6 on the lifting platform 22 and conveyed to the detection platform (not shown in the figure) through the mechanical sucker device 5.
Further, the feeding method comprises the following steps:
1) moving the limiting rod 34 in the movable limiting device 3 to a required position through the electric control system and moving the limiting rod 34 through the electric sliding rod 31 according to the position of the detection platform;
2) the electric control system controls the transmission motor 2211 to rotate and drives the lead screw 2212 to rotate, so that the lifting platform 22 is lowered to the same height as the fixed platform 21;
3) the electric control system controls the motor to drive the conveying roller 23 to rotate, and the integrated circuit board 6 is conveyed to the lifting platform 22;
4) the electric control system controls the lifting platform 22 to ascend, and when the first infrared sensing device 41 receives a signal of the integrated circuit board 6 on the lifting platform 22, the electric control system controls the lifting platform 22 to stop ascending;
5) the electrical control system controls the mechanical sucker device 5 to operate, suck one integrated circuit board 6 and convey the integrated circuit board 6 to the detection platform;
6) when one integrated circuit board 6 is sucked away, the first infrared sensing device 41 cannot receive the signal of the integrated circuit board 6 and transmits the signal to the electric control device, and the electric control system controls the lifting platform 22 to ascend until the first infrared sensing device 41 receives the signal of the integrated circuit board 6 and stops ascending;
7) repeating the operation steps of the step 5 and the step 6 until the feeding of the integrated circuit board 6 on the lifting platform 22 is finished;
8) when the feeding of the integrated circuit board 6 is finished, the second infrared sensing device 42 cannot receive the signal of the integrated circuit board 6, and the electric control system controls the lifting platform 22 to descend to the same height of the fixed platform 21 to receive the integrated circuit board 6 conveyed by the fixed platform 21;
9) repeating the steps and carrying out a new round of automatic feeding.
