本发明是一种防震瓦楞纸箱,属于瓦楞纸箱领域。
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱是用瓦楞纸板制成的刚性纸质容器。半个多世纪以来,瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器,成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外,还起到美化商品,宣传商品的作用。瓦楞纸箱属于绿色环保产品,它利于环保,利于装卸运输。
现有技术公开了申请号为:201520190293.4的本发明公开一种瓦楞纸箱,该 瓦楞纸箱的纸板包括箱板纸和至少一层波浪状瓦楞原纸,其中,该纸板还包括防水透气膜, 该防水透气膜被设置为所述纸板的内层。基于本发明的技术方案,能够持续地将瓦楞 纸箱内部的气态水向瓦楞纸箱外散发,防止食物受到凝露后的液态水的浸渍而腐败变质。 此外,能够防止在瓦楞纸箱内部凝露形成的液态水浸渍到瓦楞纸箱的箱板纸和瓦楞原纸 上,避免由于纸板强度的降低而导致的垮塌。从而,依据本发明的瓦楞纸箱能够使得纸 箱内维持较高湿度,同时避免结露,并且能够长期使用,维护成本较低。但是该瓦楞原纸没 办法用气囊缓冲减震。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种防震瓦楞纸箱,其结构包 括上盖、上插片、侧面防护块、前固定插板、限位凹槽底座垫块,所述上插片设于上盖表面, 所述上插片与前固定插板活动连接,所述限位凹槽底座垫块设于侧面防护块中间,所述瓦 楞纸箱板的结构由上固定纸板、下固定纸板、上夹心纸、下夹心纸、下瓦楞芯纸、上瓦楞芯 纸、夹心气垫,所述上瓦楞芯纸连接于上固定纸板和上夹心纸中间,所述下瓦楞芯纸连接于 下固定纸板和下夹心纸中间,所述上夹心纸和下夹心纸固定连接,所述夹心气垫设于上瓦 楞芯纸和下瓦楞芯纸的中间空隙,所述前固定插板设有上插片槽,所述限位凹槽底座垫块 设有限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽设于限位凹槽底座垫块表面。
进一步的,所述夹心气垫设有气囊、热熔密封分隔条。
进一步的,所述热熔密封分隔条设于气囊表面。
本发明提供了一种防震瓦楞纸箱,通过采用气囊缓冲减震实现了该瓦楞纸箱 的减震功能显著。

在进行使用时,通过对夹心气垫16的气囊160进行充气,达到双重保护的作用。
