When the device is used, the distance between the guide driving devices 5 is adjusted according to the size of a packaging carton, so that the transmission belt 55 is attached to the carton body, and the height of the supporting seat 2 is adjusted according to the height of the carton, so that the arc-shaped extrusion plate 271 is attached to the upper surface of the carton; the back side of the tape on the tape roll 2222 is passed around the tape guide wheel 224, then passes through the two second L-plates 824, and is pulled below the press roll 827; the driving motor 56 of the guiding driving device 5 drives the feeding of the carton in the sealing device, the carton contacts with the first circular arc-shaped pressing plate 271, so that one narrow edge of the carton is pressed down, then the first bending device 6 presses down the narrow edge of the other side, the carton is continuously fed, the second bending device 7 simultaneously presses down the two wide edges of the carton, the four packing edges of the pressed carton are in a jointed state, then the second circular arc-shaped pressing plate 271 presses the box, and then one side of the box contacts with the adhesive tape, the pressing roller 827 is pressed to stick the adhesive tape to the paper box, and along with the movement of the box, the pressing roller 827 moves to the packaging surface of the box along the surface of the box to drive the adhesive tape to press the packaging surface, and (3) packaging the boxes, after the compression roller 827 and the boxes are separated, the third air cylinder 91 drives the cutting piece 92 to cut the adhesive tape, and the boxes sequentially enter for packaging.

1. The automatic sealing equipment for the carton packaging is characterized by comprising a base (1), a supporting seat (2), a first vertical adjusting rod (3), a first horizontal adjusting rod (4), a guide driving device (5), a first bending device (6), a second bending device (7), a guide pressing device (8) and a cutting device (9);
the base (1) comprises a frame-shaped support (11), supporting blocks (15) distributed in an array mode are arranged below the frame-shaped support (11), and second through holes (16) are vertically formed in the supporting blocks (15);
the supporting seat (2) is provided with a first waist-shaped hole (232) and a second waist-shaped hole (233) which are symmetrically distributed, the first waist-shaped hole (232) and the second waist-shaped hole (233) are internally connected with a guide piece (234), and the guide piece (234) comprises a first guide plate (2341) and a second guide plate (2342) which form an angle of 135 degrees with each other;
two folding extrusion plates (27) which are positioned on the same straight line are arranged below the supporting seat (2), circular arc extrusion plates (271) are arranged on the folding extrusion plates (27), and the outer arc surfaces of the circular arc extrusion plates (271) face the feeding end; the supporting seat (2) between the two folding extrusion plates (27) is provided with symmetrically distributed supporting plates (28), the supporting plates (28) are provided with seventh through holes (281), and the supporting plates (28) are provided with second bending devices (7);
a first horizontal adjusting rod (4) is rotatably arranged in any one of the second through holes (16), the first horizontal adjusting rod (4) comprises a second rotating shaft (41), a second screw rod (42) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (41), and the second screw rod (42) is a bidirectional screw rod;
the guide driving devices (5) are symmetrically distributed on the second screw rod (42), each guide driving device (5) comprises a guide support (51), a second square groove (53) is formed in the extending direction of each guide support (51), rollers (54) are symmetrically distributed in the second square grooves (53) in a rotating mode, a transmission belt (55) wraps each roller (54), and a driving motor (56) is arranged below any one roller (54);
guide supporting blocks (57) which are symmetrically distributed are arranged below the guide support (51), a first connecting block (58) is arranged below the guide supporting blocks (57), and a threaded hole (59) is formed in the first connecting block (58);
a first bending device (6) is arranged on the supporting seat (2), and the first bending device (6) comprises a first air cylinder (61);
the first bending device (6) comprises a fourth connecting block (62), and second fixed shafts (621) are arranged on two sides of the fourth connecting block (62);
one end of the fourth connecting block (62) is provided with a triangular connecting surface (622), the triangular connecting surface (622) is provided with connecting rods (63) which are symmetrically distributed, a sixth through hole (631) is formed in each connecting rod (63), a first guide wheel (64) is rotatably arranged in each sixth through hole (631), the other end of the fourth connecting block (62) is provided with fifth connecting blocks (623) which are symmetrically distributed, and a third fixing shaft (624) is arranged on a bracket of each fifth connecting block (623);
the second bending device (7) comprises second air cylinders (71), the second air cylinders (71) are distributed on the two supporting plates (28) in an opposite mode, and the moving part penetrates through the seventh through hole (281) to be connected with a second guide wheel (72);
a guide pressing device (8) is arranged below the supporting seat (2), the guide pressing device (8) comprises an elastic sleeve (81), the elastic sleeve (81) comprises a sleeve fixing piece (811) and a sleeve moving piece (812), and the sleeve fixing piece (811) is rotatably connected with a fourth fixed shaft (251);
seventh connecting blocks (26) which are symmetrically distributed are arranged below the supporting seat (2), and a sixth fixing shaft (261) is arranged between the seventh connecting blocks (26);
the sixth fixed shaft (261) is rotatably connected with a guide pressing piece (82), the guide pressing piece (82) comprises a rotating sleeve (821), and the guide pressing piece (82) is rotatably connected with the sixth fixed shaft (261) through the rotating sleeve (821);
the two ends of the rotating sleeve (821) are provided with pressing connecting pieces (822), the pressing connecting pieces (822) are provided with adhesive tape guide blocks (823), and the adhesive tape guide blocks (823) are provided with second L-shaped plates (824) which are symmetrically distributed;
one end of each compression connecting piece (822) is connected with connecting columns (825), a seventh fixed shaft (826) is arranged between the connecting columns (825), one exposed end of each sleeve moving piece (812) is rotatably connected with the seventh fixed shaft (826), and the other end of each compression connecting piece (822) is rotatably provided with a compression roller (827);
the below of supporting seat (2) is equipped with cutting device (9), cutting device (9) include third cylinder (91), the mounting and fifth fixed axle (252) of third cylinder (91) rotate to be connected, the moving part of third cylinder (91) rotates and is connected with cutting member (92), be equipped with the eighth connecting block (921) of symmetric distribution on cutting member (92), be equipped with eighth fixed axle (922) between eighth connecting block (921), the moving part and the eighth fixed axle (922) of third cylinder (91) rotate to be connected.
2. The automatic closing apparatus for carton packages according to claim 1, wherein support legs (12) are arranged in an array under the frame-shaped support (11), and sliding rollers (13) are arranged in an array in the square frame of the frame-shaped support (11).

The automatic sealing equipment for carton packages according to claim 1, wherein the frame-shaped support (11) is provided with an array of support columns (14), the support columns (14) are vertically distributed with the frame-shaped support (11) and extend to the lower part of the frame-shaped support (11), one side of each support column (14) close to the sliding roller (13) is provided with a first square groove (141), and the support column (14) is provided with a first through hole (142) in the extending direction of the support column (14); a first vertical adjusting rod (3) is rotationally arranged in any one first through hole (142), the first vertical adjusting rod (3) comprises a first rotating shaft (31), the first rotating shaft (31) is rotationally connected with the first through hole (142) through a bearing, a first screw rod (32) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (31), the first screw rod (32) is a one-way screw rod, one end of the first rotating shaft (31) is provided with first chain wheels (33) which are symmetrically distributed, the other end of the first rotating shaft is provided with a first handle (34), other three first through holes (142) are rotationally provided with second vertical adjusting rods, the second vertical adjusting rods have the same structure as the first vertical adjusting rod (3), the difference is that the second vertical adjusting rods are not provided with the first handle (34), and one first vertical adjusting rod (3) is connected with three second vertical adjusting rods through the first chain wheels (33) and a chain, so that the first handle (34) is rotated, and the first vertical adjusting rod (3) and the three second vertical adjusting rods are synchronously rotated.

The automatic sealing apparatus for carton packages according to claim 1, wherein a second sprocket (43) is provided on the second shaft (41) and at both ends of the second screw (42), a second handle (44) is provided at one end of the second shaft (41), and a second leveling rod is provided in the other second through hole (16), and the second leveling rod and the first leveling rod (4) have the same structure, except that the second handle (44) is not provided on the second leveling rod, and the second leveling rod and the first leveling rod (4) are engaged with a chain through the second sprocket (43), so that the second leveling rod and the first leveling rod (4) rotate synchronously.
