Abstract
The invention discloses a five-plate toggle rod type die assembly device which mainly comprises a left fixed die plate, a left movable die plate, a right fixed die plate, a left toggle rod, a connecting rod, a right toggle rod, a die locking oil cylinder, a central plate, a pull rod, a push rod and a push plate. When the left side mold is closed, the mold locking oil cylinder acts to push the push plate to move leftwards along the slideway of the center plate, and the left toggle rod pushes the left movable mold plate to move leftwards under the drive of the push rod, so that the left side mold closing action is realized; meanwhile, the connecting rod rotates around the rotating shaft of the connecting rod and the central plate to drive the right toggle rod and the right movable die plate to move leftwards, so that the die opening of the right die is realized. The right side mould locking process can also achieve the self-locking requirement. The device realizes the mold closing process of the other mold while completing the mold opening process of one mold, and completes the injection process of the other mold product in the product ejection and taking process, thereby improving the production efficiency; meanwhile, compared with the two three-plate injection molding machines which work simultaneously, the device has the advantages of saving energy consumption and occupied space.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an injection molding die clamping device, in particular to a toggle rod type die clamping device.
Background
The toggle rod type mould closing mechanism is a mould closing structure mode widely adopted by an injection molding machine, and the structure has the following characteristics: the motion performance is good, and the requirement of an injection molding process is met; the mechanism has high rigidity and can bear a certain overload in high-speed injection; the die assembly speed is high, and the molding cycle is shortened. In addition, the method has the characteristics of low cost, low maintenance and the like.
The traditional injection molding machine usually adopts a three-plate toggle rod type injection molding machine, but the mold clamping device only controls the opening and closing process of a pair of molds, and the production efficiency is low.
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a mold clamping device capable of mounting two molds, wherein the mold opening process of one mold is completed and the mold closing process of the other mold is simultaneously completed, and the injection process of the second mold product is completed in the ejection and taking processes of the first mold product, so as to improve the production efficiency; meanwhile, compared with the two three-plate injection molding machines which work simultaneously, the device has the advantages of saving energy consumption and occupied space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-mold five-plate toggle rod type mold clamping device, which is used for realizing the mold closing process of one mold while finishing the mold opening process of the other mold, wherein one mold is used for finishing the injection process of the other mold in the process of ejecting and taking a product, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption and the occupied space are saved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: a five-plate toggle rod type die assembly device mainly comprises a left fixed die plate, a left movable die plate, a right fixed die plate, a left toggle rod, a connecting rod, a right toggle rod, a die locking oil cylinder, a central plate, a pull rod, a push rod and a push plate. The center plate is fixedly connected with the base by bolts, so that the left fixed die plate and the right fixed die plate are respectively arranged at the left and right positions of the center plate and are fixedly connected with the center plate by pull rods. The left movable mould plate and the right movable mould plate are respectively provided with four holes, and can slide along the four pull rods under the action of the driving part. The driving part, the mode locking cylinder is fixed on the center plate, and two mode locking cylinders are arranged in front and back. The central plate is connected with the push plate through two sliding pairs, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder directly drives the push plate to move left and right along the slideway. The two connecting rods are arranged up and down and are connected with the central plate through a connecting pin shaft, each connecting rod is connected with a left toggle rod and a right toggle rod through two pin shafts, the toggle rods are also connected with the movable templates through pin shafts, the actions of the two templates are connected in series, the right die opening during left die assembly is realized, and the left die opening is realized while the right die assembly is realized. The left toggle rod is provided with a pin shaft hole and is connected with the push plate through an upper push rod and a lower push rod.
The pull rod of the five-plate toggle rod type die clamping device has the main functions of stretching in the die locking process, the movable die plate is contacted with the base, the weight of the movable die plate is born by the base, and the pull rod only has the guiding function on the movable die plate.
The length setting requirements of each rod piece of the driving part of the five-plate toggle rod type die clamping device can finish the opening and closing actions of dies at two sides under the driving of the oil cylinder, and the toggle rod and the connecting rod can meet the self-locking requirement when the driving part push plate moves.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the hydraulic cylinder can realize the injection and the picking process once, the efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder is doubled compared with that of the traditional three-plate toggle rod type injection molding machine, and the hydraulic cylinder has the advantages of saving energy consumption and occupied space.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The five-plate toggle rod type die clamping device disclosed by the invention is shown in fig. 1, and mainly comprises a left fixed die plate 1, a left movable die plate 2, a right movable die plate 6, a right fixed die plate 7, a left toggle rod 3, a connecting rod 4, a right toggle rod 5, a die locking oil cylinder 9, a central plate 10, a pull rod 11, a push rod 12 and a push plate 13. The center plate 10 is fastened and connected with the base 14 by bolts, and the left fixed die plate 1 and the right fixed die plate 7 are respectively arranged at the left and right positions of the center plate 10 and are respectively fastened and connected with the center plate 10 by pull rods 11. The left movable mould plate 2 and the right movable mould plate 6 are provided with four holes, and can slide along the four pull rods under the action of the driving part. The three-dimensional structure of the driving part is shown in fig. 2, and the mold locking cylinder 9 is fixed on the center plate 10, and is arranged in front of and behind. The center plate 10 and the push plate 13 are connected through two sliding pairs, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder directly drives the push plate 13 to move left and right along the slideway. The two connecting rods 4 are arranged up and down and are connected with the central plate 10 through a connecting pin shaft, each connecting rod is connected with a left toggle rod 3 and a right toggle rod 5 through two pin shafts, the toggle rods are also connected with the movable templates through pin shafts, so that the actions of the two templates are connected in series, the right die opening during left die assembly is realized, and the left die opening is realized during right die assembly. The left toggle rod is provided with a pin shaft hole, and is connected with a push plate 13 through an upper push rod 12 and a lower push rod 12.
When the left side mold closing action is performed, the mold locking oil cylinder 9 acts to push the push plate 13 to move leftwards, and the left toggle rod 3 pushes the left movable mold plate 2 to move leftwards due to the connection of the push rod 12, so that the left side mold closing action is realized; the connecting rod 4 rotates around the rotating shaft of the central plate 10 to drive the right toggle rod 5 and the right movable die plate 6 to move leftwards, so that the die opening of the right die 8 is realized. When the mold contacts, the connecting rod 4 and the left toggle rod 3 are in an unbending state, and under the thrust action of the mold locking oil cylinder 9, the mechanism generates force amplification action to deform the mold clamping device until the connecting rod 4 and the left toggle rod 3 are straightened and enter self-locking. A schematic diagram of the left mold closing and right mold opening state is shown in fig. 3.
The left-side mold opening and right-side mold closing actions are similar to the left-side mold closing and right-side mold opening actions. The push plate 13 is pushed to move rightwards by the action of the mold locking oil cylinder 9, so that the connecting rod 4 and the right toggle rod 5 gradually tend to be in a straightening state, and the push plate 13 transmits the pressure of the mold locking oil cylinder 9 to the connecting rod 4 through the action of the push rod 12 and the left toggle rod 3 to push the mold locking oil cylinder to rotate until the self-locking state is achieved. A schematic diagram of the left die opening and closing state is shown in fig. 4.
Example 2
Embodiment 1 is repeated, which is different in the structure of the driving portion. The distance between the two pins connected by the connecting rod 4 and the central plate 10 in the embodiment 1 is zero, that is, the two connecting rods 4 and the central plate 10 share one pin to be connected, compared with the two pins in the embodiment 1 which are stressed in the horizontal and vertical directions, the combined pins are subjected to zero resultant force in the vertical direction, the overall structure is as shown in fig. 5, and the mold opening and closing actions are the same as those in the embodiment 1.
Example 3
Embodiment 1 is repeated, which is different in the structure of the driving portion. The distance between the two pins connected by the left toggle rod 3, the right toggle rod 5 and the connecting rod 4 in the embodiment 2 is zero, namely, the two toggle rods and the connecting rod 4 share one pin to be connected, compared with the two pins in the embodiment 2 which are stressed in the horizontal and vertical directions, the combined pins are stressed in the horizontal direction to be zero, the overall structure is shown in fig. 6, and the mold opening and closing actions are the same as those of the embodiment 1.
