Background
Because radionuclides are highly hazardous to humans, handling and disposal of materials containing radionuclides in gloveboxes is often an option. The glove box is generally made of glass with larger thickness and darker color, the light in the glove box is darker, and a light source with larger power is needed for illumination. Early glove boxes were illuminated with 100-.
However, the incandescent lamp is used as a thermal light source, and the temperature in the glove box rises due to long-time irradiation, so that the temperature environment for measuring the sample is influenced, and the measurement result of some measurement and analysis technologies which are sensitive to temperature, such as photometry, is inaccurate; moreover, the space at the top of the glove box is narrow, and pipelines such as water, electricity, gas and the like are generally required to be installed, and the incandescent lamp occupies a larger space, so that the space layout at the top of the glove box is more narrow; in addition, the sealed environment of the glove box cannot be destroyed when the light source is installed and replaced, so that radiation leakage is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
It is a primary object of the present invention to provide an illumination device for a glove box to solve at least one of the above technical problems.

In the embodiment of the invention, the lampshade 1 specifically comprises a hollow cylinder, and the LED lamp beads 2 are accommodated in the hollow cavity of the lampshade 1 and can be further abutted to the surface of the closed end of the lampshade 1. According to the above description, the lampshade 1 is tightly and hermetically connected with the glove box through the flange plate 4, the connection relationship can be maintained for a long time, and the LED lamp beads 2 are installed and replaced without changing the lampshade 1. When the LED lamp beads 2 need to be installed, the LED lamp beads 2 are placed into the hollow cavity of the lampshade 1 from the opening end of the lampshade 1, the LED lamp beads 2 are tightly pressed by the pressing ring 3, and the LED lamp beads 2 can emit light under the power supply of the pressing ring 3, so that the illumination of the glove box is realized; when LED lamp pearl 2 need be changed, take out clamping ring 3 from the open end of lamp shade 1, remove its effect of compressing tightly LED lamp pearl 2, later can follow the open end and take out LED lamp pearl 2. Therefore, the installation and the replacement are very simple and convenient, and in the installation and the replacement of the LED lamp bead 2, the lampshade 1 and the glove box can always keep good sealing performance, so that the radiation leakage inside the glove box is avoided.
In summary, the illumination device 100 for a glove box provided by the embodiment of the invention does not affect the temperature in the glove box, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, is convenient to replace, has a simple structure, greatly saves the space at the top of the glove box, and has beneficial technical effects.
