Abstract
The invention relates to a battery pole piece roller upsetting method, and belongs to the technical field of roller forging. A battery pole piece roller upsetting method comprises a roller body and a roller neck, wherein the two ends of the roller body are integrally formed, the diameter of the roller body is larger than that of the roller neck, and the roller body is manufactured by adopting a local upsetting method; reserving excess materials at the root part of the roller body connected with the roller neck during blanking; during upsetting, a drain pan is utilized, and excess materials are reserved to flow under the action of an inner hole of the drain pan to form the root of the roller body; the blank flows to the corner of the roller body to form the corner and produce the bulge. According to the invention, through reserving the excess material, the edge part can be promoted to finally deform to form a right angle by utilizing the flow of the excess material during upsetting, so that a large fillet is avoided, and the normal operation of a product process is ensured. Compared with the traditional method, the process method of the invention can save raw materials, reduce production cost and improve the utilization rate of materials; the number of times of upsetting can be reduced, so that the processing time is shortened, and the overall processing efficiency is improved.

Background
In roll products, battery pole piece rolls are used to roll battery pole pieces. The shape of the roller is different from that of other rollers used in conventional rolling due to the requirement of a roller electrode, the difference between the diameter of the middle roller body and the diameter of the two ends of the roller is larger, and in order to meet the requirement of product forging and ensure the product quality, a forging mode of local upsetting is adopted, and the large difference between the roller body and the roller diameter is realized through local upsetting deformation of the roller body. After local upsetting, a roll body blank forms a single-drum shape, corner parts at two ends of the roll body are extremely easy to form round corners and lack of meat through later-stage drawing forming, the meat lack condition of the corner parts of the roll body causes difficulty in later-stage machining, the formation of upsetting the roll body for multiple times only by increasing the material consumption of the roll body or increasing the production fire number is improved, the material or energy waste is caused, and the production efficiency is low.

Example 1
In the embodiment, the diameter of the blank of the roller body of the battery pole piece roller is 840mm, and the diameter of the blank of the roller neck is 400mm, and the blank needs to be upset. The diameter of the inner hole of the used drain pan is 400 mm.
During blanking, a fillet is reserved at the root part of the roller body connected with the roller neck, and the radius of the fillet is 160 mm. The process only needs to increase 205Kg of excess material, and the original process needs to increase 455 Kg of material for the roller body. The process greatly saves raw materials.
In the above embodiments, the overall upsetting process time is shortened by more than 20% compared with the conventional process.
The process method of the invention not only can save raw materials and reduce production cost, but also can reduce processing time and improve processing efficiency.
