Abstract
The invention provides a bending forming method of a product with a reverse-bending inner hook, which simplifies the forming process, improves the generation efficiency, reduces the generation cost, has stable forming process and can ensure the bending and leveling angles. The bending forming method of the product with the reverse-folding inner hook comprises the following steps: s01, bending the product to be bent at a certain angle alpha to the back side of the product to be bent to form a first flanging, wherein alpha is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees; s02, laterally pushing and bending the first flanging until an included angle beta between the first flanging and the back of the product to be bent is an acute angle; s03, bending the back side of the product to be bent by a certain angle gamma to form a second flanging, wherein gamma is more than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees; s03', a part of the first flanging is flapped and reversely folded towards the front side of the product to be bent. The invention has simplified steps, the first flanging is a plane before the reverse folding is performed, so that the first flanging is conveniently performed with the second flanging for performing the flattening and the fitting, the reverse folding inner hook is formed by performing the one-time flattening and the reverse folding, the forming process is stable, and the bending angle and the flattening angle can be ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bending forming, in particular to a bending forming method of a product with a reverse-bending inner hook.
Background
Some products such as a television backboard and the like are provided with a reverse-folding inner hook bending structure, the structure in a dotted line frame shown in fig. 1 is a reverse-folding inner hook, and the group is bent on the inner wall of the product. For the product with the reverse-folding inner hook, the reverse-folding size is small, and a bending of the inner hook is formed after the reverse-folding.
In the prior art, when a product with the structure is formed, the product is usually formed by bending the outermost side step by step, and is formed by bending the outermost side step by step by step, as shown in fig. 2, taking the product horizontally placed as an example, A, B, C, D, E, F in the figure sequentially shows the product structure corresponding to each bending step from the original state of the product before forming to the final state of the product after bending forming, wherein, a is the original state of the product, the product is folded upwards by 90 degrees to form a product in a state B, then is folded downwards by 90 degrees to form a product in a state C, then is pushed from right to left (a horizontal unidirectional arrow at the right side in fig. 2 is a side pushing direction) to form a product in a state D at a certain angle, so as to perform downward reverse folding and flattening, then is pushed from right to left to perform reverse folding and flattening, and after flattening, is shown as E in the figure, finally is folded downwards by 90 degrees to form a product with reverse folding and bending inner hooks (a structure in a dotted frame in fig. 2, as shown at F.
The bending forming process is complicated in procedure and correspondingly complex in mold structure; and because the state D is turned over and is folded and patted usually, because the side has pushed a certain angle, when patting and side-pushing, the side-pushing straight body area (patting stressed area) is small, the flattening distance is small and about 2-3mm, if h is the flattening distance in the state E in the figure, the patting can not be dead, namely, the patting part can not be completely attached, so that the angle deviation caused by resilience at the bending part is large, and the punch head needs to be chamfered.

The invention provides a bending forming method of a product with a reverse-bending inner hook, which simplifies the forming process, improves the generation efficiency, reduces the generation cost, has stable forming process and can ensure the bending and leveling angles.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the invention is that the bending forming method of the product with the reverse-folding inner hook comprises the following steps:
s01, first vertical bending: bending the product to be bent at a certain angle alpha to the back side of the product to be bent to form a first flanging, wherein the alpha is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees;
s02, bending by lateral pushing for the first time: performing side pushing bending on the first flanging generated by bending in the S01 until an included angle beta between the first flanging and the back of the product to be bent is an acute angle;
s03, second vertical bending: bending the part of the product to be bent, which is connected with the first flanging, to the back side of the product to be bent by a certain angle gamma to form a second flanging, wherein gamma is more than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees;
simultaneously with S03 or after S03, S03' is followed by: and (3) flattening and reversely folding a part of the first flanging to the front side of the product to be bent, so that the part of the first flanging is attached to the second flanging, and the rest part of the first flanging is far away from the second flanging, so that the first flanging forms the reversely folded inner hook.
Before S01, a step of stamping a pre-bending groove on the product to be bent is further included, and the bending forming of the first flanging in S01 is performed by taking the pre-bending groove as a reference.
The depth of the pre-folding groove is 20% -40% of the thickness of the product.
Alpha =90 degrees in S01, beta is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees in S02, and gamma is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees in S03.
S04 is also included after S03', a second side push bend: and laterally pushing and bending the second flanging to the back side of the product to be bent until the second flanging is perpendicular to the back side of the product to be bent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:
1) the forming method has simplified steps and reduces the production cost;
2) before the reverse folding is performed, the first flanging is a plane, the inner hook is bent without side pushing, the flattening space is large, the first flanging is conveniently flattened and attached to the second flanging, the reverse folding inner hook is formed by performing one-time flattening reverse folding, the forming process is stable, and the bending and flattening angles can be ensured;
3) the molding method has simplified steps, correspondingly simplified mold structure and improved continuous production efficiency of the mold.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The bending forming method of the product with the reverse-folding inner hook comprises the following steps:
s01, first vertical bending: bending the product 10 to be bent by a certain angle alpha to the back side of the product 10 to be bent to form a first flanging 11, wherein alpha is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees, the structure of the product 10 to be bent is schematically shown in fig. 3, and the product 10 to be bent is bent by the step S01 and is shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the left side of the product 10 to be bent in fig. 3 is taken as the front side, and the right side is taken as the back side;
s02, bending by lateral pushing for the first time: performing side-pushing bending on the first flanging 11 generated by bending in the step S01 until an included angle β between the first flanging 11 and the back surface of the product 10 to be bent is an acute angle, as shown in fig. 5;
s03, second vertical bending: bending the part of the product 10 to be bent, which is connected with the first flanging 11, to the back side of the product 10 to be bent by a certain angle gamma to form a second flanging 12, wherein gamma is more than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees, as shown in fig. 6;
simultaneously with S03 or after S03, S03' is followed by: a part 111 of the first turned-over edge 11 is flapped and folded back towards the front side of the product 10 to be bent, so that the part 111 of the first turned-over edge 11 is attached to the second turned-over edge 12, and the rest 112 of the first turned-over edge 11 is far away from the second turned-over edge 12, so that the first turned-over edge 11 forms a folded-back inward-hooking bending structure, as shown in fig. 7.
Further, in order to reduce the stress generated during the slapping and bending in the step of slapping and reversely folding at S03' and make the slapping as complete as possible, in this embodiment, before the step of S01, a step of stamping a pre-bending groove 13 on the product 10 to be bent is further included, after stamping the pre-bending groove 13, the product to be bent is as shown in fig. 9 to release the stress of the material, and then, the bending forming of the first flanging 11 in S01 is performed with the pre-bending groove as a reference.
Further, the depth of the pre-folding groove 13 is 20% -40% of the thickness of the product.
In this embodiment, the value of α in step S01 is 90 °, the value of β in S02 is 45 ° or more and 60 ° or less, and the value of γ in S03 is 45 ° or more and 60 ° or less.
Since the reverse-folding inward-hooking structure of the product is formed on the inner wall of the flange perpendicular to the product 10 to be formed, in this embodiment, after the step S03', a step S04 is further included, in which the second flange 12 is bent by lateral pushing toward the back side of the product 10 to be bent until it is perpendicular to the back side of the product 10 to be bent, as shown in fig. 8.
By adopting the bending forming method of the product with the reverse-folding inner hook, the forming process steps are simplified, and the production cost is reduced; before S03' is flattened and reversely folded, the first flanging 11 is a plane, as shown in figure 6, the inner hook is bent without side pushing, the flattening space and the straight body distance of the punch are large, the first flanging is conveniently flattened and attached to the second flanging 12, the reverse-folded inner hook is formed by one-time flattening and reverse folding, the flattening direction is as shown by an arrow in figure 6, the first flanging is flattened towards the front side of the product 10 to be bent, but not side pushing and flattening, the forming process is stable, and the bending and flattening angles can be ensured.

s01, first vertical bending: bending the product to be bent at a certain angle alpha to the back side of the product to be bent to form a first flanging, wherein the alpha is more than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees;
s02, bending by lateral pushing for the first time: performing side pushing bending on the first flanging generated by bending in the S01 until an included angle beta between the first flanging and the back of the product to be bent is an acute angle;
s03, second vertical bending: bending the part of the product to be bent, which is connected with the first flanging, to the back side of the product to be bent by a certain angle gamma to form a second flanging, wherein gamma is more than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees;
simultaneously with S03 or after S03, S03' is followed by: and (3) flattening and reversely folding a part of the first flanging to the front side of the product to be bent, so that the part of the first flanging is attached to the second flanging, and the rest part of the first flanging is far away from the second flanging, so that the first flanging forms the reversely folded inner hook.
2. The method for bending and forming a product with a reverse-folding inner hook according to claim 1, further comprising a step of punching a pre-folding groove on the product to be bent before S01, wherein the bending and forming of the first flanging in S01 are performed based on the pre-folding groove.
3. The method for bending and forming a product with a reverse-folding inner hook according to claim 2, wherein the depth of the pre-folding groove is 20-40% of the thickness of the product.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein α =90 ° in S01, β ≦ 60 ° in S02, and γ ≦ 45 ° and 60 ° in S03.
