The connecting component can be connected with different rehabilitation devices, so that the structure of the rehabilitation devices connected with the connecting component is greatly simplified, the muscle progressive training of different positions can be carried out by one person, and meanwhile, multiple persons can participate in the progressive muscle strength rehabilitation training. The person to be trained can play the game while training, and the difficulty coefficient of the game is related to the training speed and the training strength of the person to be trained, so that the interestingness and the participation degree of the person to be trained are greatly increased. The load force during training can be adjusted according to the actual state of a trainer, and the load force is adjusted through the balancing weight or the damping cylinder. The main function of the device is designed for helping patients train muscle strength, and the device is simple in structure and convenient to use. The whole equipment is streamline, accords with human engineering, and has atmospheric appearance and conciseness.
